ボストンの中心地であるCOPLEYの近くで、ホテルの前はPRUDENTIAL TOWERもありロケーションは抜群。 従業員のサービスも良く、部屋の内装もとてもきれいで満足しました。 歯ブラシなどのアメニティがなかったのでこれがあればもっと良かった。 |

Very friendly helpful staff, particularly the "luggage staff". Reception good and efficient. Room spacious and well maintained. "Jo Brasserie" had good food, attentive staff. All in all was as good as expected. |

The people working there were extremely helpful and accommodating. No complaints really. We stayed for 7 nights, the first 2 days we didn't want the sheets changed, but after that we did, but they weren't changed. |

Nice comfy room, very clean. Hotel in a central location, close to shops and nice restaurants. Rooms are not sound-proof. Could hear every move the neighbours made. Could not talk on the phone or watch T.V because neighbours complained of the noise no matter what. |

Per fortuna vicino ad una fermata metro. Ottimo ristorante di fronte all'hotel, non quello dell'hotel. Lontano dal centro storico. Colazione inclusa meno che minima. Hotel non adatto a visita della città |

Das Hotel liegt gut und auch das Restaurant im Haus ist zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer vom 5 - 7 Stock sind nicht zu empfehlen, da zu laut und schlechter Blick. Der Poo hat nur bis acht geöffnet. Die Voucher für das frühstück gelten nicht am Pool. Ganz wichtig ist es, einen Voucher für Frühstück zu erhalten, nicht für continentales Frühstück, da man dann zwar reichlich Bagel, Croissant etc bekommt, aber für jeden Obssalat reichlich zahlen muss. |

Ny renovert hotel - moderne stil. Meget bra rom. Gode senger og puter. Bra beliggenhet i forhold til shopping og restauranter. God mat i egen restaurant. Wi-Fi dekning på rommet for dårlig forbindelsen falt ofte ut. |

la struttura confortevole e di lusso, la posizione centrale, la gentilezza del personale, le camere molto spaziose e luminose. Il personale potrebbe parlare anche altre lingue . La colazione non e' a buffet, ma solo su ordinazione e prevalentemente di tipo americano. |

l'hôtel est bien situé ,à coté d'un centre commercial ,boutiques ,restos et supermarché . la chambre choisit correspondait à notre réservation . les petits déjeuners étaient comptés ds la résevation mais ils ont été ajouté ds la note ,donc il a fallu se justifier avec documents à l'appui .. petit déjeuner européen très léger ,obliger de prendre des toasts payant en plus !!!! service de chambre a désirer ... |
