Excellent location in the middle of the Art Deco district and close to the beaches. Pleasant and cooperative staff. Very noisy and the inner walls are too thin. If possible, do not choose the room at the back-end of the hotel (to avoid the daily trash pick up noise at 06:30) |

La situacion es ideal, a 10metros de la playa y en pleno ambiente. Muy muy sucio.no lo recomendaria para nada porque en 10 dias no nos limpiaron ni una vez la suciedad que habia en la habitacion, que era exagerada. Los muebles extremadamente sucios. |

Sehr zentrales Hotel, mitten im Lebend es Ocean Drives.Gute Ausstattung des Zimmers.Strandnähe nur über die Strasse Die lange Wartezeit, bis wir einchecken konnten,(Reception war 25 minuten nicht besetzt. Kein Eisautomaten zu sehen. Die Möglichkeit zum frühstücken im Hotel fehlt. |

La posizione dell'hotel è tutto....è esattamente al centro dell'Ocean Dr!! Comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi zona di Miami South Beach. L'hotel è il simbolo dell'Art Decò di Miami. Inoltre la stanza è nuova, dotata di un ottimo sistema d'aria condizionata, tv al plasma di 42'' e connessione wireless gratuita!! CONSIGLIATO!! La nostra stanza affacciava su una stradina secondaria brutta a vedere e dove c'erano dei grossi motori dell'aria condizionata un pò rumorosi. |

Es ist sehr Zentral gelegen , das hat mich bewogen dieses Hotel auzusuchen.Leider wird dieser Punkt auch schamlos im Preisleistungsverhältnis ausgenutzt. Das Bett zu niedrig , fast wie selbstgebaut. |

Mooie kamer met uitzicht op zee, flatscreen tv, strijkijzer. Ligging is perfect aan Ocean drive. Sfeer in de omgeving is super en leuk om in het beroemde neonblauwe colony hotel geslapen te hebben. Jammer dat er geen ontbijt bij inbegrepen was. Parkeren in de buurt is lastig en alleen tegen betaling. |

La cama era cómoda Armario y espacio disponible en baño y dormitorio era escaso para 2 personas con 2 maletas porque no podíamos ni abrirlas como no fuera sobre la cama. |

De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Direct aan het strand en de restaurants. Er is nogal sprake van geluidoverlast, zeker als je een kamer aan de achterkant hebt. Als het afval 's-ochtends om 6.00 wordt opgehaald heb je het idee dat je buiten ligt. Dubbelglas zou misschien een idee zijn. |
