Bed/bedding was extremely comfortable. Personalized wake-up was great! A real person is a nice personal touch Closet space was good. Great TV. nice room lighting. Restaurant breakfast was very good. Bathroom is too small. Bathroom needs brighter lighting (vanity area). |

Nicely Located, Valet Parking, Beautiful Lobby and Restaurant. Friendly & helpful staff. "Superior Room" was less than expected. Room was crowded by the placement of the mini-bar and flat panel TV. Room view was of an ugly outside alley. |

We had problem by insects bites ,and faced a lot of problem to go to Docotor to take some ointment ..and asked for reduction ...they didnt care and I gonna to make a complain against them |

The lobby and the room were well-appointed, beautifully designed by David Rockwell. Staff at the front desk was friendly and somewhat helpful. Noise! There was a halloween party going on in the hotel the night we stayed and, while we didn't hear the actual party from our room, we did hear people in the street leaving the party--screaming, cabs honking incessantly, fire engines and police showed up at one point!! Clearly the windows were not insulated! Needless to say, it was not a restful night!! |

Got a reasonable rate at Booking.com that the hotel did not offer. Made a change to the reservation date and Booking.com handled this efficiently. Hotel room was clean, in good condition, very reasonable size for NY. It is just a bit too far of a walk to Times Square and the theater district. The restaurant Country was a OK for the price but I would have gladly paid more if the food quality was improved. |

The location was very good and the Hotel very nice in particolar the lobby. My bedroom and the bed war too little and noisy. When the people who stay in the room nst to mine opened the water, it seemed they were in my room. The window was not sound proof. The staff was not kind. I stayed there 6 nights and when I went our or I came back in Hotel, Nobody said hallo...or smiled to me....I Asked information about the columbus day at the front desk the night of 11th October and a man told me to ask information to the concierge the following morning...he could not help me. |

We loved the location, the room was well-appointed and the service was excellent - good value overall! Appreciated bathroom space and shelves! Not really - but it was hard to walk down staircase with baggage (although bellhops and elevator were available) and taxi cabs were sparse. |

Die Lage ist innerhalb NY sehr zentral und gut. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Nur eine grosse Bettdecke bei einem Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Zwei Decken wären angenehmer. |

Chambre minuscule sans doute normal à NY (même si le prix n'est pas ridicule lui) mais de plus bruit assourdissant dans la chambre des moteurs extérieurs des clims (imaginez 2 camions moteur tournant devant chez vous toute la nuit) |

De kamer was comfortabel. Elke keer keurig schoongemaakt en de locatie is ideaal. Het is wel een beetje een anoniem hotel. Wij werden vriendelijk geholpen, maar voelde wel een van de velen gasten. De eerste dag het ontbijt, vonden wij niet zo bijzonder, echter de laatste dag bood het hotel een beter ontbijt aan. Waarschijnlijk was onze eerste keuze niet de beste |
