The hotel is a little tired. Also wi fi should be included.
The location is good and the room is comfortable and spacious. The concierge was helpful and friendly.

Position too far out of downtown long walk to theatre district
reasonable standard, but rooms looking tired and in need of redecoration scuff marks on skirting boards, paint flaking off ceiling, and no cleaning done under furniture

The waitress in the on site restaurant was so slow to give us our ticket. Someone had to find her for us. We round have even ordered more, but she didn't come back.
Wilson, the front desk attendant, was spectacular! He made sure we had everything we needed. He even made sure that I got a little cake for my birthday.

Before we left our room, 10:02 to be extact, the maid begin to clean the room with us in it. We informed her that we needed 10 minutes, which she completely ignored and walked around us. We were dumbfounded.

When we walked in it smelled kind of damp in the room. The room was a little small but not bad. My husband didn't like that they didn't have a fan in the bathroom.
It was a nice hotel-something different than your typical hotel. Very elegant & comfortable

Parts of her could use a bit of sprucing up. A bit of peeling wallpaper here, furniture scuffed and the wood showing through, etc. Minor things in all that you might not even notice, but certainly never take away from the experience.
The hotel is generally great and still opulent. We had a junior suite looking over the lake and it was everything we hoped.

The room was not a substantial size, but it was beautiful and as a historic hotel we didn't expect a massive room. The wifi was expensive, but it did not interfere with our trip seeing as the whole city seems to have free wifi everywhere.
The facility was great and it had everything we needed.

Our room was I'm sure the smallest and least Drake like in the building. I have stayed there multiple times. I don't know if that was because of Booking.com

Comfort, professionalism and beauty of the historic Drake. I go to the Drake for winding down after long work bouts. I came out relaxed and refreshed.

The Bar Tariff - seems Al Capone may still be in residence!
Well located at the head of Michigan Avenue, well within walking distance of all downtown locations including Rush Street and Hancock Tower
