Loved being on the water.
A little expensive.
The resort was one of a kind. We loved our balcony room on the water with a fireplace, it was so cozy and clean! The lobby was so fun to hang out it and restaurant 6 7 had amazing food!
The sea gulls on the water. They were loud in the mornings, there was no barrier for the sea gulls to stay away.
Beds, view, location
Everyone on staff - maids, waiters, frontdesk personnel always greeted the guests.
The soundproofing between rooms and from hallway to room could be improved.
I received poor customer service from two employees. Although my issues were resolved, I was disappointed that instead of resolving what at first was a small issue, it was made worse by poor attitudes.
Room service delivered breakfast 25 minutes late. The cleaning of the room was pretty poor.
Cheap room and decor. Could hear every footstep through the thin walls. Door slamming and water pipe noises.
Everything was fantastic - location, amenities, service, people, food ... Close to the arrival of the ferry from Seattle, a short walk uptown. Perfect spot for anyone.
Great staff; Waterfront views; Quality food; Proximity to space needle and market.
Onlyo one hotel adjacent to the water front of Seattle sea port
1. Toilet flushing was weak. 2. Front entrance bell boys' attitudes was bad.
Nice lobby. Location close to attractions.
Very expensive. Very Long corridors. Charges 50$ for parking. Charged parking on two rooms even though we had just one car. After taxes we paid 50% more than expected after booking.
Splurged here, felt like royalty. Wonderful time, although was very expensive, probably too much so for next time.
500usd hotel and you get earplugs for the train that passes in the night
Fluctuating room tariff ranging from $289 up to $435 leaving us with a hefty bill on departure. We were never informed that tariff's fluctuate nightly. When we voiced this at reception we had a very annoyed guy who told us rooms can go up to $600+ a night. There is no breakfast included in the tariff. We had the room for 4 nights and it was very small with a wardrobe but no drawers therefore had to leave all other clothing in suitcases.
Our room was lovely. Good beds. The shower was hot and strong. Great view. The food was really good and we got to know the serving staff. All lovely people. The ambience was wonderful and the view beautiful.
I wish we had booked a room overlooking Puget Sound. We will the next time we're through. There was nothing we didn't like. It was all amazing.
The place is beautiful, the staff was awesome and got us early check in and have us a free upgraded room. Great place to stay.

Seemed a bit pricey for the amenities provided
We were given a damp room with a bed with used bedding. Eventually we got them to change the room but they wern't willing. Made to feel a second class customer because of using Booking . Com in order to get a discounted room

The harbor view.
The shower stall could be more enclosed so it wouldn't splash all over.
Amazing views. Very helpful and kind staff. Overall great experience.
Bed could have been more comfortable.
Our view was the shipping dock, with ships in two out of three mornings. No balcony for $500 a night. A rip off Request room up the other end of motel.
We loved being able to walk and get to where we wanted to go within a few blocks. This made up for everything else.
The facilities are a bit run down which was a disappointment - mattresses were loud and uncomfortable, leather chair had a rip in it, a sprinkler head looked broken, sheet had a hole in it. You could hear EVERY word of people talking in the hallway even at 4:30am on their cell phone. But could barely hear the train (good job there!)
Great location for exploring Seattle, excellent transport to train station offered, even at 6.30am, rooms were comfortable and the restaurant offered outstanding meals and views.
