Our room was lovely. Good beds. The shower was hot and strong. Great view. The food was really good and we got to know the serving staff. All lovely people. The ambience was wonderful and the view beautiful.
I wish we had booked a room overlooking Puget Sound. We will the next time we're through. There was nothing we didn't like. It was all amazing.
The place is beautiful, the staff was awesome and got us early check in and have us a free upgraded room. Great place to stay.

Seemed a bit pricey for the amenities provided

Amazing views. Very helpful and kind staff. Overall great experience.
Bed could have been more comfortable.
We loved being able to walk and get to where we wanted to go within a few blocks. This made up for everything else.
The facilities are a bit run down which was a disappointment - mattresses were loud and uncomfortable, leather chair had a rip in it, a sprinkler head looked broken, sheet had a hole in it. You could hear EVERY word of people talking in the hallway even at 4:30am on their cell phone. But could barely hear the train (good job there!)
Great location for exploring Seattle, excellent transport to train station offered, even at 6.30am, rooms were comfortable and the restaurant offered outstanding meals and views.
I've spent several nights in the Edgewater over the last 40 years. Its present manifestation is the best ever.
I only got to spend one night!
Room and location
location was walking distance to Pike Market. Bathroom is nicely updated, but there is no tub.
Room was very small. The "Queen" bed was the size of a double. The rugs are stained, the wall paper needs updating. The staff were friendly but not really helpful. Were not able to give me a larger room. There was no bath tub in the room. The Sunday morning brunch was all al la carte. Expensive for the food received. Although booked in advance, was not able to obtain a window table even when one was available on our arrival. overall value for money much overrated.
Architecture, Design, Location Fireplace in Room Excellent Concierge Service View from the room Ambiance
Children under 21 not allowed in hotel bar Hotel Bar closed abruptly at 10:45 due to "software maintenance" parking too expensive
I liked everything in this hotel, actually it is amazing. It is one of the most beatiful hotels I have ever been .. I highly recommend this hotel .
Concierge was not very helpful and the Shuttle service was poor. I cant understand how they can have a shuttle service every 1 hour at 10 in the morning when everyone wants to get to town.
Location and view from lounge
We booked a waterside room but that was not a water view room, our main view was the adjoining quay. Stay away from room 202
Loved the service, all the staff was extremely available and very helpful. The room was amazing and the sea was part of the design.
The structure is not very new and was never really renewed.
rooms were beautiful, staff was great! Views were perfect for sunset!!
It's the only waterfront hotel in Seattle, and it's got that "Northwest" feel. In addition, the rooms are comfortable and well furnished ("cabin"-style), and the bar and restaurant serve up excellent drinks and food. I've stayed here 4-5 times in my travels to Seattle... haven't stayed anywhere else since trying Edgewater.
I booked a river view room and got a room with a parking lot view. They said it was because i did not Make my reservation directly with the hotel.
I loved the Edgewater Hotel. The location perfect. The staff is wonderful. I'll definitely stay again.
The gulls outside were loud all night-it was bothersome at times.
A complete waste of money. Loud location, unfriendly staff. Never again. WAY too expensive for what you get.
Front Desk and Valet were excellent by giving us assistance to get around town and do the things we wanted to do.
Only thing that was a negative was the size of the beds but that really wasn't that bad....really it was all good.
Ordinary rooms and those "facing the city" mainly overlook car park. Disappointed by our stay at this over rated, expensive hotel.
They charged us $383 for a terribly small room that smelled like mildew overlooking the parking lot!! We won't be back.
Good Location, nice views with oceanfront rooms.
Only Valet parking available. Prices are prohibitive.
Location is excellent but there is also other accomodation close by a deal cheaper - a least as good Push Bike complimentary was very well received by me - thank you.
A little bit expensive.
