Siisti hotelli keskeisellä paikalla. Hotellin pysäköintitaksat ryöstöhintoja. Kalliimpia kuin keskikastisen auton vuokra!!! Eli jos liikkeellä autolla se kannattaa parkata yleiseen halliin. |

Liked the new room decor. Enjoyed the view of Chi. River/Trump tower and city. Close to many interesting things. Valet people were very helpful. Missed having good coffee in lobby. Had a nice room for a good price. Would stay again, if I could get at a decent rate. Restaurant was convenient. |

The hotel staff was great! The location, rooms and the price are very good for a city like Chicago. It's right across the Trump tower and half a lock from Michigan ave. Unfortunately the valet was trying to give us a higher price than the real one, but in the reception they solved this problem. |

We stayed in a suite with another couple, and enjoyed it much more than if we would've had to have two separate rooms. Price was very fair considering location, and the rooms were fairly well-equipped. The biggest inconvenience was that our check-in was at 3:00 but the room wasn't ready until a couple hours later. The only other complaint, albeit minor, is that the rooms don't have DVD players. |

For $89 in Chicago, you can't beat this hotel. The room is a little small, but my husband and I did not spend much time in there anyway. The staff was very nice, as was the hotel. Our room had a nice view of the river and was only one or two blocks away from Michigan Ave. The room was cheaper than most; and they validate your parking, so it is about $25 dollars cheaper than other hotels. If you aren't planning on staying in the hotel that much, then this hotel is for you. |

The room was very efficient - kitchenette, oven, frig - a two room suite with each bed room having it's own tv and bathroom. Granted, it was a very cold Chicago weekend and I give kudos for being a "green" hotel, the room never got over 61 degrees!! Even after several calls to the front desk. from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the problem was never resolved. We slept with our hats on. The best they did for our discomfort was deducting the $30 parking fee. |

The check in procedure was pretty fast.We got complomentary break-fast too.Since we stayed only for a night we couldnot explore other facilities in the hotel.Overall it was a good value for money. Althogh we had to park our own vehicle at 111 e.Whacker Avenue,it would have been nice if valet services are availbale,both checkin and checkout times,we felt this need. |

Ideally located, in the north of the Loop and very close to all major sights, including Michigan Avenue for shopping, Millenium park, etc. The price is very reasonable for a city like Chicago! A bit loud. |

It was easy walking distance to theaters, stores, restaurants, nice view of the river, and it was a great value for the price. We payed an extra $15.00 for an upgrade to a suite for one of our rooms,which really payed off since we were travelling with another couple. Getting ice was a bit of a hastle. |

I absolutely loved your hotel...I have already recommended it to many people..However, we were able to get the winter rate of 89.00. We probably could not afford the regular rates..It is truly a gem of a hotel, in the heart of everything. Staff was superb. |

The modern and clean feel of the room. Also convenience of the location. It felt very safe and secure. The satin cover on the quilt does not help it stay on the bed during the night. |
