The hotel room and place is very good. Bed is comfy. The pool bar is very nice.
The conciarge did not even know about the club bar in the hotel.
The room, the staff Just perfect If ever I come back in Vegas, I'll go back in this hotel
Spacious room lovely bath fantastic view so lush!! Mini bar was good but could have been smaller!!
No fridge to store milk/water. Dont give u a kettle. No point giving you a microwave with no cutlery or a plate
Right across the street is planet hollywood. Between the two hotels we barely went anywhere else. Cool hotel. All the restaraunts were tasty. Didn't go to any buffets. Not our style.
Only neg was my fault. I let the patio door open(which automatically turns off the a/c. Room was hot. My fault.
Great room upgrade and great views
Event on strip on Sunday and access to parking was a little difficult
Everything was amazing at the Cosmo. Being that I have been to a lot of places in Vegas I will not stay anywhere else from now on. Everything was great! I actually don't mind that I lost $ there.
Size of room with plenty of space to move around was fantastic with a nice balcony to catch a breath of fresh air. Good selection of restaurants with a great coffee bar on the 2nd floor.
Felt it was more suitable for my 20something kids and their friends. I did not like that there were no Security personnel at the East Tower elevators and no room keys were required to get to your designated floor.
We had an unbelievable view from our balcony at the 69th floor overlooking the Bellagio Water Fountain!!! A million dollar view!!!
Staff Location Hotel decor
Dirty dishes left in dish washer Balcony glass filthy
View, food selection, location, gambling
Check in wasn't ideal, had to wait awhile for room to be available
Decor, Staff, Restaurants, Cleanliness, Casino, Pool, basically everything!
The bed was comfortable and the shower was a nice size.
That I had to have my deposit refunded to me because I did not have the same card I made the deposit with. I should have been told that when reserving the room. Also I reserved a room for four people and was told that I had not and they wanted to charge me extra for the extra guest. It seemed that they were not happy that I book on this site and not directly with the hotel. The registration process was terrible. Would never stay there again and would not refer anyone there.
The luxe feel of the hotel - everywhere is decorated to an exceptional standard. Love the Lobby screens in particular. The chandelier bar. Great espresso martinis. Wicked Spoon buffet - wide array of cuisines all cooked fresh and all delicious! definitely worth a visit (or two). The concierge and bar staff were very helpful. The bed - amazingly comfortable.
Wifi - you don't receive wifi until you get your room number and as soon as you check out (at 11am) you have your access removed. For a hotel of this standard I would expect guest access as a matter of course. It's more than a bit tight not to. Housekeeping - were not up to scratch on our visit. We had to ring for them to come and make up our room and they were not attentive to detail. Dirty room service trays were often left outside rooms on our corridor all day. Again, in a hotel of this standard, you would expect better service.
Room Hotel Facilities
Staff Check out time I reserved a room for three and they again charged me for a new bed. I requested late check out and they refused and the checkout time is 11 am which is not acceptable.
Rooms were large and beds were sumptuous. Decor was edgy and surprisingly pleasing. Food was excellent. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff was gracious and always very helpful.
The exterior windows were absolutely filthy. This really marred the view of the strip from our room and was really disconcerting. It provided a jarring contrast from the rest of this beautiful property.
Location was excellent amenities were excellent Would definitely stay again
Check in & check out was Very frustrating took tooooo long.. system was poor.out of all the hotels I've been to this was far the worst
the breakfast was a feast. rooms with nice view and decoration. very helpful staff.
the pools were not very big. every time I would have a shower the area around the shower would get full of water.
It was great. The room was very comfortable an nice . And the view was crazy nice . I love how reliable the staff was . I was happy over all .
They gave us a flat rate for a terrace suite on booking.com and when we got there we got charched over $700 of the original price . I was confused but I ended up paying ..
Everything was perfect. Restaurants inside the hotel were fantastic" great location, across street from mall and Walgreens and other eateries. Excellent night club and bars. Casino was fantastic....everything was perfect.
Culture, fun & young guests, great bars
Recommended to anyone visiting Las Vegas. The Location is perfect and the room is so luxurious. The room rate is reasonable too.
Great attention at the concierge. Very nice room and view of Las Vegas.
Room space, location
No breakfast and even no appropriate facilities for it. A few options for late dinner
Bedroom was lovely. Great size shower and lots of space. Secret pizza shop was awesome. Henry's breakfast was great. There are many hidden gems - would be good to know a bit more about them. Like the telephone for $100 000
The hotel smelled funny like toilet freshener. The decor was very dark so it sometimes seemed dingy. Played a lot on the slots never won, went to older hotels and won straight away. Coffee from coffee bar is ridiculously priced.
