The Cosmopolitan in Vegas is truly one of the newest and best hotels. Situated central on the Strip everything is within an arms reach. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff are assisting. A little over priced I think but definitely worth the extra money spent. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was HUGE. I would recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Vegas
Staff was very professional, and helpful. I liked the fact that you could take advantage of the hotel and it's amenities without being assaulted by the casino.
I could still smell cigarette smoke drifting into the lobby area from the casino I assume.
First time in Vegas and we treated ourselves to a stay in the Cosmopolitan. It certainly is a grand hotel and has excellent facilities. Our room was meant to overlook the strip (even confirmed when checking in) but didn't - the view was still spectacular though. Good wifi reception in rooms, good gym and overall facilities.
The hotel was not as vibrant as I expected and seemed quieter than others (not necessarily a negative I guess). There is certainly less shopping than other hotels on the strip and the casino seemed less busy. The one point that was really disappointing was the service at breakfast - it is not cheap but you had to queue for ages as the servers were extremely slow. I was sorely tempted to go outside a couple of times
Room with balcony. Balcony was terrific. Loved the japanese bath with a view over the strip. The room was very well appointed, modern and comfortable. Plenty of good places to eat. Staff were very friendly. Id stay again easily.
Hard to get a spot at the pool. Bit light on the casino side of things.
beautiful hotel, very impressive design, huge rooms, excellent pool and nightclub, STK restaurant is wow
snobbish vibes from the staff (especially at the bars, club and pools), casino minimum bet is high
Location is great, next hotel from Belagio with fontaines. Design of the hotel is interesting Room and bathroom are big and great, bads are comfortable
Huge line for check in and check out We discovered dirty stuff in dishwasher after previous stay Balcony made from glass and its very dirty There is only one chair on balcony that is totally not enough for 2 people As "bonus" of our stay Cosmopoliten blocked 2 200 USD on my credit card in few days after we left the hotel and without any reasons. It was a great present in the midle of my USA trip, god bless i had another credit card.
everything is modern
It is beautiful, new and exciting. Lots to do in the hotel and staff was exceptional. Lobbies were. Beautiful and high quality materials were used. Really, I cannot say enough about the staff, exceptional.
Overpriced does not even begin to describe this hotel-wow. Our 300 dollar a night room was nothing to writ home about, very run of the mill. This place has a fear of benches; from the time we checked in we noticed no where to sit! In the lobby, waiting for a taxi, a real lack of seating for elderly or sick/disabled. Not good people there was PLENTY of space/room all over for benches or chairs. Oh and again super overpriced for quality/style of rooms.
Location for road trip to see all National Parks. The staff were excellent and managed to accommodate us for another night as our hotel should have been the Longstreet just outside Death Valley. Vegas has better quality hotels drive another 2 hours and you won't be dissapointed.
Las Vegas. To glitsee and false, however enjoyed the rest from a 14 hour journey.
Good location and rooms are very modern, well designed. The price includes the buffet, which was very nice.
too short to stay
cosy beds, big rooms, great view, good choise of restaurants
it's huge, pool area closes early at 6 p.m., mini-bar-system (touch it and pay)
Upon arrival we used the ample free parking. At check-in we were very well attended and gained room upgrade. We stayed in beautiful suites with many amenities and comfort. The casino of the hotel is very well organized, clean, has many bars and gave us the opportunity to great experiences. Everything was lovely. We went to the Marquee and we had so much fun in the best Vegas party. The Hotel has many choices of restaurants and eateries, and clothing stores and products in general.
Its just the classiest place in Vegas and in the middle of the strip. Balconies. You need a balcony in Vegas!
Gaming is a little stale. Not as good a vibe as some of the other hotels closeby
Restaurants were fantastic. Staff was friendly and felt authentic about it. Room was super comfortable and it was easy to sleep when the time came.
No poker room. A large number of early 20's kids with no self control.
Great Location and Night Club :))
Great location, lovely big clean room with small balcony and nice views. Comfortable huge beds. Very easy to get taxis etc from hotel lobby.
All our rooms had kitchen facilities but ABSOLUTELY NO crockery, cutlery , kettle or cooking implements and they wouldn't even give you a kettle and some cups. So don't waste your money getting this cause you can't use the kitchen/kitchenettes! Rooms were noisy at night. Shouldn't have to pay for wifi in an expensive hotel.
room space , cleaness , location , friendly staff , smooth early check in and check out
no coffee machine in the room , the house keeper didn't clean the balcony
Cleanliness , corridors .
Best hotel in Vegas by far !!!
location, beds, big rooms.
really expensive room service.
Fantastic hotel with a different vibe. Room was brilliant, with great views of the strip. Great facilities, right in the middle of the strip.
No wine glasses. Brilliant otherwise.
The staff did not find any possibility to issue two individual invoices for two individual rooms of two individual persons as they were booked under one reservation number. This is very poor!!! Business travellers need the invoices to get their money back!!!
Loved that this hotel included breakfast ( which was buffet style and served until 2pm so could be taken as lunch )
Didn't like the fact the pool (14 floor) closed at 7pm
