The hotel is comfortable and convenient for a short stay at Boston city. The wireless in the room is sometimes terrible. |

The close location to subway stations & Copley Square were a plus. This is definitely a buget place to stay. It's a typical row house converted into at least six apartments, maybe more. The bed sagged to the middle. It was too small a space to live in for almost a week. We'd come back tired and only had straight chairs or the bed to sit on, certainly no comforts here, only the bare minimum. We didn't find many close restaurants around the neighborhood. We went for inexpensive and sacrificed our comfort on this one. My advice is spend more and have a comfortable stay in Boston. Or know exactly what size and how your unit is furnished. We were fortunate to have first floor room. We should have listened to the more critical reviews because now we know they were correct impressions. |

Room was very nice, had a kitchenette along with the expected items (i.e. bed, television, bathroom). Interesting setup as it is not so much a hotel as a living quarters rental - you rent a section of a brownstone building near where you check in. There was no heat control at all. We could find no thermostat. Our room got down to 60 degrees overnight which is below what my boyfriend and I (and most folks) consider comfortable. We could not call the office as it closed at 9 and by the time it got that cold it was after midnight. |

The room was quiet and comfortable. I was able to prepare my meals in the kitchen area. It was close to a T stop I wish it had a fittness facility associated with it. |

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was in a good location on a quiet residential street. The room was rather bare and sparse, more like a student bedroom than somewhere to stay while on holiday. The room had a musty smell. |

Great location; value price; full kitchen Room was a bit shabby, eg unpainted patched ceiling -- but this did not detract from the room |

Simple hotel, in a great location, with safe parking for a fair price (compared to parking on street or otherwise). Our room was clean and ok for the price, although a little dark. Like I said, a little dark and gloomy room, it being just below street level. Expect no great luxury, but a good hotel for a fair price in an excellent location. |

A real Bostonian this one. You get your own private appartment and it is really quiet and secluded. You get the impression you are living in the town not just visiting. You become a bostonian for 100 dollarsa day. |

Our studio apartment was in an ideal location and made taking in points of interest very easy. Location alone makes it worth the money. The space was a little dingy and could have used a vacuuming and dusting. |

Friendly, well equipped, comfortable, spacious and in a great central location. For all of this it was excellent value for money. Blinds at windows did not function properly or keep out light. Rooms were a little bit dingy. |
