Nice open space in the room. Great breakfast. Very pleasant & helpful people on staff. Quiet with AWESOME city views from the 40th floor.

Difficult to access until you learn the drill, particularly if you drive in. Would be hard to get in/out with little kids.

The pillows were not comfortable. Next time I will bring my own pillow. I would highly suggest purchasing better pillows.

dirty towel in the bathroom. The room looked like a run-down 4-star hotel (chipped door frames etc) - but that did not lessen the comfort, just the appearance

The pillows were too large and firm. Had to go without a pillow to sleep comfortably.

The bed was very comfortable, and the view wonderful. The pool, hot tub and athletic club are top-notch, great for those enjoying a workout or unwinding after lots of walking. Easy access to the blue line subway and loop L train.Staff were helpful and accommodating .

Sketchy wifi reception, financial district location quite deserted at night so a little intimidating for a solo female traveller.

Wish the room had a flatscreen TV. The TV was the only downside with few reception issues

Had to call front desk for the breakfast longe was messy & no orange juice or milk .and no supply like toaster or bagle slicer. And at checkout paid and on credit card was added more than charges!! was not happy about that!!! over charged my card!

Close to train station, Check in was easy, Not Cheap but the price was good, short cab ride to Museum, Great View.

Too many elevators to get to the rooms, had to walk through public area to get to pool, no one explained the key system or getting in or out of the "lobby" area. Not enough variety for continental breakfast

The staff and the view were fantastic!

They only gave us one towel and we were a couple and they ran out of breakfast.

Everything was great. Very luxurious. Views spectacular from the 40th floor.

Breakfast was not up to the level of the rest of the hotel. Parking was expensive but that is expected in the city.

No parking discount in building...not a deal breaker.

The list of inconveniences of this so-called hotel is extremely long, I would need a book to write my terrible experience in this allegedly hotel, in any event do not go in this hotel if you want to stay few days in Chicago. / la liste des problémes que j'ai eu dans ce soit- disant hotel est longue, il me faudrait écrire un livre à ce sujet, dans tous les cas n'allez surtout pas dans cet hotel si vous voulez séjournez à chicago.

The price for the size and quality you get with the room. I had to double check my receipt a couple of times to make sure I didnt miss a zero.

I was very confused going through the parking garage when I first arrived, of course that was my first time driving in a big city. And everything shuts down early in that part of town.

The location and the parking facilities, plus the amenities and quality of the room.

Minor point, the bed should have been dressed with a normal cotton sheet under the blanket, but wasn't, which was odd, but not a big problem.

The hotel is very confortable and the view is amazing. The location is also another advantage, as it is located in the central loop.

The street doesnt seem to be to be so safetly, especially at night.

Loved the view! Lots of beautiful marble. Clean room and comfortable bed. Highly attentive staff. Quiet. Convenient to public transportation. Access to luxury health club/spa. Reasonably priced. I'll be back!

Access was inconvenient, but worth it for the service, view. Furniture/fixtures a bit dated, but absolutely clean.

We took the train in from Michigan and it was within walking distance from Union Station. It was very quiet as we were there on the weekend. Good location to downtown Loop and great value w/booking.com.

It was a little hard to find as there is no signage outside of the building (that we saw). Not much as far as a breakfast.
