Staff not friendly on reception
Clean, like having the full kitchen, cleaning people did the dishes each night!
Far walk from attractions, expensive parking, no tv in the bedroom, the tv remote in the living room would only work if you were very close.
Wonderful kitchen. Good location - but a lot of walking for young children. Would recommend to someone who wants a kitchen. VERY CLEAN.
BAD PHONE/Wifi service in our room. We had to go outside to get email or get on the internet. The pull out sofa bed was what you would expect - very uncomfortable.
Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The suite was large and comfortable. We only had a short stay, but this would be a very good place for a longer stay because there is a full kitchen.
Breakfast staff ignored guests and ate their own breakfast with cleaning staff. Room stank of cigarette smoke.
This is a great hotel with the added bonus of a kitchen. Really appreciated the dishwasher and also the fact that they supplied dishwasher powder. Bed was very comfortable and the whole suite very spacious. CVS was less than a minute away and Safeway about a five minute walk.
Friendly staff and the hotel is in a very convenient location.
Slightly dated, but for the money it was a good deal.
Very spacious appartment, clean and confortable, good location (5 min walk to subway station).
Noisy aircon, very poor breakfast. However, there is a good place for taking breakfast and a supermarket just around the corner.
Location was perfect. Rooms were spacious!
Front desk staff although very hospitable, were not always available.
Loved the space, loved that there is a full operating kitchen and a separate bedroom. The location is great also. LOVED the shower in this hotel.
The older building lets in pretty much ALL exterior noise, which was not good. The cleaning staff and male concierge were lovely, the female concierge was not. No in-hotel restaurant and the first continental style breakfast that had a price tag attached. The pull-out couch needs to be updated. A waffle covering does not replace the need for a new mattress-ever.
proximity to convention center spacious feel great shower
scratchy towels prolonged time required to connect wifi keycards not robust enough to withstand RFI at convention center
employees were very courteous
parking fee. it should be free
Well equipped, modern furnishings. Full kitchen. CVS Pharmacy next door.
May not be the best place if you have kids. A lot of hard surfaces would make it loud inside. If you really enjoy a "hotel feel" (big lobby, lots of carpet, etc.), this probably isn't the place for you.
No carpet- hotels should never have carpets- ick! Very clean
To have more hotels under the same chain worldwide. The receptionist's were very friendly and helpful. The best hotel we have ever stayed so far worldwide. Definitely recommended for a family.
No laundry machine available in the hotel to do your personal laundry like New York.
close proximity to sites. Space
The apartment may have been 'luxury' several years ago but are now in need of a facelift. At first glance it was good but on closer inspection you will notice things that need redecorating and fixing. The toilet did not flush as did not fill with water. You had to take off the cistern lid to push the button for the water to fill. Could not make a cup of coffee as the lid was missing off the coffee pot so the water did not flow through (Room 503). Carpet and upholstery in need of a clean, wouldn't sit on the stools due to the state of the cushions. AND, the biggest question - why are the walls covered in MDF?? Upon entering reception I thought they were in the middle of a refurbishment but then when we got to the room it was the same so realised this was the decor. It felt like we were living in a packing crate!! If the walls were redecorated with wallpaper or painted and the apartments deep cleaned then they would be value for money.
Spacious, modern room.
Parking is expensive. Odd odor in the room.
Good place to stay if you are a group, with kitchen in the room. Nice and clean. Quite good location to go sightseeing in Washington.
The staff seemed tired... More maintenance of apartments than service.
Spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal. 10 min walk to restaurants/cafes in Chinatown.
We had a dark room with a nice view of a brick wall.
The rooms were big with all the amenities. I would have brought more food to prepare! The kitchen was beautiful with coffee pot, microwave, stove, dishwasher. It was close to the mall, a CVS, and coffee shop! The staff was wonderful!!
Kitchen equipment is relatively poor
I loved it. Such good value for the money. Also I hate having to tip the parking attendant at other hotels whenever you need the car. Eldon had the parking lot right next door and you could go to your car freely without the stress of taking out everything out all at once, especially all of stuff for our baby.
They had construction right next door outside our window but it didn't really bother us too much.
The staff was great. Katherine was very helpful and friendly when my mother, who doesn´t speak english, needed help. She well understands portuguese.
The room air conditioner was broken, but we were moved to another room with air working well. No problem!

it is huge a apartment and clean .
the parking is expensive 34 per day.
The location was convenient to many local attractions
The place reminded me of a cheap apartment. Broken appliances, and not very clean. Cost way too much for what I received. Parking in their little tiny parking lot cost $30, and it wasn't even covered parking or valet. I had to park my own car. What a rip off. Would never go back.
