I travel for business on a weekly basis... I am kind of a hotel snob. I always look for "boutique" type hotels that fit into my company budget ($200.00 per night). Hotel has to be very clean, good location and "comfortable". Curtis was great - it was all the above... Centrally located downtown, great staff, very nice rooms, great bar and food. A great value! Would stay their again...

The location and room of the hotel are great for city trip. Its within 5 minutes from 16th Mall str. The staff were good but some of them were not kind. The room was great, spacious and windows were facing to sides of Denver were mountains and Denver buildings are seen. The housekeepers come too early to clean the room and there was not Don't Disturb hanger in the room.

Location was perfect for downtown activities. I loved the brew by the cup coffee, and the gym was fantastic! I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a pool or jacuzzi. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave.

I always stay at a Double Tree when on business trips so that is why I chose this particular place for my family to go see the Nuggets game. But our stay was so disappointing. We moved from the 13th floor to the 4th due to my kids freaking out over the 13th floor having all scary stuff on the walls. The staff was awesome we loved them all so friendly. But when we walked into our room there was huge red stains on the carpet between the beds. The girls just knew it was blood and did not want to walk there. Probably due to imagination after the 13th floor deal. However as a parent I did not want to get down on the floor and investigate it either. Then that eveing probably about 1:00am I fell ill to a bad stomach ache. I got sick in the bathroom and I won't elaborate however the toilet did not flush. I had to write a note on it for the kids to not open the lid and try to use the bathroom. I have no idea what time but later while sleeping this awful noise happend got up and went to check and it was the toilet going down. It was to say the least a miserable night for me.Really bad experience and I had bragged to the kids how great a place it was. Our room was disappointing to say the least. It didn't smell good either. The room on the 13th floor was nice and clean. I found myself looing around for maybe different places to stay when down town. We like the 16th Street Mall area, close to football and basketball and shopping. I just wanted it to be perfect and that time is was bad. Thank You Candi Patton I wrote the complaints in the wrong box. What we liked was the beds were great, we were not comfortable showering with the toilet issues. We loved the cookies. Could have eaten more of them. The staff is 100% fantastic. Couldn't ask for a friendlier bunch of people. Accomadating when changing rooms. Beds and about it for this visit.

We had an issue with one of our rooms and the staff was proactive to resolve it. Also Cole was awesome to help us both before and after our arrival. Staff did a nice job of working through a water main break. Service at the restaurant was very poor.

Buenas instalaciones, habitación amplia y màxima higiene. La ubicación muy centrica. Curioso q que quise reservar una noche mas en el hotel I me resultaba mas cara, mas del doble, que si lo hacia a traves de booking. Supongo q debe ser logico pero me sorprendio, logicamente de pagar 89$ a pagar 240$ no la cogi.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für einen Shoppingausflug in die Stadt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist aussergewöhnlich mit seiner Thematik. Der sprechende Lift auf jeder Etage brachte uns zum Schmunzeln. Sehr gutes Business-Center.
