Location; cleanliness; value. Staff was extremely efficient and very helpful; I have visited New York on over two dozen occasions for both business and pleasure and would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel. |

The location, 63rd between Broadway and Columbus, while very convenient, is extremely noisy. Lots of traffic on both sides of the hotel. |

Nice, comfortable room and great shower! The phone call rates were not described properly in the room information and i was shocked at the phone expense on my bill at checkout. I would not have used the phone if i had known it was $15 a minute. |

the location was excellent for my purposes, the bed was very comfortable, waitress was super the noisy air conditioner was disturbing and stressful, the rooms should have coffeemakers, it was not amenable to relaxation. I would not stay there again. |

great location. nicely decorated room was tiny, the ac/fan didn't work and we asked for a larger room. Because of the reduced rate we paid online we were only given one that faced an airshaft and was barely larger. It was noisy (next to the elevator). This is the downside of booking online at a discount. |

Bedding was great. 1. Design of bathroom was poor. 2. We had to wait an hour after their stated check-in time to get into a room |

The location was great, right next to Lincoln Center (we were going to the theatre) and only 2 blocks from Central Park and subway. The staff was very friendly. |

Staff was excellent! Very helpful. The room was good. Not a very big room, but big enough, and nice price considering the location in New York. The breakfast is below standards, if you compare it to the rest of the hotel. Hardly anything to choose from. Better book without breakfast and enjoy the numerous coffee corners with their extensive selections of sandwiches, salads and drinks. |

I liked the beautiful decor. The linens were fresh and furnishings in the room looked new. That was nice. Yes, We booked for a late arrival and we were put on the first floor with a view of the alley and air conditioners. It was horrible and the price was still the same as other rooms. There was not discount for the room without a view. It was not fair and certainly not worth all that money. I was very disappointed. |

The location is the best thing about the hotel. It is 4 blocks from Columbus Circle, which is a hub for most all subway lines. 2 blocks to Cental Park, and right across from Lincoln Center. Our room had a large screen tv! Everything was stylish, clean. The shower door is a half glass door instead of a sliding door. They should change that. The rooms are a bit small. |

Handy For The Met Opera and Central Park. Use of free safe was good. No iron. No provision for making a cuppa when many cheaper hotels provide. Room ok but far too small - couldn't comfortably open my suitcase. To be honest, I didn't check the hotel out and I'm certain many clients will rate it highly. |

The location is great. Rooms are small, but nice and clean Staff at front desk sometimes assumes positions that are not Customer Friendly. This time I asked for a phone nr.of Carmel Limo, and they relucted to provide it because they had arrangements with a different Limo Co. |
