I liked the friendly hotel staff. Amazingly helpful and attentive I did not like the continental breakfast. Not enough selection or amount allowed. |

Good location, gym The "chief concierge" got on my nerves a bit. He was pompous towards guests and other staff. Breakfast is not really breakfast. it is tea/coffee/orange juice/sweet rolls and bagels. Better to advertise it for what it is. Microwaves in the room are very small - too small for some things. |

Location and the cleanliness. Also the Friday afternoon free snacks and drinks We were in a room near a night club and there was a little bit of noise. We stayed 3 nights and for 2 days and nights a burglar alarm just down the road was going every couple of minutes. Amazingly no one bothered to turn it off. Ear plugs were very necessary for those two nights:) |
