No break fast bouffe,
Price was good.
the fact that you had to pay for parking at the hotel which REALLY increases the price of the hotel stay significantly.
Hotel is in a perfect downtown location. So close. To Gaslamp, little Italy, old town. Walking distance to many local favorite spots. Room was comfortable and spacious. Room. Is very reasonably priced for location and room amenities.
Guest next door kept complaining we were too loud, maybe the walls are thin, but we had no complaints the two times we‘ve stayed here. We had no fridge, which we thought came with all rooms. Besides that we were very happy and will stay again.
Separate shower With good separate flexible shower cable Internet access in lobby 30 minute limit somewhat a bother A chair vs a stool would help My painful back Bedroom excellent TV old but OK Separate living area adequate
No coffee maker had microwave oven and nothing else Not a major issue this time Because l was in late and out early But if for vacation would have been an issue no bedroom to living area doors Liked available pool and Exercise room but did not have time to use Also access to symphony hall Bar scene and young crowd fascinating
There was many hidden charges.. The staff didn't explain anything to us... I would have liked if they told us all the fees that we were going to be charged
The view was nice. The staff were very friendly.
The room was gross and outdated... Nothing in the room worked.. (The phone, microwave, coffee maker.) There was only one water and one coffee cup.. Won't stay here again!
NA - They were "sold out" and sent us away. Initially told us the wrong Marriott to go to, so sent to another Marriott after valeting at the wrong one. Thanks Declan!
The parking garage entrance and drive up.
It had a nice view. It also had a seperate bedroom. The staff was very nice. It had several restaurants close by. It was also close to the trolley station.
There was a food spill on floor 22 the whole 3 days reverse there. It never got cleaned. Also, I tried to call to get extra pillows and no one answered the phone. I had to walk down to get them. There is mold in the bathroom.
Location. Parking space availability (although with an additional fee of $29 a day) Spacious room with smart layout and kitchenette. Attentive/professional front desk.
not sure if it was a random case but front desk button on the room telephone connected me to a remote customer service instead of directly connecting to reception (which added delays to resolve my request)
Walking distance to everything downtown. Short drive to beaches. Very clean and comfortable.
Parking was expensive
Clean rooms and good location.
I ordered a refrigerator for my kids milk and they said there is no more refrigerators available.
nice suit.. Gr8 view.. Convenient location.. Close to evrythng.. Gas lamp, balboa park, seaport village.. Friendly staff..
The location was nice, good lay out of the room. Staff was very good.
Not informed that I was going to be charged an aditional $29.00 per night to park my truck. Maintaince of the room need more attention.
Look and style
NO COFFEE POT IN ROOM , NOT GOOD..
- Free Wifi - Friendly Staff
- Parking is $30 - Silverfish - Sofabed that is so old, you can't sleep on it - Piercingly loud squeak on sliding door between bedroom and bathroom (a problem when people are trying to sleep) - Swinging door that hits the corner of the bed when opening (because the room is so small)
Nice view !!!
Too Expensive parking
The couch sucked. The cushions kept sinking in and it was really uncomfortable
no safe box provided
location was great Staff was great & friendly remodel bar/lobby was nice
the room was very small, a lot smaller that what pic wash shown online carpet was stained /old bedroom was small as well bathroom sliding door was wiggly and lock didn't wok. just needs a remodel and call it regular room instead of suites because room isn't big enough.
It is a great hotel for low prices
Hotel is 20 minutes walking to the conference centre and 7-10 minutes walking to the main street with restaurants, cafes, etc. I rented a bicycle so I don't know whether the valet parking is expensive or not. I got a good deal for a 27th floor suite with nice view on the city. I stayed for 6 nights and my spacious room became like home after a while. Enjoyed the large desk and the gym/small swimming pool facilities too. Complimentary coffee and water every day. Staff was always very friendly. I personally wouldn't book it again as I tend to travel cheaper when it is for leisure, but since I was travelling for work it was just perfect.
The staff and the beds
Location was decent
I heard airplanes throughout my stay
the room is big enough, the bed is comfort
it locates on a hill, some staff was not that friendly and professional...sometimes lazy to clean...
