The location on the Charles River is great! Nice Italian place next door. The rooms are well done.

The elevator needs to be modernized

Perfect location center city - 10 minute walk from Millennium station.

Heating and a/c controls needs updating.

I left after one night,the room was very dated,I felt like I was in a 1960's hotel,the furniture was almost that old. When I looked at the pictures on your website it looked great..I Moved to the Sofitel for less money and a wonderful clean room river rating minus 5

Excellent location, modern, contemporary decoration of rooms

staff appeared short and unhelpful. Rooms were made up very late in the day. Light bulb burned out above desk was not replaced as asked. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

Bed and liners were not comfortable, toliet did not function and overflowed.

I liked the location and modernization of the hotel.

There was one problem we had with roaches in the bathroom on two seperate nights. After that we did not feel comfortable leaving our travel items exposed. Upon our return home we believe that a roach came home with us and was discovered in our home. It was the same ones we discovered at the hotel. Our home is roach free and have never seen one until our stay at the river hotel.

I loved the location. The rOoms were very nice, clean, and modern, but the hotel still had old charm. I also liked the amenities offered on our floor. The staff were very helpful and considerate with all of our needs.

Excellent location. Various forms of public transportation, bus, train, river boats all within a few minutes walk. Near enough to walk to the Navy Pier Park. Shops and restaurants handy. Ask for a room with a view of the river. Really nice hotel.

I am excited to write a review, typically I don't write one. I was nervous when I booked the hotel suite with two rooms that it would really only have one and consider the couch as the second room. We stayed on the 7th floor and our room was large with two sleeping rooms, two modern restrooms, little sitting area (with pull out couch) and perfect size kitchenette. Love the water bottle station on all the floors and surprised the hotel offered complimentary laundry room too. My brother was able to work out every day and his standard room was much larger than I thought it would be especially for a City hotel. The locations couldn't have been better! The restaurant had some the best food to eat... we spent a lot of time looking for good meals/restaurants but truthfully we could have eaten every day at the connecting restaurant and been perfectly happy. I would totally stay here again and loved that it wasn't a big hotel chain. Work or pleasure this is a great personalized hotel; you almost feel like you live there ;)

The only thing I worry about giving a good review - is that now the secrets out how awesome the hotel is - it may be too hard to get a room in the future :) Oh and you need a little patience with the elevators.

Excellent location. Small but comfortable rooms. Very good value for money. Nice restaurant.

Room I stayed in was a double but for two people would be impossible.

The hotel was as advertised. A good deal for a great location. The staff and facility were excellent and there were no scary disappointments or surprises.

I liked mostly the location. The rooms are great.

Waiting for the lift took so long.
