1- Clean. 2- Good location.
1- When I booked it says free parking, but they charged me extra $35 for the night. 2- No late check out at all, or you have to pay half day. I went to the front desk to ask for a late check out at 1 instead of 12, he said that my check out should be at 11 not 12 like what I have in my confirmation letter. However, after trying to tell him that everything in my confirmation letter is different than what he said he agreed to let me check out at 12PM! 3- The bathroom smells and it has some issues, but it was clean! 4- I can get way better with the money I paid.
It was clean.
1. No tv in bedroom 2. Lack of furniture in living room…what there was, was extremely uncomfortable. 3. Terrible plumbing…toilet plugged up in 2 different rooms 4. Room looked like an empty warehouse 5. No drawer space in bedroom 6. Over-priced for poor quality. We are hoping for partial refund. We are very disappointed and unhappy. 7. No hotel amenities.
The size, the décor, the overall level of equipment and comfort of the apartment. There is a middle-size convenience store just round the corner. Although the part of the street on which the Eldon is located is rather shabby (undergoing redevelopment at some point, I imagine), the general area, dominated by the new Conference Centre, is perfectly okay. The metro is only a block or two away, and almost everywhere in Washington on the tourist itinerary is walkable.
The breakfast is rather poor: far too much stodgy food such as cakes, waffles and doughnuts. A bit more imagination, please. How about some hot food?
The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The staff were helpful.
The bedroom needs curtains, not blinds. The light outside the window kept the bedroom bright all night long. Also, I'm surprised there was not a tv in the bedroom.
The bathroom is too small. We ask to repair a leak of the shower through the bathroom floor and they didn't repair in 3 days of stay.
Staff great & very helpful - location made things easy to get to as we like walking . Always clean & tidy Bathroom good
Found chair & settee very soft to sit in
Pergect location and kitchen!! Comfortable!! Very nice surrounding and walking area near Hotel.
Staff no smiles and they show that they do not like when somebody asks questions or favour!
location - 1,3km to Whitehouse and Capitol and to all museums, facilities, cleanness, great value for money.
no view from windows
The location was great, 15 ride to airport, close to museums, white house
It had an odd odor, the sofa bed was very lumpy and uneven very uncomfortable. The comforter was not clean, had hair on it
The hotel and it's rooms are very nice IF you slrrp in yhe bedroom. However, the sofa bed for our son should have been discarded years ago! Lumpy, tilted down at the front where you place your head. Bedding was not installed when we arrived at the room. Balance of the suite was very good. GK, Shelburne VT
Very Good place . Able to walk to Capital Hill. closer to shopping Large Kitchen Luxury Bathroom.
Kitchen did not have enough utensils. Only a very small cooking pot& Frypan Not even a knife to cut vegetable
24hr reception with friendly and sympathetic staff. Arrived at 3am unexpectedly and was no problem. Had problems with onward travel and helped out. Clean flat. Really comfy bed, decent kitchen and great shower. Great value for the accomodation
Kitchen could have been a bit better. Not enough cooking and eating utensils. A bit more coffee and tea provision would be nice, but really not a problem.
Large comfortable suites with excellent amenities. Quiet. Helpful friendly staff. Good value 'no frills' breakfast. Excellent location for convention centre.
well situated for all the main attractions, close to Chinatown, small park close by, shop and atm just around the corner.
friendly front desk, parking for the 2 days, i was there, tour buses 1 block away, easy to find, coming from I95 North
we were 4 people, Bathroom set up for 2 people, we had to ask for additional towels and shower soap for the other 2 people
8.5 to 9 is the rating I would give this hotel because I've paid more and have gotten a lot less in the past. Great private bedroom, full kitchen and nice bathroom with a sofa-bed and free fast wifi and nice size HDTV for a gaming console if you bring one.
Had to pay for parking!
We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully functional kitchen and sitting area in our spacious room as we fully expected a cot jammed up against the bed and a closet bathroom. It was like borrowing a posh one bedroom condo.
No free parking. The lot next door was $30/night. We risked parking on the street, which meant having to get up at 7am to move the car.
Kitchen, comfortable beds, nice staff
Ordered two queen beds; one of them was a foldout sofa. Should be explicitly mentioned!
Very kind. Very good at international traveler. Helped us very kindly.
The couch bed is always same anywhere ,uncomfortable.but that is what it is. ( May need pay more and get better bed ? ) (Even though people here helped a lot , brought extra bedding and cusion .. very kind people working here. You dont need fix this . )
Staff was ready to help, facility was clean and comfortable, value for money, location not all that far from attractive
The surrounding area is not that great looking and the cable modem is glued to the back of the TV so it hard to use the remote.
Very close from the mall in Washington 15min/20min walk and from metro. But if you want you can walk easily in center town from hotel. Also there is a whole food market at less than 15min walk which would have been perfect if the kitchen had more supplies.
Sofa bed was really unconfortable. If you the suite is set for more than two people then every guest should have the right to good rest. And the kitchen was poor supplying with kitchenware only a saucepan no fry pan or oven dish. How am I suppose to be able to cook a decent meal with that ? Having a kitchen was the point for avoiding to pay restaurant or already prepared food ...
Good sized room with kitchen, breakfast bar and sofa bed and separate main bedroom. Shower had 3 height levels which meant the children enjoyed the experience as no bath tub. Really central, Safeway nearby and close to metro and tourist bus; easy to catch taxis from Mt Vernon Square but hotel will phone one for you if need be.
Each day we had to request for more towels as only provided two of everything even though we were a family of five. Kitchen utensils basic - only one small pan, no trays etc for oven and no dustpan and brush so cleaning up after meals with kitchen roll! Need to provide own tea-towel, pans, baking tray, veg peeler etc. 3 bar stools around breakfast bar which are not ideal for young ones but square so could attach highchair to one of them.
Staff not friendly on reception
Clean, like having the full kitchen, cleaning people did the dishes each night!
Far walk from attractions, expensive parking, no tv in the bedroom, the tv remote in the living room would only work if you were very close.
Roomy suite for 3 Adequate kitchen supplies Close (1/2 mile) to DC sights on the mall. Clean-relatively new fixtures.
No fitness room $6 for unimpressive breakfast Spotty Wi-fi Not close to many restaurants at night
