Excellent location, room was great and would highly recommend staying there
Close location to universal. Only stayed for the one night but everything was great.
Location to freeway and Universal Studios
Very nice quiet and comfortable
Close to universal studios ... Not far from hollywood.. Excellent staff
Seems like in the middle of nowhere but thats not entirely true....
Hardwood floors, cheap parking (compared to other hotels at $40) at $17 a night. So many pillows, from extremely firm to soft memory foam. Fridge & Microwave Refreshments in the lobby are delicious. Strawberry lemonade was the amazing.
When we arrived we pulled and parked in the garage. We didn't know we had to walk back toward the street. Entrance is right of the sidewalk. We were walking around the back random hallways and swimming pool till we figured it out. We stayed on the 3rd floor but when a guest got off the 2nd there were about 25 random head shots of celebrities.
The hotel was modern and up to date style wise. Also the hotel was walking distance from universal studios.
The hotel was extremely misleading. The pictures you see online are streached. The hotel is super small. The rooms are small. The bar and cafe are dam near at the front desk. Service was horrible. The afternoon staff are very rude . Dispite paying over $200 for the room. Parking is not included; its an additional $17. There's not even a complimentary breakfast. The food looks like pre-wrapped elementary lunches. The pool is a joke. It's located in the corner of the parking garage & it's dirty. I will not be going back, at least not if Im paying for it.
There is no breakfast
I found that hotel, staff and, amenities were excellent. They exceeded expectations at every opportunity. The hotel was clean and contemporary. It had an upbeat vibe and did not disappoint. This is the perfect place to stay if you want unparalleled access to Studio City and Hollywood.
It was my wife and I first time there and they got us connected like we were locals. They informed us about local stores and restaurants. They even helped us with taking the Metro buses and trains to where we wanted to go. The entire front desk team was awesome and the company should be proud of these great employees.
Service was terrible and they tried charging me a higher rate than what I booked until I picked it up
The BLVD was clean quiet and very modern. The size of the room was impressive as well. I would definitely stay here again
Really lovely bar staff and some nice cocktails.
The pool was in the parking garage looked more like a prison cell
The location is convenient, just a short walk to Universal Studios. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.
close to universal studio
Great location. Walking distance from Universal studios shuttles and close to restaurants and stores just in case there were a few things u forgot to bring along. Quality of room was great very comforting.
I didn't like having to pay 18$ a night to park at the hotel when I'm already spending 250$ a night to stay there. Also they had a major ant problem. Came to the room with a pizza and 15 to 20 min later my pizza was covered in ants. They did comp me another pizza but would have rather been comped with a good deal on my next stay at BLVD.
-Staff was courteous -Location
-Parking additional $17 -Cheap flooring uneven; closet door would not open all the way
Close to universal studios, room was clean and large for 3 people.
I was on the second floor and you could hear noise on the third floor.
It was nothing special, bill was $330. I pay 1/3 less to stay in hotels, that read luxury, and are in the neighborhoods where i live-in west hollywood. Oh, what i DID like. Hmm. Well, it was only six miles from where i needed to be. So, convenient in a way. The front desk staff were delightful.
The room had a view of a tenemant like structure so close that one well made sure those drapes were closed. Walking distance to...the 101 freeway, a fatburgers, subway sandwich joint. And an upcharge for parking. The correct price point for tricked out/wrong side of the track place should have been $125 nightly. If you want to change my mind by offering a stay at this or one of your other properties on the house, awesome. Given the location and amenities, the stay felt like a shakedown. Passed on the "one free beer or wine" offer in one of the lounges. Too late to leave, but the screamed low budget, completely out of line with the boutique/spa advertising and pricing.
good location, close to the shuttle to the universal studio. staff is very kind.
smelly in the room, noisy, equipment isn't good. personally speaking, don't worth the price.
Complimentary drink at happy hour every day. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. Very close to Universal Studios theme park and CityWalk.
Suite is barely a suite. A little further out from central hollywood as we thought we'd booked into the other BLVD hotel which is slap bang in the centre. But did not cause too much prob for us as we had a car. Road noise. Had to pay for parking and double parking bays meant that we had to wait whilst the receptionist faffed to find the key of the car behind ours to let ours out - just park in the few single bays. Much easier.
The room was awesome really big, the bed as very very confterbal.
I wished they had better opitions at there snack store.
The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.
The price was pretty high.
Room was wonderful!
Staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming.
