L'hôtel est très bien situé et très central. Facile d'accès même avec le metro. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel efficace et courtois. Bon design général des chambres et du lobby. Les chambres dans les bas étages sont un peu bruyantes même si c'est une chose quasi commune à chaque hôtel new yorkais. |

Cet hotel est bien placé pour les ballades à central park,broadway bld....
Le bruit,il n'y a pas de double vitrage,bien dommage pour cet hotel refait! De plus,on entend la télé des voisins,encore dommage!

The room although rather small, but had an extremely comfortable bed! The bathroom was ridiculously small and the wash basin was impossible to use. The airco was from decades ago(?) and was extremely noisy. The hotel according to your web site boasted a restaurant which it did not have and breakfast was served in the bar and you had to sit and eat with it on your knee....disgusting! |

clean and convenient. The bell boys at the entrance are very impressive and helpful. The hotel manager handled problems efficiently. The attitude of some staff at front desk was disappointing and irresponsible.The air conditioning is out dated. |

Overall the staff was good and professional At the front desk during check-out one of the staff members was arrogant and not qualified for the job. Fortunately the 2 others were professional and could resolve the issue. |
