Localização, a limpeza do quarto, a roupa de cama (excelente), o atendimento das arrumadeiras e funcionários em geral o banheiro é pequeno. Sugiro trocar a porta de entrada do banheiro por porta sanfonada. |

The arrival was nice. The looks of the hotel is good. The location is very good. The price is good. I would have straighten up the breakfast service level. |

location air conditioning didnt work our first night and wasnt fixed until we had to call again later the next day. room was not cleaned our first night until we called at 6:30 PM |

The room although rather small, but had an extremely comfortable bed! The bathroom was ridiculously small and the wash basin was impossible to use. The airco was from decades ago(?) and was extremely noisy. The hotel according to your web site boasted a restaurant which it did not have and breakfast was served in the bar and you had to sit and eat with it on your knee....disgusting! |

clean and convenient. The bell boys at the entrance are very impressive and helpful. The hotel manager handled problems efficiently. The attitude of some staff at front desk was disappointing and irresponsible.The air conditioning is out dated. |

Overall the staff was good and professional At the front desk during check-out one of the staff members was arrogant and not qualified for the job. Fortunately the 2 others were professional and could resolve the issue. |

It was near central park. The bed was comfortable. They had a nice flat screen TV. I had to switch rooms because the 1st one didn't have WiFi. The staff was reticent to make the change. The 2nd room I had was missing a shower door. I had to be careful while showering not to wet the entire bathroom. At checkout, I was told that I had made a 25 min call. I said I have a cell phone and never called outside the hotel. The agent removed the charge reticently. The room was tiny. |

The staff- from the concierge to the hotel operators- were superb. Friendly, creative and generous. I felt completely at home in the very best of ways and it was due to the staff. Over-priced, but all hotels in New York are over-priced. Water from tap was always too warm which necessitated deliveries of ice from the staff. No ice buckets in rooms. No ipod docking station was present, no CD player, either. Air conditioning was feeble during warm hours. |

Location was excellent. Staff was generally friendly and efficient. Room was clean and confortable. Breakfast at $17.00 was far too expensive if you merely wanted a continental style. Internet access was not free as at similar priced hotels in New York. Free daily newspaper was not delivered as implied in some of the literature. Bathroom shower posed some problems. |
