The staff was GREAT.. ..The BEDS OH what a wonderful night of sleep..We would definitely recommend travelers to stay at the D..
The location is perfect for downtown, the elevator system is a little awkward for first time use but seemed effective. Upbeat and remodeled. Best in downtown!
The elevator system can be an issue if your a little tipsy and not paying too much attention. Had a system issue with elevators while visiting and had to take stairs with about 50 other people, but was on 4th floor.
Room was comfy and had a great view
Location is perfect
The refrigerator in the room didn't work an the water pressure was horrible
Most of the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean.
The service at the Dgrill was bad. We had dinner and had to hunt for you check to pay so we could leave. The next morning tried breakfast and was served cold food. The noise level in the Casino is way too high. Maybe they are trying to attract a younger crowd, but it was so loud we didn't gambol at all.
Location good for price.
Pool small, but new pool going in. Demolition/construction work started early. I stayed in Jan 14 absolutely appreciated Keurig coffee maker in my room. Returned Jul 14 they were pulled out of all rooms. No chair for work desk in room.
House keeping just walking in the room at 7:30 am. No knocking nothing.
The rooms were clean, good location, the food in the restaurant was good.
Having to drive up the 7th floor to park the car. The floors below that were valet parking and there were not many cars on those floors. I wish the restaurant would open up a little earlier. It did not open until 8 am.
Maid asking another employe what bed bugs look like. Room would not cool down.
There was construction at the hotel which made checking in a little difficult. Also parking was really tight
The longbar, great ambiance with a great staff, delicious cocktails and beautiful dancers.... Perfect place to be!
There is nothing that I could say....
Bed was comfortable. Flat screen tv. Friendly staff.
Water pressure was really weak in the shower. Shower nozzle was cheap with no adjustment. Toiletries were low quality. Only one bar of soap. Towels were not soft.
located in downtown close to the bus stop to the strip. Beds very comfortable.
IT WAS CLEAN THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND NICE OVER ALL GREAT EXPERIENCE.
I like how the D is right in the middle of the old strip . It is a very clean hotel.
The longbar is great fun day or night. In the heart of Fremont st. Rooms very clean beds lovely. All round good place. We had a lot of fun.
One of the none smoking rooms we booked had been smoked in but they moved us to a clean room which was fine.
Beds are comfortable. Food at the D grill was pretty good.
Headboard fell off the wall, asked them not to fix till we leave. Pool was closed so had to get passes daily to the Grand. While at the pool had our do not disturb sign in our door and they still went into our room. After my husband exploded on them they gave us a credit of $75 for food and drinks. Still would never stay there again.
The hotel is extremely clean and the cleaning staff was especially great and always very helpful. They need to be acknowledged for their ability to provide excellent customer service.
Upon check out I found I was over-charged and brought it to the attention of the clerk. She was not at all friendly or helpful. She did however, go to the back office to speak to a manager about it. She was gone for over 15 minutes and left me waiting at the front desk. When she finally came back she said the bill was correct and that's all she said. She was cold. Interesting, though, that I did dispute the charges through my credit card company and I was correct. The charges were wrong. I was overcharged $10.00 and management should have realized this just by the fact that I had the documentation to prove it. Instead of leaving me waiting at the front desk for over 15 minutes, and because the overcharge was minimal, this should have been corrected on the spot.
The price was good.
I didn't like that I could hear everything in the next room
Smokers all around you when waiting in line at check-in.
Great location right on the Fremont Experience Good access to Strip shuttle Great clean rooms
Smoking everywhere! Although our room was non-smoking we could still smell cigarette smoke
The location is close to everything. The room is spacious and clean the bed is comfy. I love the place i will come back definitely.
The parking lot is a mess
Rude manager named Hung, broken toilet I complained about that 3 am and no one did nothing. They didn't even give me the room number!! And their "up grade" was worst than their reg rooms.
the rooms air conditioner.
