Value and location
Would have liked a work out facility.
Uncomfortable bed, not great wi ti.
The room was spacious. There is a lot of food options nearby, and a CVS around the corner.
I had a little bit of trouble connecting to the wifi. The breakfast staff wasn't very attentive.
Room was spotless. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was adequate and pretty. There is a ton of closet space. Requests of front desk were completed within 5 minutes.
Spacious room with self catering facilities.
Two things: 1) Had to pay for an extra night in order to get a guaranteed room availability at early arrival. 2) Dishwasher out of order.
The staff was very attentive and the room was immaculate. Very comfortable for two couples. The only possible drawback is the fact that there are no ramps that you can use to take your luggage to and from the car. That is not enough keep us from going back.
Only thing wish there was a fitness center, but absolutely loved the room!
Spacious rooms, suite style accommodation, kitchne and free WI and close to the Marriot Marquis and Convention Centre, not far from te food district and Chinatown.
The big variation of price: I booked it at 100 in Oct. for a Jan. 2015 meeting, aother friend wanted to book it a few weeks later and it was 220, another friend booked it a few weeks later and it was 2 days at 112 and 5 days at 220, then two friends booked two months later and got the rooms at 112! All for the same dates for the same conference. Very confusing.
Location right by convention centre. 2 mins from Marriott Marquis. Lots of room.
Windows could do with thick curtains as they're single glazed so windy and noisy.
The property has been very nicely remodeled. However, on a cold winter day, it bleeds heat. Half the room was freezing because it couldn't keep the heat in. Otherwise, the rooms are quite nice.
Poor weatherization -- don't go on a cold winter day.
Mostly everything.was good.
Only 1 toilet in the suite shared by 4-5 pax. Sofabed in poor condition. Continental breakfast is over-rated.
Cleanliness and facilities
The staff members were not well informed about parking restrictions in the area
Stay here! It is so clean, convenient and luxurious.
The location was great and easy access to the Metro. Very reasonable priced with beautiful suites. We will stay at this location again in the future.
This is exactly as described in the sense that there is a full kitchen (service for 4), even a dishwasher and a nice one at that, living room, bedroom in each unit. It definitely makes a longer stay helpful as there is a CVS just around the corner where you can buy milk, cereal, salads, etc. I loved the space and the ability to have a more homey feel.
To start with, the front desk staff needs to return a smile upon occasion. Particularly the evening staff. Next, no exercise facility. No bar or restaurant in the building, though there are restaurants within a few blocks. Only TV, as others have noted, is in the living room and the couch is not comfortable and stained (yuck). Plus the TV is mounted to the wall so sitting on the couch to watch it is not comfortable either. However, when budget is crucial and location near the convention center is also, this is a good option. New couches and TVs in the bedrooms would go a long way to improving the experience.
That it has a kitchen
Not enough utensils in the kitchen. Only had 2 spoons
Spacious and cozy
Parking fee is relatively high
Spacious Good facilities (e.g. TV, kitchen, ironing board, safe, shower etc) Lovely looking Good location They put me on a high floor as I requested Good value for money (given the size of the suite!)
I can't think of anything I disliked!
Close to the metro, clean facilities, plenty of space, nice shower
Breakfast was needing a few more items even if they charged a little more than they do now
Loved it. Walking distance to everywhere. Huge wonderfully designed and decorated room. Walked in and went WOW.
Nothing we didn't like!!!
It was an overall good experience, staff was nice.
Breakfast was a bit poor, could definitely improve with little effort. Also, only on the first two days was breakfast available, the other two days the bar was supposedly closed for renovation works.
Not modernized in setting, but all needs are met
Poor internet connection, Too expansive to have this kind setting except the location
Comfortable bed, great having separate lounge area.
No spoons in drawer, no wine glasses, and really no cooking utensils. Asked for a couple of tea spoons for making coffee and did not get, had to go and ask for wine glasses, and only one fork, and one spoon and three knives in drawer. They did the washing up on our first day but took our plates as well.
Family setting with kitchen and basic needs to cook.
Did not stay long enough to found anything to dislike.
