ボストンの中心地であるCOPLEYの近くで、ホテルの前はPRUDENTIAL TOWERもありロケーションは抜群。 従業員のサービスも良く、部屋の内装もとてもきれいで満足しました。 歯ブラシなどのアメニティがなかったのでこれがあればもっと良かった。 |

The people working there were extremely helpful and accommodating. No complaints really. We stayed for 7 nights, the first 2 days we didn't want the sheets changed, but after that we did, but they weren't changed. |

Nice comfy room, very clean. Hotel in a central location, close to shops and nice restaurants. Rooms are not sound-proof. Could hear every move the neighbours made. Could not talk on the phone or watch T.V because neighbours complained of the noise no matter what. |

Location We were not informed prior to our arrival that the hotel takes a $300 deposit on top of the price of your stay. This is then refunded when you check out. |

The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The fees for internet access are very high. Paid only to use one of the laptops we had with us. I needed to print my boarding pass and had to pay a fee in the business office to do this and then the printer was broken. A staff member had to print it from the concierge desk. |

The toilet in the room did not work. We complained at night to the housekeeper and they neve came back. In the morning we complained and they sent someone to fix it and it worked once. When we asked if there was a room close by for us to use the bathroom we were told there was none. When we asked that they unlock the restroom in the hallway we were told it would be done immediately it wasn't |

la struttura confortevole e di lusso, la posizione centrale, la gentilezza del personale, le camere molto spaziose e luminose. Il personale potrebbe parlare anche altre lingue . La colazione non e' a buffet, ma solo su ordinazione e prevalentemente di tipo americano. |

l'hôtel est bien situé ,à coté d'un centre commercial ,boutiques ,restos et supermarché . la chambre choisit correspondait à notre réservation . les petits déjeuners étaient comptés ds la résevation mais ils ont été ajouté ds la note ,donc il a fallu se justifier avec documents à l'appui .. petit déjeuner européen très léger ,obliger de prendre des toasts payant en plus !!!! service de chambre a désirer ... |

Le confort de la chambre et sa déco moderne La brasserie à l'inverse trop "radio nostalgie" à notre goût et voulant utiliser l'image française plus que de l'être vraiment. Le service n'y était pas non plus à la même hauteur lors du petit-déjeuner (déjeuner en français québécois). |
