The location was great and the access to the bay was beautiful. Got up early one morning to watch the sun rise across the cove-it was fantastic!
Location was great for getting around the Cape. Grounds were beautiful and on a bay.
Could have used another light near kitchen area. Bathroom sink faucet was hard to use.
Bad room lighting. Hard to use tv control. Dirty carpet

Location Helpful day staff
Wifi didn't work in room
Location on beautiful bay, convenient location for walking to restaurant, drinks, bakery/coffee, ice cream, gallery, stores. Main road but set back quiet/retreat-like. Refreshing pool, dock, quiet guests. Will definitely return. Be sure to visit Fort Hill in nearby Eastham!
Gnats down by dock at night, nothing bug spray couldn't handle. Pool not open till 10:00 am kind of late for swim with 11:00 check out. Nothing worth complaining about. Great find!
It is a good place to relax and its location is convenient to visit other places in the Cape.
Nice location near restaurants and shops. Beach is just a few miles away.
Needs some updating. Window Air conditioner was very loud.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our upgrade was great. Clean, comfortable room with deck to see ocean from distance. Very quiet for Memorial day weekend. Walked to restaurants closeby. Very reasonable rates, too.
Can't think of anything. They do have rooms right on the water, but they were sold out.
This is a little gem of a motel that a friend living in nearby Brewster had recommend some years back. I stayed in room 10 which with a queen sized bed. It was better than expected: freshly painted and squeaky clean, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and fresh towels daily, maid service was right on, plenty of parking, quiet, great grounds overlooking the water. Looked like a nice poor but too cold yet for a dip in late May. Highly recommended!
The entrance door lock could have used a little oiling. But no big deal.
First of all, the price was amazing! $104 a night on a weekend (just one week before the season kicks in) at the Cape? Check in was awesomely efficient. They have a little lending library for DVDs (every room has a DVD player) and books. There's a little basket at the front desk with the password for the wifi. Check out couldn't have been simpler - simply drop your key(s) in the box on the outside of the office. The bed was nice and comfy - not too soft, not lumpy, not squeaky. The shower was great! Serious water pressure, plus my husband (who is 6'-5") didn't have to do a backbend in the shower in order to wash his hair - he could actually stand up straight. They have a patio with a fire pit - a nice way to spend a chilly evening.
ALL the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable (for hotel beds). Location is great. Right near everything we love about the area. Easy access to Route 6 and many beaches. Great value for the price per night. Views of the water and outdoor patio were great too!
Cozy, quaint and clean. Nice and quiet and very friendly staff. Would stay again.
The setting is beautiful with seating on a lawn by the waters edge. Easy walking distance to places for breakfast and dinner.
Nice sofa and refrig and microwave. Great view of bay and lots of comfy outdoor spaces. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly
I requested my window washed but it never was so it was very "foggy" looking out at bay
Location and price New TV, WiFi, Fire pit, view
We stay here at least twice a year while visiting relatives. The property is quaint, Cape Cod style. While it may be a bit outdated, the owners are consistently making repairs and upgrades. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Excellent convenient location.
Quiet, but we were there during the off-season. How quiet it is depends,of course, on how noisy your neighbors are. Fortunately, the motel was sparsely booked and we didn't hear many sounds of people talking or walking around over our room. Located right on the cove, so you can walk out and see water, sailboats, gulls, etc. Also, located right across the street from The Christmas Tree Shops, so you can kill some time shopping while your husband is watching the game on TV. Nice location for walking to restaurants, shops, etc.
A little old and out of date, but not bad.
Size of room, refrigerator, microwave, sitting and eating area, pleasant staff
closet a bit small
large, comfortable room; great location convenient to shops and restuarants
Clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location. Good value for the price
Hard to find in the dark. Clearer lighting on the sign would help.
Sweet unique place with very clean rooms, comfortable bed, shower had good water pressure, staff were very friendly. I'd come back to The Cove again.
The first room I had had a broken tile in the bathroom right in front of the sink so I would kick it every time. I put the bath rug over it. No big deal but not ideal.
Very neat, clean; quality & price was excellent.
Location was great, we could walk to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a king size bed, sofa, coffee table, and table and chairs. Nice path down to the cove.
Bathroom was small and needed updating, but very clean and well stocked with towels and hair dryer.
The bathroom really needs to be updated. The pink tile is out of date and the tiles on the floor were broken and not affixed firmly.
