Tyylikäs hotelli ja varmasti remontin jälkeen ****-tähden arvoinen. Nyt mielestäni vain ***-tähteä. Hyvä huonevarustelu ja erinomaisen hyvä huonesiivous. Hotellin henkilökunta oli tympeä ja eivät haluneet juuri palvella. Etenkin hotellin baarissa henkilökunta oli huonokäytöksistä. Puhuivat kovaan ääneen henkilökohtaisia asioita ja haukkuivat asiakkaita. Ilmastointi huoneessa oli kehno ja suihkusta tuli huonosti lämmintä vettä. Oleskelumme aikana ei myöskään tiedotettu uusien tilojen avaamisesta. |

It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The shower was open on one side so the water got all over the bathroom floor when you showered. |

Freshly renewed hotel, very nice rooms even if they are a bit small (but that's New York), and a very nice terras on the roof. The roof terras is open for the public, meaning that it is completely full and not longer possible for hotel guests to find a seat. |

The arrival was nice. The looks of the hotel is good. The location is very good. The price is good. I would have straighten up the breakfast service level. |

The room although rather small, but had an extremely comfortable bed! The bathroom was ridiculously small and the wash basin was impossible to use. The airco was from decades ago(?) and was extremely noisy. The hotel according to your web site boasted a restaurant which it did not have and breakfast was served in the bar and you had to sit and eat with it on your knee....disgusting! |

clean and convenient. The bell boys at the entrance are very impressive and helpful. The hotel manager handled problems efficiently. The attitude of some staff at front desk was disappointing and irresponsible.The air conditioning is out dated. |

Overall the staff was good and professional At the front desk during check-out one of the staff members was arrogant and not qualified for the job. Fortunately the 2 others were professional and could resolve the issue. |
