The staff members were very polite and helpful. The room was well equiped and clean. The apartment is situated steps from Copley House, Prudential Center, Newbury Street and Newbury Comics. There is a 7 eleven next to the building open 24 h and this is a big plus. For the building we stayed at, there are 3 cars parking lot but we were the only one parking there. I don t know what happens if there a more than 2-3 cars. Very nice experience, much better than a hotel.

Location is great, next to the stations. We entered the room discovered the basin and phone line did not work. The receptionist were so indifferent and kept us waiting for 1 hour failed to inform us that the worker will come in another day instead of how they told us before the work will come in 5 min. It is too noisy because the room is right next to a street that full of trucks. The lock on the door was broken and glued, which seems not secured to us.

Great location, great having a small kitchen to make breakfast and cups of tea. We were traveling with daughter, the apartment was to sleep four persons, one small double bed, with a pull out sofa bed, the sofa bed was very small for one person, dont know where a fourth person would have slept, our 14year old spent two very uncomfortable nights with the springs sticking into her, maybe if they replaced their sofabeds and provided more than one thin blanket, we would stay next time around.

It's quite well located, close to a supermarket, within walking distance of the city centre, and very close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The possibility to park the car (even if that was complicated in the beginning) It's not that expensive compared to other places It was quite quiet We got a studio in the basement with very little light The phone was not working (although the manager did come to try and fix it) The furniture was a bit old- fashioned, the table all wobbly... The bed was ok just for a weekend.

They gave our room away!! I planned a girls get away for a party of 4. I reserved the large suite sleeping 4. We arrived at 6pm to find they gave our room to someone else earlier in the day. To "make it up to us" they actually offered us another persons room! Instead we opted for 2 air mattresses in order to be together. Unfortunately one of the mattresses deflated during the night. The only compensation was $10 off each nights bill.

It was at a great location-near Copley Square. I liked that the rooms are like suites- it has a kitchen and living space.our room was the top floor, and it has a balcony, that was very nice. We have one of the not yet renovated room. It needed to be renovate I think they are working their way to the top.The renovated ones are very nice. Although the apartment is not the new ones but it's very clean.

Staff were excellent, great value for the cost. Nice to have the kitchen, and the room was spacious. Great central location. Free wifi was a bit spotty and would cut out at times. Shower water temperature difficult to regulate, but staff were responsive when I directed their attention to it.

The location was very good and for the money you wouldn't find any better. Our room was small but very clean. The rooms have a small kitchenette with microwave, toster oven, two hob plates and a fridge. We only really used the kitchenette for breakfast as Boston was supprisingly cheap for eating out compared to the uk. The bed was very comfortable and the shower always seemed to have hot water, although the pressure was not great. The place overall was in need of refurbishment as all furniture and fittings especially the bathroom were in need of replacement. The sound proofing between the rooms seemed fine but you could here people traviling or the staircases quite easily.

We got a free upgrade to a studio so that was excellent. The Brown Stone buildings were a really nice character, really made you feel like you were in the middle of Boston.

Old world, Boston Backbay ambience Too basic. Problems for 5 of the 6 friends whom I recommended to hotel to: One turned up and was told he did not have a reservation. One was promised a change in room on second night but it was not carried out One suffered from allergy from his couch One had a defective window One found his room to be dangerous for his asthma I felt embarrassed for making the recommendation based on my happy stay in June 2012.,

Good value for the money, comfortable room, close to Prudential Mall and Hynes Convention Center Hard to get information from the staff - as in response to emails and timely and specific instructions for late night arrival. Also, not good information about surrounding food sources. I never went to the only food store recommended - which was labeled by the Prudential information as being a "specialty grocery", and I discovered the perfect market on my last day - at the end of the block. There is also a 7-11 a block away which is not a particularly good one, but good for getting a banana, or a cup of noodles.
