- Location, - speed of Internet
- Cleanliness in room, - the level of professionality of some of the consierges, - poor value/money ratio.
Open balcony Free upgrade Ice skating on the pool Hidden pizza place STK, amazing steak Cocktails and jazz at Rose.Rabbit.Lie Everything is awesome
Resort Fee ( compulsory ) After paying the resort fee, the WiFi never seems to work at these big hotels on the strip.
The reception was too far from our room. The food in the room is too expensive and I would have appreciated a reasonable price. Only one poop was open when I was there
Location, facilities, cleanliness, staff
Location was great Room's were world class, comfortable and a great size All facilities of the hotel were of great standard
Good location, staff is great just a perfect wee stop was.
great room good casino comfortable location
too much queue to check-in, check-out and even to have to breakfast
the rest room are open for the living room, too much noise, and the lights are sharp for the eyes.
Very friendly staff from welcoming to bar servers. Clean easy access casino. Upscale clientele. Recommend staying there.
There was spoiled food in one of the drawers in my room. And I was put in a handicap room without knowing it. Shower too small and very inconvenient. Much Disappointment
construction noise going on across the street. Rooms need refreshing.
We were allowed to stay a 2 more hours after checkout time as our flight was cancelled.
We were unable to obtain interconnecting rooms. We had 2 rooms between us which was not family friendly.
Everything - location, room & bathroom, self parking, pillows, gym & the little condiments that came with the room services cheeseburger!!
The price of room service is expensive after gratuity & taxes. No access to the swimming pool during winter - would be awesome if it was heated!
The business center was spacious and the gourmet food was excellent. The property was well appointed with high end amenities. The location in the center of the "Strip" was the best location.
The window to the bed from the shower only added to the narcissistic decor of the room. All of the mirrors everywhere were just too much. Also, the "snack traps" baited around the room were completely unwelcome. I tried to not accidentally hit them with my stuff so I wouldn't be charged.
Restaurants are excellent
Concierge arranged show tickets for us, but did not tell us that we had to exchange for proper tickets at show box office. Missed show and wasted $200
Location, environment, elegance
Room furniture starting to get old
Beautiful decor. Quiet rooms. Friendly staff.
The lighting system in the room was designed as all on or all off which was very inconvenient. See through shower into room even when shadow blind was down wasn't great for traveling with just friends. Same with stall-type door for the toilet area. Overall the facility is great but for the price, I expect perfection as there's a lot of competition in Vegas.
The rooms are great, massive spacious living, sleeping and wash areas. We had an amazing view of the Bellagio fountains and the location was about as good as it gets for Vegas. Through out the hotel you have great restaurant and bar options. The typical clientele at the Cosmopolitan felt like a more younger cooler crowd.
It's a shame the spa facilities are split by gender as you cant relax with your partner, the facilities are very good though. No kettle in room.
The views and it is definitely classier than some of the other establishments
Holding the deposit on the room for 30 business days
Internet was abysmal!!!
I usually stay at Palazzo or Wynn. If you are coming to vegas with a girl, stay here! Very sexy hotel!
Everything ... Short walk from elevator
The room can be very romantic for a couple.
Housekeeping - we asked to have 3 complete sets of towels every day - that is - wash cloth, hand towel and bath towel. every day we had to call down to guest services for them to bring more towels.
+Perfect location +Pet friendly anywhere in the casino except the restaurants (which is good) +Good restaurants +Nice casino +Not too crowded like the nearby Caesar or Bellagio
- Shower temperature control is bad, hard to get the right temperature everytime - Water pressure needs improvement (38th floor)
The location is real great and in the heart of the strip and rooms are really great
Branch bufee size is not enough for the size of the hotel and thr number of guests the waiting line is almost two hours to get inside and the bufee ptice was included in the room price the i found extra charges because it was holidays time
