St. Pauel駅から徒歩ですぐ＆近隣に多数のレストラン・各種店舗もあり、このlocationは便利。他の- 方のレビューにあった夜間の騒音も経験しませんでした。室内の雰囲気・清潔さ含め満足度高いです。 特になし |

インターネット無料，朝食付きで，冷蔵庫・電子レンジ付でいい設備であったと思います．フリーザもあれば，- 完璧ですね． ビジネスセンターでの印刷のための用紙が，3枚を超えると有料であったこと．全てが無料は無理でも，もう少- し，余裕がほしかったです． |

スタッフの方が大変親切。周りの電車の乗り方やおすすめのレストランリストや観光のパンフレットなどたくさ- んいただきました。お値段の割に豪華な客室。立地が中心地で便利でした。 お部屋にもよるのかもしれませんが、周りにクラブが多く、車や騒ぎ声や音楽の振動などとても眠れるような環- 境ではなかった。神経質な方にはおすすめできません。 |

Union squareからは１block、bartのpowell st駅からも近く、約２blockでスーツケースを引いても苦にならない。hertzのmason st営業所も１blockで、非常にlocatio- nが良かった。また、staffも非常にkindlyで、friendlyで気持ち良く滞在できた。部屋も- 値段の割りに広かった。 朝食がPoorだった。３日で10$、現地で払っても1日4$なので仕方が無いが、drink barとドーナツ・マフィン・オレンジだけでは足りない- 人もいるかもしれない。食べるところも狭く（最上階の15畳位の部屋）、皆、飲み物・食べ物を持って部屋に- 戻っていた。でも、昼食や夕食は外でちゃんと- 食べるのだから、価格を考えれば、これでいいのかもしれない。 |

サンフランシスコ市内にしては部屋も広く、清潔で、ちゃんとターンダウウンのサービスもある。電子レンジと- 冷蔵庫があるのは非常に便利。 空港へのシャトルもスタッフに言えば電話予約までしてもらえました。 デスクが小さい上にでかいランプがのっていて、仕事するには場所がなくちょっと不便。 インターネットはワイヤレスが無料で使えるが、部屋によっては電波が届き難く、高速接続が出来なかった。レ- ジャー用に適したホテルだと思います。 |

ユニオンスクエア近所の便利な立地で、この価格はかなり安い。 朝食は貧弱ですが、その代わりに朝だけでなく夕方４時以降もコーヒーや茶などはいつでも無料でもらえるのは- 嬉しい。 |

広いスペースと落ち着いたインテリア、細やかな備品（コーヒーメーカーやスプーン、ナイフなど）、フレンド- リーなスタッフ、、ロケーション、すべて良かったです。 プランの制約上仕方ないかもしれませんが、キャンセル不可、返金不可というのはちょっと厳しい。予約した後- に気づきました。やむを得ずキャンセルする場合、困ると思います。返金不可であるならば、もう少しディスカ- ウントしてほしい。 |

The hotel is in a great location very near Union Square, the concierge service was outstanding for visitors to SF. The rooms are largewith good facilities and the overall bonus was the jazz entertainment in the bar which must be one of San Frans best kept secrets. The breakfast was too American which means everything was incredibly sweet. The option to have toast with cheese or tomato and/or real muesli rather than various sorts of Coco Pops would help. |

The location was fair. The front desk and the concierge were professional. Our room was very noisy. W think it may have been located over the bar or a club. We did not sleep at all. There was no hot water in the shower. It was a very poor value and would not use this service or hotel again. |

The hotel staff was excellent! I am in my late teens and they treated me with as much respect as they would any one else which was absolutely wonderful (I've been age-discriminated before). The hotel room was stylish and very cool and clean. We only stayed the night, and it was worth the price. For the style of the room (and a 4 star hotel), we paid $200, at the Holiday Inn (a generic hotel...) on the same night was $240. I think this is just the city in general (esp on the weekends) but there was a lot of street noise up until around 4 am. (And I believe there was a band playing up until 2 am) We were located on the outer edge of the hotel, but we didn't really mind since we were so tired. Otherwise, you might. |

I thought that everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and well serviced. I felt very secure and comfortable staying there. My room was very noisy, because of the Nightclub across the street. It was very difficult to sleep, because of all the people milling around after the Club closed. The next time I stay at the Donnatello, and I will, I will ask for an inside room. That was the only problem, but it becomes a big one if you can't sleep! |
