The suite we had was true luxury for a very reasonable price. Pool is excellent.
An internet kiosk with printer would be nice
This hotel is in a perfect location with access to everything the strip has to offer. The rooms are very large and really well finished. The pools and bars are also great. This hotel is good value for money.
On our second night our room was not cleaned and the "do not disturb" sign from another room had been put on our door as if to excuse the non cleaning (our sign was in our room still). The customer service we received on our check out was also not great.
The pool scene was fabulous and the staff was amazing.
I asked for an upgrade and they gave me a room at the far end of the hotel overlooking the garbage. My room was next to the service area and the staff had a room across from my room. I was not impressed and due to that fact I wouldn't be interested in going back to this hotel.
Excellent location in the heart of the strip, staff was friendly, overall a great trip!
comfortable beds, great atmosphere, brilliant restuarants STK in particular was amazing, the staff were very helpful, Enrique Gomez in particular arranged a lot of brilliant reservations for us prior to arrival, the spa was fabulous
no tea or coffee making facilities in a room with a kitchen? So a kitchen but no kettle?
Excellent hotel clean and perfect location!
This was my second time in Vegas and wanted a more centric hotel with more vibe and young people. And the cosmopolitan is just that.
The only thing that I dislike was that we can hear the music of Marquee in our room (on the 33 floor).
The room was huge. The service was impeccable. The price was just right.
Great style, large rooms, younger crowd, nice restaurant options and centrally located.
Air conditioned pointed to the bed.
the location the bed the view the checkout procedure the room decro
no free bottle water
Great hotel. Great fitness centre and views.
No coffee machine in room which is obviously intentional so you use cafés in the hotel and fridge is pointless unless you want to spend lots of money on the mini bar.
Staff were attentive and extremely helpful Used the gym most days- excellent facility.
Every aspect of the Cosmo is first rate. Especially the staff. The dining and bar experiences are unique and memorable. The location and vibe throughout the hotel is unrivalled. All other aspects as can be seen in the various photo's are clearly amazing. Would certainly stay at Cosmo again.
Having to leave.
No coffee making facility in the room
Excellent experience, with a great atmosphere and vibe!
There is a very bad service at the hotel. They were not able help in any of our simple suggestions like late checkouts, reservations, etc. They did no clean the room every day neat. We got a suite with view and they make you do a big line like disney world to get to the only restaurant who serves breakfast. And the service was horrible also. The hotel is usually so crowded it is like going to a mall on labor day sales. My recommendation there are so many hotels in Vegas so do not stay there.
No rollaway beds?!? It's all good. We had a great time!
Very friendly and helpful staff; Perfect location; Very clean; Great pools with water beds; Comfortable rooms; Delicious breakfast with a very big choice, beautifully presented, and served from 8am to 2pm.
I didn't like that I had to leave the place.
The rooms seemed quite new and fresh. Effective and quiet aircon. Comfortable, not too soft queen sized beds. Big shower booth. Semi seperate toilet to the double sinks.
As I was travelling with a friend, I had absolutely NO appreciation for the outside-the-shower curtain. "Fun" gimmick when you're travelling with a wife/partner, I suppose.
The Hotel was clean, staff were pleasant nothing was too much trouble, large bathroom and good size beds. Hotel was very lavish, everything was so easy to get too. would stay there again.
The decor. The location.
The staff was not accommodating as I booked a two queen bed suite upgraded my group with only one bed.
The location and room were perfect and the balcony a necessity to enjoy the amazing view !!!
Very close to strip
We really enjoyed the resort overall. Made good use of property restaurants, spa, shopping and pool. Once we were there most of the staff was outstanding. Gambling was not great. Very nice view of Bellagio fountain from our room but the room was not the high point of our stay. Service and breakfast at the Henry was GREAT. Scarpetta wasn't bad. Wicked spoon was just OK.
Called after the res to ask if I really had to authorize $300 for each day. Rep told me their rooms were so upscale and nice that they would be charging my card if we spilled a drop. Other resorts have given me a break on the incidentals auth when I asked nicely. So we get there expecting a nice room and there are stains up and down the hallway to the room, stains in the room, stains in the bathroom and overall just an average room. On checking the desk clerk was surly and was clearly ignorant of what it means to be customer focused. Outside of that and the nasty stains and marginal room quality... we had good time at the resort but the gambling was terrible. 6:5 blackjack is worse odds than some slots. We spent hundreds on slot with barely a one cherry payout. It was like a vacuum cleaner.
