Score from 2224 reviews Very good
The rooms seemed quite new and fresh. Effective and quiet aircon. Comfortable, not too soft queen sized beds. Big shower booth. Semi seperate toilet to the double sinks.
As I was travelling with a friend, I had absolutely NO appreciation for the outside-the-shower curtain. "Fun" gimmick when you're travelling with a wife/partner, I suppose.
The Hotel was clean, staff were pleasant nothing was too much trouble, large bathroom and good size beds. Hotel was very lavish, everything was so easy to get too. would stay there again.
The decor. The location.
The staff was not accommodating as I booked a two queen bed suite upgraded my group with only one bed.
The location and room were perfect and the balcony a necessity to enjoy the amazing view !!!
Very close to strip
the view was amazing! in terms of views of vegas, their rooms with balconies and views of the bellagio fountains can't be beat.
Casino was very nice
Room was dirty and furniture all scratched up , no what I expected for paying that much money for a room . Aria is way better room wise !!
Room cleaning wasn't great. Basic bathroom stuff wasn't replaced daily or was replaced superficially.
The all around vibe.
My car got keyed in the garage.
They moved us to a new room two floors lower, and did comp us 2 drinks. Were courteous, apologetic.
bathroom was dirty and the room was just not clean. Drinking glasses still had lipstick on the rim. Among other smudges and smears on other surfaces thru out. Hallways dirty and smelled of smoke.
Hotel design and overall atmosphere were the best of Vegas
The luxury of a beautiful room with balcony overlooking the strip. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud.
The pool is small, not enough sunbeds and the pool is dirty
Everything is worth it, excellent experience
The flow of cold air is not desigened correctly; if you close the sliding door inside the suite the air will stop flowing to the master room
Room, Service, Balcony
The view of our room was magical. We were staying on the 53th floor and see the Eiffel. It was an incredible vacation.
I guess nothing.
Not enough sun loungers available at the pool.
Our City View suite was great. What's missing is a coffee machine in the room. The Buffet food is superb.
The A/C in the hotel common areas (Lobby, Casino, Buffet) was set too low and it was really cold. The swimming pool closes at 7:00 PM - really a drag in middle of summer.

Casino Cashier wait times on Friday and Saturday nights way too long due to understaffing--2 cashiers to handle the chip redemption and credit applications--
From the moment we walked in the entire place was 'jaw dropping' Great Pools, Gymnasium & Spa, tennis courts. Not to mention a spectacular Casino. Having chosen to upgrade we were treated to 675 sq ft of room with separate washroom shower jacussi bath, separate lounge area and balcony with unbelievable view of Belaggio fountain, and 'the Strip
No coffee facilities in the room.
