Free breakfast and dinner
Bed are not comfortable
Chief at the restaurant used his bare hands to drain spaghetti noodles out of cooking pan and served them to the people for dinner. Yucky. Got terrible intestinal illness after eating there. We both did...!!
I liked everything except the bed. Which of course leads to poor sleep. and an extremely tiring next day. I won't be able to stay there again
Room was fine and bed comfortable .
Outside looks like a disaster zone... No landscaping, torn up driveway. Breakfast buffet not up to par. Hotel badly in need of remodeling.
Big room, comfy pillows, good internet connection, decent hot breakfast, nice staff
Halls were dirty, doors old, carpet worn and dirty. Once inside the room it was fine. Place in need of an update.
The bathrooms have to be more clean.
The price was good and there was a breakfast and apparently a dinner buffet, but we didn't realize dinner until the last day.
Two pools but one was closed (during a heat wave) for landscaping. The other was open one day, but closed the next for cleaning. They couldn't have rescheduled the cleaning? It was 108 degrees out and no pool. The bed was very hard and the bathroom wasn't very clean.
Not a thing
Too numerous to list
Front desk young woman: EXELLENT!
Food and lazy cookls in the restaurant; poor food that we threw in the garbage and ate elsewhere; a restaurant seat to sit on that didn't have a big rip to sit on....couldn't find one. Would stay again if the hotel should remodel.
Spacious rooms Clean Nice Staff Free meals, dinner and breakfast included in the price of your room
We had a "few", and I mean only about 10 ants in our room. Would have preferred none of course. Told the desk clerk but we are sure my husband gave them the wrong room number so we never heard any more. I did leave a note. It would not be a deal breaker as far as staying there though. It was not "infested"
The staff was very friendly. Restaurant staff was ecxcellent and deals were outstanding.
Manager and staff were friendly and customer service oriented. Provided good service. Breakfast and dinner buffets were OK. Bar appetizers were great.
old décor, neighborhood. Bartender didn't know how to make a Martini or a Cuba Libre
Location was great, lots of parking, room size was great and they furnished breakfast and dinner meals.
Our room had part of the carpet loose and one could easily trip over it, needed to be stretched and installed properly.
The breakfast and dinner buffets were great. We really appreciated the availability of both. The rooms are spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location gave us easy access to the freeway.
The breakfast was great. Friendly front desk
The facility itself seems to be falling apart. The place defiantly needs some TLC
Staff was polite. Room was clean.
The air conditioner didn't work. Room was uncomfortably warm.
It is a hotel undergoing renovations and updates. They made sure to have quality towels as one of the first improvements to share with guests.
Our room was partially renovated with mismatched furniture, faded pictures and wallpaper.
The staff and the large room
The cleanliness was not acceptable . I moved out after the first night.
we most especially liked the front desk clerk, Devon. He was very accommodating with finding us a late night restaurant. He also helped sort out an issue with the booking.com confirmation, as they had us arriving a day before we did. He sorted it out.
The food in the buffet could be better. It was pretty plain and boring but I am not really complaining since having food of any kind was a perk
Very tired and in need of updating!
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Condition of the room- very poorly kept up- cheap headboards, peeling varnish on base of doors, large cut holes in the ceiling, etc. Condition of room was certainly not warranting the $120 per night price tag...
Poorly organized - dates were not secured as confirmed by email - nobody seemed to know what was going on. However, I was not inconvenienced - they made my accommodations - it just simply was not up to standard.
The 3+star rating attracted us. When we arrived the lobby gave the impression the rooms would be acceptable and the staff was nice.
We entered our room and found mismatched furnishings with scratches and dents, faded carpet, a fuzzy flat screen tv but the bed looked clean. Turned the heat on and the fan was clanky, then the towel bar fell off by touching it, and while attempting to close the wood sliding doors i found they were not even on the track. One fell into the closet and the other fell at me and the inside one was filthy with dust. We arrived too late to find another hotel but checked out first thing the next morning.
The staff was great, I got the room I booked, and the room and hotel were comparable to other more expensive hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely stay there again.
Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room and a reasonable rate.
The toilet seat is much too small to be comfortable for anyone but a small child.
