sijainti oli erinomainen ja henkilökunnan palvelualttius myös erinomainen. Sairastuin kesken lomani ja minut ohjattiin läheiseen lääkäriin nopeasti. Aamiainen oli todella huono. Ei lainkaan vastannut sivustojen tietoja, joissa luki "sisältää mannermaisen aamiaisen". Aamiainen sisälsi makeita, rasvaisia, epäterveellisiä donitseja ja omenoita, ei mitään muuta. |

Ensivaikutelma on kulunut kuin vanhassa ruotsinlaivassa, mutta siitä yli päästyä huomaa, että "80's vanha rouva" on huippuiskussa! Kaikki toimii, henkilökunnalla on hyvä meininki päällä. Kymmenen minuutin jälkeen halusin pois, nyt palaan varmasti takasin. Loistosijainti, paljon rahalle vastinetta. Hotelli ei ole moderni. |

Sijainti. Huoneen koko. Jaakaappi. Oikein mukava hotelli, mutta nuhjuisempi kuin kuvista saattoi olettaa. Amerikkalaiset suihkuhanasysteemit ovat yleisesti alkeellisia. |

Rooms are spacious, clean. location is superb, price which included breakfast and parking is reasonable, staff is helpful. Good experience. We have stayed here before, and plan on returning on our many visits to San Francisco. |

The staff were very professional; friendly and helpful. The happy hour at the bar, and jazz entertainment added to the enjoyment of our stay. The street outside the bedroom window was quite noisy |

Very noisey woke up each day before 7am. Work in street and on other buildings close by. They need to change the windows. Breakfast was a lot better across the street for the same price. |

The room and bed were just the right size. There were quite a few unexpected extras, such as microwave, kitchen sink, crockery and cutlery, and free shoe cleaning service. There was a lot of outside noise at night, such that I had to resort to ear plugs. Also the level of lighting in the room could have been better. |

The hotel is in a great location very near Union Square, the concierge service was outstanding for visitors to SF. The rooms are largewith good facilities and the overall bonus was the jazz entertainment in the bar which must be one of San Frans best kept secrets. The breakfast was too American which means everything was incredibly sweet. The option to have toast with cheese or tomato and/or real muesli rather than various sorts of Coco Pops would help. |

The location was fair. The front desk and the concierge were professional. Our room was very noisy. W think it may have been located over the bar or a club. We did not sleep at all. There was no hot water in the shower. It was a very poor value and would not use this service or hotel again. |

The hotel staff was excellent! I am in my late teens and they treated me with as much respect as they would any one else which was absolutely wonderful (I've been age-discriminated before). The hotel room was stylish and very cool and clean. We only stayed the night, and it was worth the price. For the style of the room (and a 4 star hotel), we paid $200, at the Holiday Inn (a generic hotel...) on the same night was $240. I think this is just the city in general (esp on the weekends) but there was a lot of street noise up until around 4 am. (And I believe there was a band playing up until 2 am) We were located on the outer edge of the hotel, but we didn't really mind since we were so tired. Otherwise, you might. |
