Everone was very friendly. Room service was super fast. Loved the private balconys. Jazz night was great. The shuttle was convienent and readily available. Location was awsome. Beds were so comfy. Planning to return in june with the kids!!! The only little annoyance was that our room was right next to the electrical room on the 4th floor and friday and saturday late afternoon/early evening there were very loud metal clancking and banging sounds that made it very hard to relax, watch tv and take a nap. But it only lasted about 20-30 min each day.

The suite was huge! The interior was a bit worn and not very clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor, holes in the seats, and stains on the furniture.

The room was wonderfully equipped with a kitchen and dining table. And the king bed was incredibly comfortable!! I wish that the hotel had wi-fi in addition to the wired internet.

Camera grande ed in ordine. Pulizia nelle camere efficiente. Persone alla reception sempre disponibili. Taxi dell'hotel gratuito disponibile fino alle 22.30.

Sehr nettes Hotel mit Suiten statt üblicher Zimmer. Für eine Person sehr, sehr viel Platz im vergleich zu Hotelzimmern. Nettes sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Preis/Leistung dürfte, innerhalb von Denver, wenn überhaupt nur sehr schwer zu schlagen sein! Das Hotel liegt in einer mittleren Wohngegend. Zum Convention Center in Denver sind es ca. 30 Minuten Fußmarsch. Muss man wollen und wissen. (Oder gleich ein Taxi nehmen) Vom Zimmer (8.Stock) Traumausblick über das Capitol. Eine erstausgefertigte falsche Rechnung (erhöhter Zimmerpreis an den drei ersten Tagen) wurde umgehend nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotelmanager korrigiert.
