Quick and easy access to hotel rooms and simplicity of the whole overall property. Rooms are decorated like a 1920's brothel which I thought was cool.
The Taxi Cab is a nightmare because it's such a small property that they just don't pick up there often enough. One morning was a 45min wait to the airport. The Drais nightclub was so loud even on the 5th floor at 2 A.m It's an upscale place that really doesn't need that crowd in my op.
I loved every minute of our stay at The Cromwell. The boutique size of the property made it feel so cozy and exclusive. The room was so plush and inviting. It put to shame every other hotel I've ever stayed at. My boyfriend and I originally stayed at The Cromwell just to go to Drai's. We fell in love with everything!!
I loved everything!!
I like the breakfast should be with hotel booking
The room was dark
Location was great. Staff was super helpful. Very clean and stylish rooms.
Room was rather noisy. Not sure if you can get a quiet room in Vegas, but would have appreciated it. You could hear when people dropped stuff in the room above you, could definitely hear the nightclub music/bass in the evenings, and there was also a constant, unidentified mechanical noise. (Wasn't pipes. Thought it might be the ferris wheel nearby, but final consensus was like a piece of metal on the driveway that rumbled every time a car went over it...)
small boutique nature of the hotel, lovely rooms which are easy to get to from the casino, perfect location to the Bellagio, Caesars, and the Cosmopolitan, excellent courtesy car service. Rooms were very well appointed (except for a shower cap). I had to dispute an erroneous mini bar charge which appeared on my bill.
I love Giada (am a big fan - watch her shows and buy her cookbooks)- but the service at the restaurant was horrible. The food as very good. You couldn't buy a drink if you were waving $1000 bills in Giada's bar or restaurant.. What a shame. Especially embarrassing because I was entertaining a client.
Beautiful hotel with top notch service
We could hear music from rooftop nightclub in our room until 4 am
Great location, exceptional service by all staff, well designed and comfortable room. A real jewel of a hotel, beautiful decor, luxury feel and service. Dinner and breakfast at Giada's were delicious and exceptional new tastes. Have never experienced the level of service from bellmen to housekeepers. Truly unique bar, Bound, with fabulous and unique drinks. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway in the heart of the strip.
Had a problem with the checkout due to confusion with how the Booking.com billing was handled. Will handle the payment differently next time.
I like the comfor the bed the decoration specially the game I find on the table I played it in years and I was very nice
The room was little bit dark no much lighting
The service from everyone we interacted with was way beyond normal for a Las Vegas strip property.
Steam in the shower did not work.
It's right in the middle of the Strip, and you can actually walk to other places if you're so inclined. Great boutique feel without feeling ostentatious.
You're going to need to go to other places because the size of the property doesn't lend itself to many dining options. There's Giada's, but after that, not much. If you just want to wake up and grab some eggs for breakfast, you'll probably end up heading to another hotel.
Location on the Strip was excellent, friendly staff
The room was comfortable but shoddily finished; the window did not shut properly (they had to glue it shut). The soundproofing was horrible. From Thursday to Sunday the nightclub on the roof is open and keeps everyone awake. No breakfast, even though it was available at the time of booking, because Giada's has opened. It was not worth the price we paid by a long shot.
great location...new digs...friendly staff
dark rooms...nightclub noise..$28 "resort fee"
We got a special price for this new hotel and it was really worth it. Amazing location, great decor, nice people
Wifi not working well in the room

Room was dark
Amazing hotel with top notch service and rooms. We came on a Thursday night and we had booked a deluxe room but once we arrived we were upgraded to a suite which had a great view of the strip and bellagio fountain. Definitely an unforgettable experience!
Very nice room, a bit dark but nice
Wifi was bad, always drying to charge
They upgraded us to suite, very big room with three bath rooms, but unfortunately the window is quite close to Flamingo's entrance, and it was very loud at night, hard to get sleep. However the staffs were very nice.
Rooms can allow residual noise into the rooms from floors above and from corridor.
Loved comfort, quiet and decor of the room. Housekeeping was over-the-top accommodating. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly. Liked the easy access to elevators --not having to walk across a huge casino to get to them (like you have to in the bigger hotels). Loved the romantic ambiance of the shower (lit-up) mirror. What a plus to have breakfast included! Valet, bell and concierge service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable staff! Giada's restaurant did not disappoint -- awesome food and service -- loved the personal touch of talking with Giada at our table. Also, felt like we had celebrity status with the priority entrance into Drai's. Truly an unforgettable stay in the heart of everything and can't wait to come back. Wish I could remember all of the names of the people we encountered as they all deserve high praises!
The ice was only accessible through housekeeping services. Also, even though we loved the darker ambiance of the room, wish there was just a couple more can lights for the times we needed that extra brightness.
Comfortable surroundings, quick and friendly service. I found it convenient to be located so close to everything. l loved the shower!
- Pool club does not belong to hotel (which is nowhere mentioned) meaning on weekends they charge 500-1000 usd for each sunbed - poor service at the pool - we still heard at night the club sound from the top floor although we were in the lowest floor - rooms are really too dark - even when turning on all lights still feels too dark - room service knocks every door in the morning from 8am onwards. As there are always 4 doors in pairs close to each other you will hear at least twice the call "housekeeeeping" and the knocking at the door of all other 3 rooms at least, even when you put the sign "please do not disturb"
The Cromwell is a beautiful hotel, had great complimentary breakfast. All the staff of the hotel and casino were amazing. I have already recommended it to friends and when I come back to Vegas I will be staying there again
Coffee station at elevator breakfast boutique feeling everyone very friendly
too dark small room small bathroom no desk
Service was excellent and unlike other US hotels, you don't feel like they were trying to charge you for every detail. The cocktail hour and turn done service were lovely.
The Cromwell doesn't 'own' it's own pool Thursday-Sunday, they are in partnership with Drai's and the attitude to the needs of hotel guests vs the PYT clientele of Drai's is poor. Overall, the relationship with Drai's has lowered the tone; women walking through the Casino in barely anything, young guys getting into fights and having to be frog marched out by security, I was even asked "how much" while having a coffee and a cig in the morning. I'm late 20's so no fuddy duddy, but I don't like to bring that kind of thing home with me. It was one of the main reasons for picking a 'boutique' hotel. The Cromwell Management did their best to sort it when I complained but it's mortifying having to complain. The Cromwell is not a 5 star hotel for this reason. Access to a pool is a must in Vegas.
