I recommend this hotel for the visitors of the TU students
Hotel is located on the River. You can see the Ben Franklin Bridge directly and at night the bridge illumination is awsome. Room is high quality, ammenities are great، staff are nice.
No room service meals, difficult to get delivery of food after 9 pm. Breakfast variaty and health conciousness need to be improved.
Great location and staff. Such a value for the price. Cute and cozy.
Hard to get a taxi from this location
Pillows were uncomfortable
Our stay at the Conwell Inn was excellent.. It was very convenient to the venue at Temple we attended the evening we arrived...the location was perfect...
We enjoyed every moment
Very nice people, manager on down. Good people will work with you to make you happy.
Could be a little cleaner, carpets mainly.
A little out of center city
Location is convenient for the subway, which is how we traveled to and from downtown. Off-street parking is a plus!
The room clean and tidy Wi-Fi (although did not work so I used the Wi-Fi of the coffee shop Saxby!) staff were fair and normal
The noise- it's just too much inside and outside the hotel. Mostly I think form the students. Also, noise from slammed doors very often. In addition to the noise from the room was above me (I was in room 208).
Convenience to transportation, cleanliness, decor, authentic atmosphere, proximity to libraries and healthy food trucks.
The inability to have heat in my room during the night. The low temperature negatively effected my back problem and my ability to wash and prepare my hair for a wedding I was attending the next day.
Staff Rooms adequate Coffee available all day
+friendly staff +"college student feellings" +nice and clean rooms
- Hotel is a little bit far from the city attractions, but the metro is right across the street.
staff and location were perfect. a good choice for Shriners Hospital, but Philadelphia driving and parking was confusing. A list of nearby decent restaurants would be helpful.
Staff is very helpful and pleasant, accommodations are nice, bedding is comfortable and location is perfect for access to Temple and area.
Wifi sometimes weak, stains on carpet.
It's a little bit noisy place because it is located in campus but it wasn't major issue for me.
I liked the ability to have coffee in my room. I liked the split-level design to the room.
I prefer a harder mattress.
staff, location, unique
water was less than luke warm, a small refridg would be good.
We arrived earlier than expected on a rainy day and Catelin gave us early access to the room which was greatly appreciated. The room was great, staff excellent, security was good as it is in a University campus.
Quite a way from Central Philly although subway was only five minutes walk away. Don,t walk too far off Broad street as this can be a dangerous area.
Nice size room with two beds.
No problems -- all good.
Clean, free coffee and biscuits
Staff not particularly friendly or helpful, no fridge or microwave in room, bit overpriced considering how far out of the city centre it is
good location large room very nice staff
needed to drive to find decent 'adult' food - mostly food trucks and fast food nearby.
The room was okay and clean
It was a little noisy outside because a band was playing so I could not sleep early. The noise however later stopped.
Nice, large, quite and comfortable room.
It is quite difficult to spot (inside The Temple University Campus) and they charge 14 dollar plus taxes for parking overnight (but, all considered, it is not too much for Philadelphia)
The bed was really big and very comfortable
