I did enjoy the luxury and the amenities in the room, loved the art deco design in throughout the hotel and particularly the old suitcase style dressing in the room. Restaurant's food was fresh and delicious.

All of the staff whom I encountered were superb, friendly and helpful. The concierge, front desk staff and door man could not have been nicer. I also enjoyed the beauty of the facility. The room was attractive and comfortable. It was also extremely quiet.

I dont think the water in the shower was quite hot enough.

Excellent place , everything was perfect , comfortable room, great service and location. Close to everything but quiet at night, will be back and recommend

Great location for Broadway shows as well as Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza. Allowed for baggage stowage prior to check-in. Concierge was tremendously helpful!

Wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities in the room and in the hotel - restaurant, spa, gym, etc.

The best in NYC. If you're looking for luxury, this is THE place for you. Although, the view may have needs, the staff and services were impeccable and second to none. Had a 3 year old traveling with us and there was absolutely terrific care and attention to every detail of our stay at The Chatwal.

What an amazing hotel; Classy and chic - loved the room decor and the big bathrooms with nice amenties and free wifi ! Great location if you are planning to see a broadway show. Very customer focused staff and special thanks to the front office team who made our stay wonderful ! Highly recommended and I would return anytime !

My wife booked The Chatwal for my 50th birthday. Everything at The Chatwal was fantastic - location perfect, service exceptional (I have been travelling around the world on business constantly in the past 4 years and rates The Chatwal as the best I have stayed at), room was lovely and what I would expect for the price. Very clean and well appointed. Pleased to see they had bed bug covers on the mattresses! Won't stay anywhere else when in NYC. Can't wait to come back for another visit.

Extremely luxurious room with everything in it that you could possibly need. Great location. The staff made me and my fiancé feel very special and even upgraded our room upon check in. I will defiantly be returning next time I am in New York.

Our room was a little late when we checked in but we were offered complimentary drinks while waiting so this was all ok in the end.

It is a very well decorated design hotel. Very tasteful and in the middle of Manhattan. Relatively small compared to the other hotels

Rooms are small but beautiful. The staff is really american. They had all their trainings and sounded very customerfriendly but in fact they don't care a bit !! In one conversation two people introduced themselves to us three times with their names and that they can help us with everything. But in practice during our six days stay the safe and the door to the balcony could not be fix. During three days there was no Wifi and we were not accepted in the bar 20 minutes before closing at 23.40 !!

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Times Square, close to metro lines and within walking distance of many great attractions (Rockefeller Centre, Central Station, Broadway, etc.) Staff were attentive and made sure our needs were promptly met.

As it is a luxury hotel we expected some glitches to be non-existant (electronic blinds opening in middle of night, incorrect room service delivery at 1am, being disturbed even with 'do not disturb sign' on door, internet sporadically working).

Loved the bathroom and Toto toilet, the bed, the staff at the front desk and in the lobby.

Very modern and fashionable hotel, has a good location, you feel as at home there due to frendly and highly professional staff, rooms are quite big and very comfortable.

Friendly Staff. Room and Bathroom were excellent.Location was perfect, just around the corner from Time Square.

Soundproofing in the bedroom not great, as we could hear the people in the adjacent room talking.

Classy hotel in the heart of mid-town Manhatten. Extremely friendly staff and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds.

Expensive place to stay. The facilities in the Spa are a bit sparse.

The care and attention as well as the staff's approach were excellent. It is truly a 5 star hotel.
