Empire Hotel

la centralità e non solo....... era davvero bellissimo....

La discoteca, la posizione in un quartiere tranquillo e pulito anche se per una città come New york preferisco una posizione più centrale in manhattan.

!) la reception avara di assistenza nelle informazoni sulla città sui servizi treni bus ristoranti etc...2) le camere molto piccole con bagni microsopici

Standard qualitativo elevato

All'arrivo nonostante una chiarissima prenotazione in mio possesso che prevedeva 2 camere quadruple , il personale alla reception mi risponde che hanno riservato erronamente 2 camere con letto matrimonale quindi per 4 persone . Dopo lunghe contrattazioni mi hanno dato una terza camera matrimonale con un letto aggiuntivo . Il giorno successivo ho avuto le due camere quadruple al 9 piano con vista

the bed was comfortable, shower was good, downstairs area very nice

air conditioning did not work properly and was not fixed while we were there, one of the blinds was broken, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room,outlook from room was awful, reception staff and manager not friendly or helpful except for Peter who was outstanding. Booked a show and was told it was a good seat when in fact it was appaling. Hallways to rooms very gloomy. Ordered dinner via room service - overpriced and poor quality.

that we had to wait in line to go to the roof top lounge.. guest should not have to wait in line for the amount we spent for the hotel. will never stay here ever again....

Location; cleanliness; value. Staff was extremely efficient and very helpful; I have visited New York on over two dozen occasions for both business and pleasure and would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel.

Very small room- very dark inside hotel- No view from window/hardly a window-Worst was this: Loud noise all night from compressor or something like that - mentioned it to hotel staff on checkout in morning and could not even be bothered to apologize

I wish they would have offered the ability to have coffee in the room

great location. nicely decorated

room was tiny, the ac/fan didn't work and we asked for a larger room. Because of the reduced rate we paid online we were only given one that faced an airshaft and was barely larger. It was noisy (next to the elevator). This is the downside of booking online at a discount.
