The decorations were amazing. I loved staying there! It is my favorite Las Vegas Hotel! Amazing! I wish their would have been a coffee maker in our room.

I had stayed at the Cosmopolitan before, had a horrible experience last time even though we had a wrap around suite. I thought it would be different this time around and still booked the Cosmo. Sadly, the staff were rude, service was horrible and was not reflective of a 5star hotel. When my stay was over at the Cosmo, I stayed one last night at Vdara and got the service that I was looking for. I hope that the Managers/moderators of the hotel read these and make changes to their service and how they treat their clientele.

The check in was the absolute worst. My original credit card had fraud so I had a new bofa debit card to check in. They said they were unable to use that and refunded the amount to my original card but was unable to touch those funds for 3-7 days so the whole amount had to be recharged on another credit card put a damper on trip. Customer service was not helpful with this situation.

great view. can enjoy vellagio fountain show in the room. some employees don't have any service mind. to ask something, probably need to wait long time. i called four times to get a new room key, cuz what i got didn't work. four employees who work at lobby told me that they are gonna let someone bring new room keys to my room. for 40 minutes, i was supposed to wait for new room keys, and no one showed up. when i called again(3 more times) no one appologied. finally i went to lobby to get new one.

Location on the strip was central - easy to navigate from the hotel Bad service - staff gave us the wrong room keys and sent security up after 1 hour of waiting to rectify the issue. Shower was freezing cold! Staff again took half a day to fix the issue and our stay was only for 2 days. Housekeeping staff was terrible! Never enough towels in the room.

The room was luxurious. The jacuzzi bath was lovely. Quick to check in. The balcony was lovely. Mood lighting in each room. Checked out over the phone. Would definitely stay there again, did not want to leave. No coffee maker in the suite. The fridge in the kitchen Was full of mini bar products, which you could not remove or you would be charged. So could not put water in there.

The rooms were amazing especially the balcony The fact that the kitchen did not have anything in it to entertain ie plates and cutlery when it was meant to be a kitchenette in a 1 bedroom suite

My room and view were fantastic and it doesn't take for ever to walk from one end to the other. The pool was also very nice. It isn't connected easily to Aria or Bellagio

I liked that a concierge came over (Jameson) to our room and helped me with my bowtie. It was top notch customer service. Also, Wil at front desk provided excellent customer service upgrading us to higher floor overlooking the strip. The small things in life that go a long way. Thanks guys for making my wedding that much special. The entrance door to our room along with bathroom door were very hard to open. Out of all the things, this is what stuck in my head.

The room overlooking the Bellagio Fountains was spot on, we were given the 59th floor. Hotel had everything anyone could need. Location was also key as it is Centre to everywhere. We used the boulivard day pool where if you book a bed by the pool you need to spend 250 dollars on food and drink +tax+gratuity. We thought no problem we will have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the pool with a few drinks. The food menu had about 8 things on it. The drink is really expensive, 14 dollars for a miami vice. My advice is dont do it, get the free beds. Use the resturant which is accessable from the pool and buy whatever drinks you require. We were not allowed to use the resturant to put towards our bill. Also they tell you it is open from 8am until dusk, 7pm. Thet dont tell you last orders are called at 5.15. Total bill 360 dollars. If the hotel was to make the menu larger or allow you to use the resturant it would be far better. But if you want a top notch hotel, this is defo the one to choose.

Fantastic levels of service, great room with amazing view. A real treat! Very much enjoyed gazing out from the balcony admiring the dancing fountains. Although there is a 'kitchen' in the one bed apartment, the fridge in it is a sensored minibar, thus rendering it unusable. Seems bizarre to offer kitchen facilities with no fridge! It meant endless trips to the ice machine to keep sodas cool. A small gripe, but the seating on the balcony whilst very comfortable for one, is very snug for two! The wicked spoon buffet, while of fantastic quality, offers virtually no choice for vegetarians (which my husband is). Although a lot of potato based options, beyond this very limited (and even as a meat eater I would have liked some vegetable options beyond potato to go with the roasts).

The hotel is in a great location and close to all of the main attractions of Vegas! Very trendy and great for people looking to party! The chandelier bar is amazing and well worth a visit! When we visited one of the swimming pools was closed which meant the main pool was very busy- to guarantee a sunbed you needed to be at the pool very early- which for a hotel that likes to party wasn't great!

The rooms are amazing.... the Japanese soaking tub was excellent. The beds very comfortable..... and the room stocked with books was an unexpected treat....felt like a home instead of a hotel room. The staff very good at timely requests. The check-in could be improved....separate line-ups waiting for reception clerks. One line waiting for the next available clerk would be better. The mini-bar is stocked and if anything is moved it is charged to your room. The kitchenettes do not have ANY equipment....no spoon etc.
