Lovely little Inn, located centrally in Provincetown but good that it wasn't directly on commercial street so a little quieter. Don, the owner was very helpful with suggestions and accommodating with any requirements we had. A lovely light breakfast spread was provided in the sun room at the front of the house and there was a little deck at the top of the house but was a little chilly first thing during our October visit so we didn't venture out there. Parking space available to us too.
Room could do with a little freshening up/modernisation here and there, beds were a bit creaky.
Location was excellent. Town within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable.
Room on 1st floor in front of house can be noisy in morning due to its proximity to the breakfast area.
The location was quite convenient, a short walk from the ferry and town centre. Don, the host, was also very friendly and welcoming. The included continental breakfast was simple but very adequate and the breakfast room very pleasant.
Our room (#4) was a bit basic and showed the age of the house, though we understand some upgrades are coming.
Don was very helpful. The room had all that we needed.
I wish the bathroom door had clicked shut. Bed was rather squeaky.
Host Don was fabulous very helpful and friendly and especially enjoyed the front porch glassed in with the delightful continental breakfast every morning very generous Started our day off splendidly Very comfortable place to stay Excellent location
Bathroom could be updated very small for three people and shower old Bigger room for three but worked More mirrors for us vain people none in bathroom
The Elephant Walk is perfect for a car-free holiday in Provincetown! It is walking distance from the pier where the boats from Boston and Plymouth dock, it is three minutes walk from the city centre but in a quiet street, a byke-rental place is nearby. The house is as pretty as they come, with a lovely sun deck. Don, the keeper, is very knowledgeble and will help you plan your days.
Walk or bike to everything! It's even only 3 miles to a very nice national Park beach everything is in walking distance.
I liked everything.
It is a very nice place to stay in if you are coming to Provincetown, a small walk from the Commercial street and the noise there but not too far to walk there from the ferry for instance. The staff is very friendly and the freshly baked muffins are absolutely irresistible and something to be missed when you leave.
Nice location and friendly
A little overpriced
