The room was very spacious and very well designed, the bed had a great mattress and even though I had a stressful week in San Francisco (conference) I slept like a baby. Free wireless in the entire hotel plus fantastic staff / service make this a 10/10 hotel for me - I'll be back! There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel, this is the best kept secret in San Francisco, perfect for business travelers, I highly recommend the Donatello. |

Very pleasant comfortable hotel in great location. The room was very spacious (a real plus), and the "balcony" outside of our 5th floor room was a real plus.. No reading light anywhere near one of the chairs in the room. Lounge on top floor wasn't that great other than access to newspaper. The coffee was just "OK". It would have been nice to have some snacks in the late afternoon/evening as well as greater choice of drinks (even if there was a charge) |

Very friendly staff who were there when we needed them. Big room with everything we needed. Everything worked like it was supposed to, and the extras were appreciated. I would have prefered a sit down, menu based breakfast instead of the continental stuff |

We liked everything. The staff were superb; the room was large, comfortable, extremely well-appointed, clean, luxurious; the piano bar was pleasant, cozy, and entertaining; and the price for everything--particularly the room--was much, much lower than we have paid for vastly inferior properties. |

Location was excellent, being close to centre of town. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms large and very well appointed with ammenities beyone those of most hotels in this range. Free internet is a bonus and use of beautiful club lounge at all hours was very welcome. There was nothing we did not like about Donatello Hotel. |

It was really hard to connect to the internet, the bathrooms can do with some updating and the room was noisy (due to street traffic). |

The staff was extremely helpful and the location is fabulous. The breakfast menu is limited and while there are thousands of choices within SF, I'm not sure that the Donatello is where I would east breakfast again. |

Great atmosphere and a highly service-minded staff in charming surroundings with more facilities than we had time to utilise. The hotel was great, but a neighbouring and very popular nightclub was rather loud at odd hours. |

Rooms are spacious, clean. location is superb, price which included breakfast and parking is reasonable, staff is helpful. Good experience. We have stayed here before, and plan on returning on our many visits to San Francisco. |
