Good location. Nice size rooms

The price does not match the service. There are not any three bed rooms in this hotel. The double bed rooms do not even have queen size beds.

Ambiance and comfort. Valet team was fast and super friendly.

The prices of items in the mini bar were ridiculous. I am all for splurging, but $15.00 for nuts is insane. I also cannot believe that your establishment still uses censors. I get to the front desk to find charges for drinks and food we didn't eat, only moved so we could put some of our items in the fridge. Devin at the front desk was rude and condescending the second we checked in. He made fun of our voices and mocked us for being "girly." He also didn't realize the card the room was registered to was a different card than the one I handed him. He waited until a half-hour went by to call our room and threatened to kick us out. He was so demeaning that he brought me to tears and ruined my trip. He treated my friend and I as if we were criminals. After my father spoke to his manager, he called our room to give a forced, insincere apology, extremely fake. I have stayed at the Beverly Hilton at least ten times and never will again. Such a shame, considering I was planning on doing so again because I now live so close by. I won't pay to be treated like dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe. Horrible.

The staff & facilities where very good. Location was excellent & the rooms well maintained.

Location was excellent to Rodeo Drive and other shopping areas. Even without a car the hotel is located on Santa Monica and Wiltshire Blvds which are major bus routes.

There was no jug in the room to boil water for tea.

Great location, close to Rodeo dve and Century city Mall. Grat hotel, very comfy bed

The noise from a function, kept me awake until 3am

Very Noisy musics near to pool and ma Room. ( I don't know why they hotel turns music from early morning when I'm sleeping ) Internet at Room is charging and also costly if you requested. I rent a car and Parking is costly at hotel.

Good location. Friendly staff. Convenient location for continental breakfast.

Smallest room I've ever seen in the US. No room for multiple pieces of luggage. Pillow top was lumpy causing a rather sleepless nite. Asked to have removed and next nite sleep was fine.

Disappointing decor and room (didn't live up to the expectation or price). One room was dirty with curtains, bedding and carpet badly stained (and had to be changed). Rooms let for private parties significant noise impact on other guests. No interconnecting rooms which wasn't advised before travel.

Lovely hotel with good staff who made us feel welcome. Good location, close to the stars homes in Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Wilshire Boulevard and transport system. We upgraded to a Balcony Room on arrival and this was well worth the extra money. Nicely appointed rooms, classy bathroom and comfortable kingsize bed. It was a great view from the balcony as well. Apparently, this is the hotel that the US Presidents stay at when they are in town and judging by some of the flashy cars coming and going so do a few of the rich and famous.

When we first arrived at the hotel,we asked the concierge, James, for information and directions to Santa Monica and Universal Studio. He advised us to take taxi's, which worked out to be quite expensive and his estimated costs where quite a bit out, by almost double on one trip. After a few days in the hotel, we spoke to another concierge, who was very helpful, his name was JIm, and he explained that the public transport was very close to the hotel and it was easy to get around just about everywhere on the public buses. It was also very cheap way of getting around at $1.50 each way to Santa Monica from the hotel.

The fisrt room they gave me wasn't clean. Though they changed it quickly and upgraded my room to a better one, so it wasn't really a problem. The internet could be better.

the concirage were really friendly i loved them they are so helpfull the house keepingdepartment are just bad nothing more to say i loved the location too and the fast checking in and out

The pool and fitness room are excellent.

The valet is 36 dollars per night.

According to your description there were all rooms with balconies. We were placed at the back of the hotel with little view and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. Bathroom looked tired and ventilation was poor. Expectations were higher and I have an impression that when booking with booking.com there tend to give their cheapest rooms !! I would appreciate an answer ?

Stayed 2 weekend in a row.... First stay wasn't special but the second weekend was better.... Glad I tried again. It's a very busy, but nice and great hotel.

The Beverly Hilton is a beautiful property in the heart of Beverly Hills - so a great location. It was my husbands first time to LA and he was super impressed. There are alot of Celebrities at the hotel however what we noticed that irrespective of your status the hotel staff treated everyone with the same attention to details and professionalism. They were in short excellent and made our stay a memorable one. We will only ever stay at this hotel again during our trips to Los Angeles.

Free WIFI in the room would have been great - however the free WIFI in the lobby afforded us great people watching! So it is not really a criticism.
