Clean, free coffee and biscuits
Staff not particularly friendly or helpful, no fridge or microwave in room, bit overpriced considering how far out of the city centre it is
good location large room very nice staff
needed to drive to find decent 'adult' food - mostly food trucks and fast food nearby.
The room was okay and clean
It was a little noisy outside because a band was playing so I could not sleep early. The noise however later stopped.
Nice, large, quite and comfortable room.
It is quite difficult to spot (inside The Temple University Campus) and they charge 14 dollar plus taxes for parking overnight (but, all considered, it is not too much for Philadelphia)
The bed was really big and very comfortable
1. Because the hotel was hidden, the room was nice and quiet.
1. The hotel is kind of hidden, so finding it was hard without proper instructions. 2. I wish it had room service.
Comfortable bed, spacious suite, safe neighbourhood, many food options + 7/11 around the corner, freshly baked cookies in the lobby
Not very near the centre, although the subway makes for a quick ride to the downtown; wifi didnt work; no cookies during the night :)
Staff was very friendly and helpful parking is close-by and cheap
The neighborhood outside Temple Uni campus is quite ghetto, I would not recommend walking/eating out nearby in the evening
The inn's entryway was very inviting, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The inn is near public transit, less than a 10-minute train ride to the heart of the city. Would definitely recommend!
The dormitory/locker-room-like bathroom was a little disappointing, but easy to get over. The inn was difficult to find via GPS; use the directions provided by the inn on their website!
Close to campus. Staff friendly. Proximity to public transportation.
Chair should be cleaned.
Smelt a bit musty. A long way from CBD
The staff was incredibly helpful. It's a bit hard to find and some of the roads were closed due to construction but the front desk guy stayed on the phone with us until we were parked. The hotel itself is quaint and in a perfect location. Close to subway stops into the city as well as a 5 minute walk to the airport rail station.
The vending machines downstairs was sold out the whole time and there was no fridge in the room but there's a 7-11 right around the corner so it worked out.
ease of use friendliness
a bit far out of the centre if staying more than a couple of days
Spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Staff friendly and helpful
It is located iin Temple University Campus
Nice surrounding, very cute and big room for 5 people, close to the train which takes you to the city center very easily
There was still old hair in the shower which freaked us out just a little.
Very friendly staff.
Lack of counter space in bathroom.
l like the staff and the room and the security and school was great.
one day they didn't clean my room.
If you want to stay right in the heart of Temple University's campus, then this place is perfect for you. However, there didn't seem to be too many amenities nearby (nice stores, restaurants, etc) The location seemed a little isolated to me but the campus is lovely. The WiFi worked well.
The hotel really doesn't have any "charm" per se. I'd say it's a very basic hotel with few amenities, which made me feel like it was a little over-priced. No breakfast, which is unfortunate! Also, It's one of those hotels which is overly Air Conditioned and doesn't allow you to open the windows, so it feels quite dry and clammy.
Nice to be on college campus. Don't feel there should be a charge for parking esp during summer since campus preset empty.
Young lady at reception was excellent. Ask for and she carried a small fridge to our room.
Old and tired rugs and bed. But ambiance in an old temple university was nice.
Great location. Minutes from attractions and food
Hard to find the place. Once you get there, you will remember and feel more comfortable.
Scary area getting to the hotel. Too expensive for the area .
