The Club At Brickell Bay by Executive Corporate Rental  

It was near shopping and in a safe area.

The men's sauna was not working.

The condos were clean and comfortable.

The staff was never there in the office and the staff in the phone was very disrespectfull. Never got an awser to my question bc the staff was never there, due to this I had to go to another place just to get internet service .Better customer service is needed. Also I didnt like the fact that there was only one toilet paper and rarely no towels.

I liked the location

well, just about everything else. I arrived at 10PM and the security people at the desk didn't know anything about it so I could not enter any part of the building becuase I didn't have an access remote key until the following day at noon. The room was disgusting (I have pictures), broken ceiling walls, dirt everywhere and no internet access which was one of the requirements I asked. TV is an old broken 15 inch screen. definately NOT an executive corporate room as described. a room in Motel8 in the countryside is much better than what I got. I would be embarrased selling this room for that price, I am surprised Booking.com has it listed as an executive corporate room. Never again!!!

The most thing I liked is the sympath ,kindness and professionalism of de from desc people.

They have to solve the problem of the Internet The other problem is the refound for the customers when they pay for a service they didn't use,because of the reservation via Booking

I didn't get any service. A very noisy room due to the air conditioning. And the value paid was not worth for what I got.

The price was reasonable for the location and the balcony was nice to stand out on with a good view of the Miami Brickell/Financial District

Had to take out your own trash. Could use some updated furniture.

The Gym was very good. Equipment in excellent condition.

The reception was terrible. If you have never been at Club Brickell Bay you don't know what to do or where to go. The people at the front desk were not very helpful. The parking is the worst. 10 floors up and trying to drive those 10 floors isn't any fun. Other drivers are crazy trying to beat everyone going up and down. Unsafe! The lobby needs work, decor, paint because it looks 4th class. In the apt well is was ok but the T.V.s were so so. No cable, come on that was real bad. I was in 3909 and the rooms need finish work to make it look real nice.

This is not a hotel just a very cool place to stay in for a brief visit, its benefits are: location, view, comfort, gym, very large size of the apt., Cleanliness, low cost, very easy check in and out, excellent deal and I highly recommend it.

Parking! Awful going up each level via tight circular passage that you could not see, awkward design indeed specially for visitor who are assigned 10th floor spots.

La ubicacion es excelente para negocios, no tanto para turismo. Buena la piscina y los amenities, cuando las puertas no estan cerradas. Buena la existencia de cochera en un lugar donde es dificil estacionar

El equipamiento de la habitacion es pobre, no confortable. No proveen limpieza y toallas diariamente. Mantenimiento e higiene irregular. Aun en los pisos altos hay un edificio de oficinas muy cerca y las unicas cortinas son black out. Elegir entre privacidad y luz. Por ese precio se puede esperar algo mucho mejor.

Great value for money. It is like renting a flat, so the services are not comparable to a typical hotel. If you understand that and agree to that concept, the place is great. For the value of a regular room I had 3 rooms+2 bathrooms+living+kitchen+balcony in the 40th floor!

The room was not perfectly cleaned (some dust).

The best thing about the the Club is its location.

The carpets were horrible finding a small mattress proped up against the wall in one of the rooms unbecoming televisions older than me wow!!! In short the room looked nothing like the picture. But for the price and location considered the placeis tolerable.

I only like the location.

It was not fair to pay that much of money for something like that place. You need to make good price for this kind of places. The pictures of the studio are different to the real place. You ruin our vacation.thank u

Me ha encantado la ubicacion la mejor es excelente y las vistas en gral todo muy bien excelente muy conforme volveria y los recomendaria.

No , me ha gustado el servico de cambio de toallas y sabanas en 2 semanas me las han cambiado tan solo 2 veces y porque lo solicite, y deberian como sugerencia cambiar las cortinas ya que de muy temprano traspasa la luz natural y es imposible dormir.

Nos resulto muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Sólo estuvimos tres noches visitando a un familiar cerca de allí, y nos anduvo muy bien.

No tengo mayores críticas, salvo las cortinas de la habitación en suite que no eran suficientes para evitar la luz del amanecer. Tiene en contra un terreno baldío, que actúa como estacionamiento, y da allí presión que se construirá algo allí, lo que le sacaría el encanto de la vista al mar.

haviamos reservado o estacionamento anteriormente e na primeira noite prescisamos estacionar em outro park. Nao houve a limpeza conforme o solicitado.A qualidade das toalas eram ruins.

Bem localizado e apartamento muito grande.

Nao tem acesso a internet e nem as areas de lazer.

Não tem serviço de quarto, não trocam toalhas, não arrumam cama, apenas cama e uma teve pequena, nem tapete tem. Na verdade é um flat dentro de um condomínio residêncial e os porteiros não te tratam como hóspede. Honestamente não recomendo a ninguém.

Um pouco caro para o que oferece. aluguei con garagem prepago ye nao deixarao o controle dos portoes automatico. tive que esperar todo o fim de semnasa e segunda-feira as 10:00h consegui um garabgem no 10 piso - depois reclamei e passei 5 piso. Limpeza ficou devendo.

Zimmer schmutzig Kahl eingerichtet wenn man das so nennendarf .kein Wohlfuehlfaktor.Kaffeemaschine Toasterund Geschirr,Tassen klebte noch der Schmutz vom Vorgaenger eklig.keine Emphelung .

Super studio calme dans le quartier miami downtown. Tout est fourni (frigo, grille pain, couverts...)

L'organisation : nous n'avons vu personne durant notre séjour. Ni pour nous acceuillir ni pour expliquer le fonctionnement du parking un petit coup d'aspirateur aurait pu etre nécessaire avant notre arrivée.
