The comfortable, nice bed! Place is very clean overall! Strangely, beside a lavender farm w/c we kind of enjoy the aroma.I think it could have been better if we stayed during the summer. Place is empty!
We can hear people talking next room. They were not even loud: the lady just kept talking through the night!
The place was adorable & clean. It was Perfect for our nice long weekend.
The room was clean and the bed/linens were comfortable.
The bathroom is tiny. There was no vanity space and the shower was very small. I'm not sure the kitchenette is necessary in the rooms - but a larger, more accommodating bathroom would be.
Very friendly staff
Walls were really thin. You can here the neighbors sneeze and toilets flush.
We attended a niece's wedding at Brecknoch Hall, which was just a short distance from the Inn. The location was great for us. We loved the proximity to Greenport and Orient. My husband rode his bike 50+ miles over the weekend and it was ideal for that as well. The kitchenette was very useful, and bed very comfortable.
We would have loved a hot tub to soak in after our active days adventures. The facilities were otherwise terrific.
The location was good. There were 2 bedrooms in the cottage where we stayed so our grown son had privacy. They were very clean.
There was no closet, no hair dryer and no ironing board. The windows were tiny. The bathroom was tiny.
Great room and fare price would return in future
Pool was nice. Sitting on the front porch was great. The chairs were very comfortable. The room was great.
Pool closed for season. It would have been nice to be open after Labor Day. It was still very warm. The WiFi did not work well out back.
What a lovely area to visit - so many places around to eat well, lots to see and do
Room was fine - bed comfortable - very clean - no complaints - would recommend it.
It was close to all, it was clean and quite. No bad for what we needed
nothing fancy and the girl who came to make up the room did make the beds, but left the kitchen a mess. Did not clean it up. Also, no toaster and a tiny coffee maker for a suite that accomidates 6.
The room was emmaculate and the people helpful and friendly. There was so much to do around the town. Becareful were you eat , don't eat at the Skippers Restaurant.
When we arrived we were greeted by the owner. She was lovely. Room was clean and had a fully functioning kitchen. We did not need anything, I have already recommended the Blue Inn to a friend and will definitely be returning next year.
A harder bed. Way too soft. Other than that it was a very comfortable room. Everything seemed to be new. I would recommend it. For a quiet getaway.
Clean rooms in great location!
Was very clean and a nice size room.
The pool was already closed and all of their facilities that made it look like a nice place to stay in the advertisements . Nothing was open that made it a good place to stay. That should have been stated. That should have been stated.l
Pool should be more accessible/better hours. Bar was advertised as open but was in fact closed.
Nice and clean, Great location
The cafe area was closed, pool was closed first day we were there. No one after 5:00 pm. Other then that nice place
Our room was very clean and modern and just a short drive to restaurants.
The room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was clean and included a gas stove, sink, microwave, refrigerator and cabinets that had ample dishes, pots and pans and silverware for 4 people. My husband and I stopped at a deli before heading back to the room and picked up food and cooked breakfast in the morning. Parking was virtually right across from our room, which was in the main house. Very quiet area at night.
Bed was comfy
Decor very 1970s and needs updating. Kitchen had very little - not even a kettle.
Great location. Room was clean except for places housekeeping did not see like window sill of shower.
Not one closet in any room. Bathroom was smaller then on a cruise ship. If you are tall you will not fit on the commode. I had to ride side saddle. All things hanging were crocked. This included bathroom cabinet.mirror in room TV and kitchen cabinets. All this for just over. 300.00 per night. I must say we were very disappointed. Will go back to North Fork but not the hotel.
It was clean comfortable and exactly what we needed. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the amenities, but I would stay there again.
The location The room cleanliness The staff
The pool closed at 6 pm.
They are very accommodating to pets.Thank you! The interior and exterior of the inn were very cozy, felt like home. Our time there was pleasantly quiet and private.
The internet service wasn't optimal. The pool had curfew.
