Who they choose to clean room they don't clean good as well
Location and staff was friendly
Extra charges for everything (including to use the jacuzzi), some of the staff was rude
Comfortable bed, great location
The room has plenty of space. The bed is always comfortable and clean.
Don't have any dislikes
We love the fact that its right next to the boardwalk & beach
Dirty, horrible decor, far too expensive for what you get...never again
The staff was able to assist and handle the majority of our needs. My husband and i.
Wifi connection was extremely slow. Only had a safe for my valuables in one of the 2 rooms I purchased. Had numerous problems with key cards all weekend
Room was nice and clean. Good view and very comfortable beds.
cannot self Parking
hallways were dirty Internet was slow and unresponsive Furniture in the room was worn or broken; cheap. Toilet paper roll was broken Shower had no water pressure just dropped Fridge was not working Safe box attached to wall by one wall screw
nothing worth mentioning
The website photos are bit misleading. It leads you to believe this hotel is much newer than it is. Needs some updating. Some hallways were a little stinky...smoke and other smells. The rooms were very clean though.
The rooms are very clean and staff is excellent! Restaurant/diner food was amazing. Try the pancakes! yum.
Staff very courteous and warm welcoming, the diner location was great as well
They charged me two security fees instead of just one. If I didn't check my statement I wouldn't have know and would've overdrawn my account
The hotel was great. Close to the venue we were seeing the concert and it we got a very nice hotel room.
Valet was extremely messed up. Need a better system! Not enough staff to help with check out.
Close to the action
The staff was rude & the pool and food service close very early
The view was beautiful and the room was very cleaned and surprising
I was booked for the Chelsea Hotel input into the NH hotel which is a dirtbag motel it is dirty disgusting and plug field I had a very full vacation because of this you people booked me for this room and it was awful I deserve to get my money back and I've been trying to with you people and its been nothing but a run around in a chasing game to try and get any satisfaction out of it
Got there early for check in at 11am . Couldn't check in early that's fine. We weren't able to park there because they said the deck was full so we had to park at trop . We asked if we could leave our bags at least with them they said yes but the bellman never returned to take them .
We were forced to cancel our stay due to the snow storm and road conditions . Your desk wanted 72 hours of notice - impossible! Staff was abrupt, phone transfer didn't go through.
Mix up in rooms
Staff and room
Could be a bit cleaner for the money. Expected high end paint jobs lots chipped paint ad furniture, cleaner hallways and rooms.
staff excellent, friendly and knowledgeable and loved retro modern flair
They are trying to do the retro hotel look but still need to work on a few things. Elevators didn't work right. The bar is nice but can be better and bigger. Waitress told us that the reservations were full during our stay but the restaurant looked 3/4 empty. Who knows.
Beds were pretty nice and comfy which is important to me. Bathrooms were also nice and looked modern. Apparently, the Hotel has had a nice maker over. But then again I've never seen what it was like before. It's very near tropicana which is nice and has an outdoor space but we were there in Feb for Vday so didn't enjoy it. The elevators look old and did not function correctly and sometimes did not even close which spooked some of us out. I think the hotel is trying to have the "retro" look, and is not looking old and 60-70's era on purpose. I would not pay more than $250/night which is what I paid. I give it 7.5/10 stars. Go in the summer as I'm sure your experience will be better and the beach is only 20 ft. away.
We was trying to have a relaxing weekend and not leave the room but can't get room service because they wasn't taking orders because they was backed up or they closed early and the room was very cold.
Every thing about the hotel was nice
We paid extra for a room witha view ,yet our view was of another building .There was no heat ,so a mechanic spend 2-1/2hours fixing it .We were given a $30 breakfast voucher and then I realize my card was charged twice ,I have to wait 3days for our funds to be released........
