The room, the localization and the price. The breakfast is incredible bad. No room to everybody and no variations of food. |

The room was huge and immaculately clean. The staff was extremely helpful and the early check-in on arrival was very much appreciated. It's location is superb, too. |

Everything, the room and location were first class When we asked the concierge for tickets to Alcatraz, we were told we couldn't have tickets for the next week as they were fully booked. we went to pier 33 ourselves and got tickets for the next day! |

The staff were excellent and over accomadating when asked for anything. It was my sisters bday and we wanted the room recorated for her arrival, the hotel went out esp. and brought decorations. |

Friendly staff and a warm welcome Breakfast was very limited and restricted to very high sugar pastries. Some fresh fruit or other items would have been much better - we appreciate that cost is always an issue but substitution of healthier food would actually have been cheaper |
