The room was great.
Would have preferred if breakfast was included. Quite a walk through the casino to the elevators.
The beds are so comfortable, lots of pillows, rooms big. Great location.
The elevators are horrible, they have this horrible system that you put in what floor you are going to and it tells u which elevator to get into, once in the elevator which takes forever, you cannot change what floor you want to go to its all computer system. And in the morning their was no hot water just cool. So no hot shower. Also when we were having issues with the elevator a guy that worked for the D was really rude about the elevators. Three times our group waited 20 min, for our elevator cause they are assigned so you can't just get on another one cause you cannot manually input your floor.
Room was comfortable & spacy.
No fridge or hair dryer in the room.
Dirtiest place I ever see.
Location of the Hotel, room location, staff very nice.
Not enough drink takers.
I like the location. The atmosphere of the casino and hotel. Ill definitely stay there again.
The toilet was loud and would flush forever.
the hotel has good parking it has the best location there is a casino in the hotel
i didnt win anything
Right on Fremont street, so very convenient and only 5 mins from greyhound station if you were busing it.
Wifi was a bit intermittent. Can be a bit noisy as so close to Fremont Street. But it's Vegas so you shld be outside and having fun and not in your room!
Close to bus station
The time to just get away
Too short of a visit.
The clean room, easy access to plug outlets. The bed was very comfortable and had a restful sleep.
The shower was difficult to shut off without it dripping!
The staff was GREAT.. ..The BEDS OH what a wonderful night of sleep..We would definitely recommend travelers to stay at the D..
The location is perfect for downtown, the elevator system is a little awkward for first time use but seemed effective. Upbeat and remodeled. Best in downtown!
The elevator system can be an issue if your a little tipsy and not paying too much attention. Had a system issue with elevators while visiting and had to take stairs with about 50 other people, but was on 4th floor.
Room was comfy and had a great view
Location is perfect
The refrigerator in the room didn't work an the water pressure was horrible
Most of the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean.
The service at the Dgrill was bad. We had dinner and had to hunt for you check to pay so we could leave. The next morning tried breakfast and was served cold food. The noise level in the Casino is way too high. Maybe they are trying to attract a younger crowd, but it was so loud we didn't gambol at all.
Location good for price.
Pool small, but new pool going in. Demolition/construction work started early. I stayed in Jan 14 absolutely appreciated Keurig coffee maker in my room. Returned Jul 14 they were pulled out of all rooms. No chair for work desk in room.
House keeping just walking in the room at 7:30 am. No knocking nothing.
The rooms were clean, good location, the food in the restaurant was good.
Having to drive up the 7th floor to park the car. The floors below that were valet parking and there were not many cars on those floors. I wish the restaurant would open up a little earlier. It did not open until 8 am.
Got a really good deal for last minute, great casino, comfy bed
Parking lots at highest levels and difficult to find a free spot
The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms are super clean. The restaurants are pretty good and well priced. It's right on Fremont St, which has loads going on and it's much cheaper than the strip. It's also very easy to get to the strip, a 24-hour bus pass is only $8 and takes you to see all the big hotels and casinos. But don't be put off by the location on Fremont, it's a great place to stay.
The staff were all very rude, no warm welcome, just "I need photo id", except one consierge girl who was really friendly and helpful. There's a stage right under the hotel with lice acts until about 1am every morning, so try and request a higher floor. Or get earplugs if you need to be up early (we had to wake up at 4 for a grand canyon tour). There are 30 odd floors in the hotel but only 4 elevators! Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes to get up or down from the lobby. No room service! You need to collect your food from the restaurant on the 2nd floor.
Elevators didn't work. Electrical sockets in room didn't work. Moved to the only other available room and it was downgraded. View of the dirty roof outside of our room.
The hall is a casino, very alive and in the center of fun.
A bit noisy. Pay attention to the reservation details about the mandatory fee for Internet and Discount Vouchers (that we didn't use) but that we were obliged to pay. 10 floors to climb to reach the guest free parking.
