I love that the rooms were updated since the last time I was here. They are very comfortable. I loved that there were 2 robes in the room. (Typically there is 1 and you have to call for a second). The guy at desk was great in checking me in and signing me up for Marriott rewards. I would not have known about it otherwise.The room was spacious for NYC ( thanks for the upgrade!) bed comfortable, coffee good and came fast, no one knocking on doors before we ready. It was terrific. We will stay here again because of its proximity to our favorite restaurant 11 Madison Park Lobby a little difficult to negotiate with luggage; no bellman when we arrived. But that is it

Excellent location a block from the subway, with a 24 hour gym, free wireless in the rooms, nice toiletries and a Zagat-rated restaurant and cool bar. The standard room size is small and there is not really a place to open your suitcase properly apart from on the bed. But all in all great value for money.

We booked a 2 bed room & we received 1 bed room! They "arrange" a better room for us, with a king bed, we where travelling 2 adults & 2 kids!

The Carlton was exceptionally clean. This was my main concern, as bedbugs are a problem in NYC. However, we had NO issues here. The initial double room I had was very small and when I spoke to the staff they quickly upgraded me to a larger room at no additional fee. I would highly recommend that you book a larger room, unless you are travelling alone.

Nice well appointed hotel... When boxes arrive for a guest ,,,the guest should not have to be the one to track them down...the hotel should alert you!!! And ....do not like the censor mini bar...sometimes you need to move things!!!!

Bra service med hjälp att boka biljetter mm. Fakturaunderlaget från hotellet stämde inte med det vi hade fått från booking.com, men hotellet ändrade tack vare att jag hade med mig bokningsbekräftelsen.

Buena ubicación, personal muy amable, habitación bien amueblada aunque algo pequeña. Un hotel bien montado y bien ubicado pero con detalles a mejorar. Baño pequeño sin calefacción con una ventana a la calle con mal aislamiento. La limpieza bien aunque hubo varios detalles a mejorar en un hotel de su categoria y su precio.

O hotel é relativamente luxuoso. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Os quartos são muito pequenos. A foto no site passa uma impressão totalmente equivocada. A cama é ridiculamente pequena. Um casal de estatura mediana, como eu e minha esposa, fica desconfortável. O banheiro também é mínimo. Para fechar a porta é necessário se espremer entre o vaso sanitário e a pia. Enfim, o espaço é crítico neste hotel.

Viajábamos dos amigas y solicitamos dos camas. Nos dijeron que la reserva era de una cama doble y que no podían hacer nada, que deberíamos comunicarnos con la empresa que realizó las reservas. Tuvimos que pasar la estancia en una cama doble, en una habitación interior y pequeña con bastante ruido, ya que estaba cerca del sistema de refrigeración del hotel. Nos hicieron creer que nos habían dado la mejor habitación. No volvería a reservar en este hotel y dudo mucho si lo haré la próxima vez con Booking, ya que en el hotel siempre nos remitian a vosotros para hacer cualquier cambio. Entiendo que vosotros dais el servicio de reserva On-line, y todo lo que respecta al hotel deberían asumirlo ellos. Estancia desagradable, lo único aceptable la ubicación.

De ontvangst was zeer gastvrij en de kamer uitstekend! De ligging is zeer centraal en dus ideaal voor allerlei tripjes.De prijs van ontbijt en diner is erg hoog, dus daarmee uitkijken en voor het gebruik van internet is het belangrijk dat je je eigen laptop of iphone meeneemt, anders kost het 8 dollar per dag! Wij hebben kaarten besteld bij de concierge van het hotel voor de musical Lion King. Ze zou haar best doen voor de best beschikbare plaatsen a raison van 149,00 USD. Bij aankomst in het theater bleken het slechts 2e rangs plaatsen te zijn, waarvoor de inkoopprijs beduidend lager was! Daarover heb ik geklaagd, mede omdat de concierge mij niet geinformeerd had over het feit dat zij daar flinke commissie over krijgen. Ik heb haar notabene nog 10,00 USD tip gegeven! Het hotel zegt daar niets mee te maken te hebben omdat de concierge zelfstandig werkt, maar dat vind ik niet kloppen. Ik heb tenslotte geboekt bij het Carlton en mag deze service van hen verwachten!

A localização. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O atendimento do check in, na parte da tarde, foi totalmente frio, chegando a ser antipático. O firgobar não pode ser utilizado para armazenar produtos pessoais, apenas para consumir as bebidas fornecidas pelo hotel. O transfer para o aeroporto foi superfaturado (era u$ 20,00 e nos cobraram u$ 25,00). Além disso, o quarto é minúsculo.

Buona posizione Personale non molto cortese (specie l'addetto ai bagagli, veramente maleducato), camera piccola e bruttina, rumorosissima (impianto di condizionamento generale vicino). Vista su un cantiere edile. Lavabo microscopico. Bottiglie d'acqua in camera già bevute da altri; non ci torno neanche sotto tortura.

L'hotel e' in ottima posizione x visitare NY,a un isolato dalla metro.camera spaziosa,accogliente,pulita ma un po rumorosa,rumori che credo provengano da motori dell'aria condizionata,fatevi dare camera non sull'interno,staff estremamente disponibile,ci hanno fatto cambiare 3 camere a causa di questo motivo.servizio concierge ottimo,non abbiamo provato il ristorante,quindi non so dare pareri in merito.l'hotel e' anche a 2 isolati da madison sq. Park il che vi permette di rilassarvi un po la sera dopo cena o nel pomeriggio.lo consiglio assolutamente,ci siamo trovati davvero molto molto bene! Aria condizionata davvero fortissima (inutilmente) ...ma a quanto pare vizio degli americani :)

Otelin konumu çok iyi. 5. caddenin alt köşesine çok yakın.Çalışanlar çok sempatik ve her konuda yardımcı. Odalar oldukça geniş,temiz ve aydınlık.

Un ottimo soggiorno. L'hotel è posizionato in una zona veramente strategica a pochi passi da un fermata della metropolitana La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era nell'interno dell'edificio e si affacciava sul sistema di aria condizionata del palazzo con un elevato livello di rumorosità. Sarebbe opportuno sistemare dei doppi vetri più spessi

O hotel é antigo mas está remodelado e bem situado. A minha experiência foi invulgar. Quando chegámos ao hotel havia overbooking. Fomos recebidos com simpatia e amabilidade e instalaram-nos na suite presidencial no 12º andar. A suite presidencial é enorme, um quarto com uma cama king size, uma casa de banho gigante com banheira oval de jacuzzi, uma sala com sofás, uma casa de jantar com uma mesa rectangular para 8 pessoas e uma cozinha equipada. A decoração é clássica e sóbria. A suite tem ainda 3 plasmas. O pessoal quer da recepção quer de limpeza atenciosos e profissionais. Uma experiência distinta numa penthouse sobre a cidade de New York ao preço de um quarto vulgar de hotel.
