The apartments are located in different buildings and some are located 3 blocks from the reception/main office so you will stay isolated. The TV did not work. |

Good to have a kitchen when we are away from home I booked a one bedroom suit through booking.com with USD100 per night. When we arrive they refuse to give us a one bed room suit and end up with a small single studio. My brother had to sleep on an airbed with the heat not warm enough and not adjustable. This brings us a bad experience and don't want to book the copley house again. You never know if you get the room you booked for. |

Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much. |

El apartamento estaba bien, estaba limpio y la cocina estaba muy bien. no está en el mismísmo centro pero en 5 minutos andando llegas al centro, está en una zona residencial tranquila, segura y bonita. lo que no me gustó fue que llegamos a las 8 de la tarde al hotel y no había nadie para recibirnos. Nos dejaron una nota el el portal en la que ponía que los que llegásemos tarde llamásemos a un número de teléfono que nos había dejado anotado, menos mal que sabíamo ingles como para defendernos por teléfono. |

Tamanho do quarto e localização. Regular a banheira do quarto, informar ao hóspede sobre o procedimento de late check-in, sobre a existência de outro edifício do hotel na mesma rua e precaver o hóspede sobre o estacionamento atrás do hotel (poucas vagas). |
