Hôtel très très bien situé. À côté de plusieurs points d'intérêt et près des transports en communs.
Le seul point négatif est le restaurant de l'hôtel. Il y a grandement place à amélioration |

The room was huge and immaculately clean. The staff was extremely helpful and the early check-in on arrival was very much appreciated. It's location is superb, too. |

Everything, the room and location were first class When we asked the concierge for tickets to Alcatraz, we were told we couldn't have tickets for the next week as they were fully booked. we went to pier 33 ourselves and got tickets for the next day! |

The staff were excellent and over accomadating when asked for anything. It was my sisters bday and we wanted the room recorated for her arrival, the hotel went out esp. and brought decorations. |
