Restaurant on site is convenient, staff friendly, but the menu and food quality needs help.
Great pool and waterfall accents (we missed the underwater speakers they used to have), cool room decor. Lots of great perks.

Could not get promised wifi in room but this reflected in my bill
good pool good breakfast friendly staff big room price OK

Definitely not worth $300+ per night. Too many missing details to be worthy of another stay or a rate that high...would not pay that amount again....cracked walls, hairspray all over bathroom walls, missing carpet pieces, poor configuration of guest room, horrible vanity in bathroom (was it anther piece of furniture that was chopped up and installed for a sink basin?), dirty corridor carpeting. Met up with friends for drinks in the bar one evening but left for another establishment after only one cocktail because service was really, really poor!
Nice parking, but annoying to access hotel via lobby only. Cleaner than expected for the age of the property.

The restaurant staff were a bit unconscious, don't scan the room for when you want a menu, want coffee, or signal for check. Told that to desk clerk. The food was fine though.
Had free electric charger for my electric car!!! Front desk staff wonderful. Great room, loved it. Got upgraded. Roof top area was fun, bartender funny. The breakfast included is nice because you get to order off a menu, not a buffet

Overall, the price is outrgaeous for what your really get : a shabby place with ridiculous attempt at " design" decor. The whole building is in need of maintenance and refreshment. Room 320 was of fair size with a very small window in it, almost no day light, looked like a rat hole to me.

My room had fluid stains on the couch, the coffee maker was covered in dust and grime, the room was filthy. It was disgusting. The room was also not well maintained. The furniture was ripped and stained. All of this for over $300 a night? I would have been better off staying at a motel off the highway.
The pool was nice. The front desk girl in the morning was very nice.

The WiFi was extremely slow, my cellular signal was much faster. It was a bit frustrating.
I loved it all!!!

Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast when restaurant was half full. Breakfast was minimal choices and pretty uninspired.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location to access various Phoenix attractions. Nice rooftop area and bar.

Not clean enough. First room was in disrepair, second room could not access WiFi. Probably wouldn't stay there again for the money.

Handle on bathtub shower was a mess.
We liked it all - great staff, free and easy wifi, bikes to use, nightly wine, rooftop deck with music, stocked items in the room to purchase at a very reasonable price, lovely pools, and a funky delight all around.

Was unable to sleep in. Housekeeping began in my area each morning and you could hear all the other rooms being cleaned and vacumed through pretty paper thin walls
Beautiful looking hotel, great staff and restaurant. Awesome pool and hot tub.

With hidden charges for "free-mandatory" snacks.
Convenient for a quick stay, comfortable and trendy boutique hotel full of hipsters.
December 13, 2014
The room was dirty. Gallo Blanco good food, poor service. Plus no draft or bottle beer. Overcharged on the bill. Hotel room was not clean. Front desk clerk was snotty. They try very hard to be hipster, but when you have to try that hard, it's just not cool. Temp in room cannot go under 63 or over 83. No water unless you go to the front desk for little cups. Charged 20$ for snacks. Wine in the room but no water. Dirty, unattached head board that bangs into the wall every time you move. And only 2 towels! So don't be fat or need 2 showers. Then they charged my debit card the full amount, including an extra 50$ for "incidentals". Even tho I gave them my credit card. 2 days later, they credit back my debit, and charge my credit. What the H?! I would not stay again. There are better hotels for the money in Phoenix.
One manager did ask about my stay.

Some of the people who worked there when I was checking in upon entrance were very rude.
Cute hotel with great amenities.

This is a great hotel. As an architect, the creativity for the renovations is inspiring. The interior décor is amazing. As a costumer, my favorite was the comfortable beds, and the amazing staff.

The roof bar was shut because of the heat and the whole of the hotel grounds where none smoking but I understand the reasons why these things can't happen and would most defiantly stay here again.
A hidden gem really funky and includes so much so worth the price, free bike hire, refreshments, wifi. Lovely restaurant and bar and even complimentary wine tasting. The staff were fantastic and the pool is the best bit AMAZiNG. Short taxi ride away from main downtown where there's more bars etc.
