It was my wife and I first time there and they got us connected like we were locals. They informed us about local stores and restaurants. They even helped us with taking the Metro buses and trains to where we wanted to go. The entire front desk team was awesome and the company should be proud of these great employees.
The BLVD was clean quiet and very modern. The size of the room was impressive as well. I would definitely stay here again
Really lovely bar staff and some nice cocktails.
The pool was in the parking garage looked more like a prison cell
The location is convenient, just a short walk to Universal Studios. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.
close to universal studio
-Staff was courteous -Location
-Parking additional $17 -Cheap flooring uneven; closet door would not open all the way
Close to universal studios, room was clean and large for 3 people.
I was on the second floor and you could hear noise on the third floor.
It was nothing special, bill was $330. I pay 1/3 less to stay in hotels, that read luxury, and are in the neighborhoods where i live-in west hollywood. Oh, what i DID like. Hmm. Well, it was only six miles from where i needed to be. So, convenient in a way. The front desk staff were delightful.
The room had a view of a tenemant like structure so close that one well made sure those drapes were closed. Walking distance to...the 101 freeway, a fatburgers, subway sandwich joint. And an upcharge for parking. The correct price point for tricked out/wrong side of the track place should have been $125 nightly. If you want to change my mind by offering a stay at this or one of your other properties on the house, awesome. Given the location and amenities, the stay felt like a shakedown. Passed on the "one free beer or wine" offer in one of the lounges. Too late to leave, but the screamed low budget, completely out of line with the boutique/spa advertising and pricing.
good location, close to the shuttle to the universal studio. staff is very kind.
smelly in the room, noisy, equipment isn't good. personally speaking, don't worth the price.
Complimentary drink at happy hour every day. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. Very close to Universal Studios theme park and CityWalk.
Suite is barely a suite. A little further out from central hollywood as we thought we'd booked into the other BLVD hotel which is slap bang in the centre. But did not cause too much prob for us as we had a car. Road noise. Had to pay for parking and double parking bays meant that we had to wait whilst the receptionist faffed to find the key of the car behind ours to let ours out - just park in the few single bays. Much easier.
The room was awesome really big, the bed as very very confterbal.
I wished they had better opitions at there snack store.
The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.
The price was pretty high.
Room was wonderful!
Staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming.
Booked 2 rooms - both looked as new and had kitchenettes which was fantastic - check in easy and quick - Staff were very helpful also 24 hour cafe very good and food fresh- Excellent location for Universal
Extra parking charge for overnight
Great size of room Fast, free WiFi Comfortable bed Clean room Great bathroom Free happy hour drink Tandom parking no big deal
DirecTV signal poor a few times
The room was very nice and big for our family
Pool was a bit small, parking not very conducive.
The rooms, just like almost all hotel rooms are non smoking which I think is wonderful. Me being a smoker I took very careful and extra steps to not do any smoking in the room. The hotel is very clean and modern inside and since I did not want to litter the outside with my cigarette butts I put out the cherry and disposed of them in the trash of my room. The day I checked out I did not tie up the trash and the staff stated that I had been smoking in the room which was totally untrue and then my deposit was kept because they said there had to be extra cleaning even though at no time was there ever smoke in that room at all.
Staff with the exception of a poor excuse for a bell hop was helpful. Location was excellent.
The cost for parking. The location of a loud air conditioner by the bed and TV. The bell hop who was outside reading email on his cell phone and not very helpful to customers. No restaurant on site. But a bar was available. Go figure. The hotel is focused primarily on customers using spa and nothing else. Not a very good hotel based on overall cost.
Very Clean 2 tvs couch sitting area fruit infused water in loby 24 hour snack bar free internet pass
parking $17 bed not comfortable rain shower
Great location. This is a swanky looking boutique hotel with a nice bar and good decor…if it had been kept up
I guess I'm tired of paying money for hotels that are nice but not kept up. Patch work on the ceiling that hasn't been painted, huge nicks in the walls, mold in the shower, and greyed linens. It COULD be so cute. Why wouldn't you keep up something nice?
The young staff at the front desk, only the girls. Wouldnt even aknowledge us, not even a good morning.
Tandem parking for $17 Just ok room; I think of a suite as having a separate living area not just a small sofa next to the bed. There's nothing special about this hotel.
