The stay was ok. The main problem was check-out time when I found out that the $50 damage fee that they make you pay up front in case any damages are made.. they kept my money on hold for 4 days . I was not told that my money was going to be held during check-out. very inconvenient; this is something that should be explained to guest when checking in.
Sandra and Vanessa at the front desk were sweet. The kitchenette.
I paid for a King Suite and they gave my room away. I ended up staying in a standard, double bed room. The next day I called and they gave the room I paid for, but threatened to give it away if I didn't come and get the new key right away ( I was at a funeral when they left this message on my phone). The DVD player did not work, I only had one towel for both myself and partner to share. Over all it was a bad stay. Wont stay there again. Dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen ware, horrible service. Had to keep calling the front desk for them to bring us a cable for the DVD. Manager was rude. Very dissatisfied with the visit.
The furniture, setting & serenity.
A far from active areas. Situated in office environment.
The comfortable setting/furniture arrangements in the king suites.
First suite selected by staff had an unreasonable noise coming from the heating system. I had to change rooms.
We changed rooms from a very noisy one to a quiet one without problems. value for money of breakfast was very good.
We were there a few days. At the beginning we had plenty towels, coffee, toilet paper etc. Each day we got less and less and at the end, we had to ask the front desk for supplies.
Easy parking and cleanliness. The receptionist knows the area very well, and recommended closer restaurants for hot food.
A little bit far from airport, considering the foggy weather that particular night.
separate bedroom kitchen 2 TV nice complimentary breakfast
sofa bed was so soft you sank in the middle the grounds were not well kept there were bags of trash laying around every morning
Location was fine
Room smelled and was dirty with possible mold. No parking at night because they have construction trailers parked all over the place. Had to call front desk every night for basic services (towels and soap). This is an old property with a lot of issues. Stay somewhere else.
Towels changed on daily basis, which is excellent. Bins emptied daily.
Broken Toilet cistern, dirty bath tab and very badly stained toilet. Not enough lighting in the lounge, perhaps television set in the lounge would be appropriate. Pictures to follow.
Kind, helpful front desk worker who had a very phone manner when contacted a bit later. Clean hotel with a relaxed atmosphere.
Would have appreciated a vending machine with bottled water located somewhere other than the hotel shop at the front of the hotel.
Booking.com and or Quality Suites had screwdriver up the 3 day reservation with no reservation on day of arrival on 6/10. We were referred to Bestwestern with no compensation. Upon returning following day we were given a dark room with two huge dumpsters in front. Bath tub appeared not to have been cleaned in the last month. Price charged did not match reservation. Agent had the nerve to offer "a complimentary" breakfast which was inferior to "C" rations. This is the 2nd such mess involving Hotels.com. Never again! Dennis J Perry
The bed was comfortable.
The toilet didn't flush upon arrival, no trash can in the room, no pictures on any walls. Due to renovations ongoing, lots of clutter (tables & furniture stacked up on the sidewalks including a TV set that was on the exterior sidewalk (next to the parking spaces) for 2 days. My wife was in the room on Thursday morning when a service person entered our room unannounced (scared my wife tremendously!). Our room was in the back of the complex (interstate side), room 330. I felt like we were staying in what I've perceived to be a Motel 6 (I've never tried a Motel 6 due to it's perceived low priced, lower quality model). DLT
every staff and everything
Absolutely nothing, Our reservation made month or more ahead was not honored and we were dumped on a place that did not have what was promised so we had to scramble for housing and break up a family gathering. More horrible service I have NEVER gotten.
Lying about no room after promising it by way of a reservation.

very nice room and comfortable. I was only there overnight. Arrived late, 9:00 pm and checked out at 7:30 am the next morning. It was a very nice room. I had inner courtyard and it was a nice view.
I got locked out of my room. The key would not work. After going to the service desk 3 times. I finally had to have someone come with a manual key .
beds were very comfortable lobby was comfortable
bathroom had mildew and mold furniture and carpet was dated and worn very little light in the living area - no light near desk tv guide not available and tv listing provided by front desk was very inaccurate staff was helpful but not friendly breakfast was very limited returned to hotel one day at 3 PM and room was still not made up
Great staff, very good breakfast for 3 USD, well equipped kitchen, real home-away-of-home feeling
Lack of towels
Nice size room.
Noisy heating unit. It roared even when we turned it off.
Great room with kitchen & livingroom. Very comfortable & quiet.
nothing yet to complain
The cleanliness and comfort was amazing. Every day my room was not only straightened up but dishes cleaned. I didn't expect it. Very pleasant surprise.
The heating unit was so loud when it turned on and off. Since I am a light sleeper, it woke me up most of the night.

Nice spacious suites
Stove did not work. Most utensils missing. heating nuit too noisy
This is my second visit in a month. I like this hotel. It has good room size. The kitchen is very convenient and there is easy access to roadways and the metro. It's clean and well furnished.
No extra towels. Kitchen provisions are extremely sparse. No pots or pans in the room even though there is a kitchen. Call early it may take a while to get them. Kitchen lighting is dim.
