The location of the hotel, at the promximity to the beach and the restaurants and night bars and the room/hotel design Breakfeast was included (paid) but zero, we had just coffee and bread, on top of that the staff at breakfast was laughing about us and I would fire the 2 women immedialley.We trabel a lot but never seen the lack of food and respect for breakfast as in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel if they will fire the 2 women and improve the food- in fact having food for breakfast. |

Chic, very blue, lovely decor, very central. really enjoyed the stay. Would definately would return.Ideal location in Miami, fits in perfectly. Has been renovated recently. Valet parking as part of the hotel was 27 dollars a night, very steep. |

Location was good, Close to the beach. Hotel let towels and charis for the beach which was also good. The staff were disinterested at best, rude at worst. Breakfast was terrible, unacceptable for the price and supposed level of the hotel. The photographs are misleading, pool is tiny and there is no bar, the foyet was dark and the bar had no drinks in it! |

good location near the beach The key card facilities must improve. We had to go back to the reception 4 times in two days because of disfunctions. Breakfast was almost not exsistent - very poor. And service at the breakfast was not good. |

Very good location, the staff was very helpfull in booking a city tour and pointing interesting nearby spots. The free internet connection was so slow that became almost useful. |

Nao gostei de nada realmente! O Hotel de modo geral estava bem sujo, o cafe da manha e uma piada.na verdade eu mudei de hotel no dia seguinte,para um pe na areia com o mesmo preco. |

Die Zimmer waren schön und die Klimaanlage angenehm. Das Hotel hat den Zusatz Spa. Tagsüber stimmt das auch, es herrscht eine angenehme ruhige Atmosphäre. Nachts wird die Musik so laut gedreht als sei man in der Disko. Das macht das Schlafen zur Herausforderung! Das Frühstück war nicht angemessen und wurde um Punkt halb Zehn abgeräumt |

No merece las 4 estrellas. El trato del personal es frío y poco acogedor, a veces ni nos saludaban al entrar. El spa no existe, el ascensor estaba averiado durante toda nuestra estancia. Cobran 7 dolares diarios por la zona de "resort" (estanque y cuatro tumbonas) que ni siquiera utilizamos . El desayuno aunque viene incluido en el precio no es apetecible. Lo único bueno la limpieza de la habitación. |

La gentilezza e la cortesia dello staff all'arrivo. La camera corrispondeva a quanto illustrato nelle immagini della presentazione. Ottima cortesia anche al momento della partenza. L'esposizione della camera è in un vicolo posteriore dove alle 7 di mattina passa il servizio di raccolta dei rifiuti con tutto quanto ne consegue per rumore e odori.La posizione dell'hotel è piuttosto defilata dalla zona di maggior passeggio mentre nella descrizione sembra più centrale. |
