It's such a beautiful place, gorgeous view to ocean and Alcatraz. Very friendly staff. Very, very clean place. The best place we stayed during our trip in California.

Loved the location, service and free wifi. Set in a beautiful historic building. Walking distance to pier and shopping as well as availability of town car.

breakfast staff were a bit slow to clean up tables which meant we always had to ask for our table to to cleaned up.

The Room was good. The Staff were friendly. Location was also good

Value for money was a disaster (Poor Breakfast selection and high room rate usd 750 / night). The breakfast selection was very limited. Beverages were not served in the buffet. Salt and Pepper were on the buffet and not on every table! There was no option for omelette, fried eggs (only full boiled eggs were available). Valet Parking cost about usd 50/- per day!

The location was excellent.

We had a two bedroom apartment. It was large and well furnished. However the cost was very high and when compared to other accommodation on the same trip it did not offer the extra value expected for the cost.

We loved our stay at these apartments. The location was superb, close to buses and cable cars.. Easy walking to Fishermans Wharf and a myriad of restaurants and sightseeing options. The apartments themselves are beautifully appointed and a pleasure to be in.. Expensive but worth every cent...

Fabulous apartments and a great space for the kids.

Fantastic place to stay, especially if you have a young family and need that extra space. We had a two bedroom apartment which was simply awesome. From the second we arrived the staff were super friendly, attentive to our needs, and made the kids feel like a million dollars. Highly recommended and we'll be coming back here for sure.

Beautiful, excellent location

Because its an apartment setting room service comes via nearby restaurants with a wait of an hour or so. In hindsight easier to go out buy food and eat in amazingly equipped kitchen of luxury apartment so not really a problem

Fantastic location, close to many attractions and great restaurants. Great spacious and well-decorated rooms with high ceilings (we booked a two-bedroom suite). Super friendly staff.

Very small gym for the size of the hotel.

Luxurious and exceptionally good. Excellent Location. Very very clean. Luxurious American cars and vans picked from the Airport free of charge. Same cars were dropping us to nearby shops for shopping and collecting us back free of charge. Friendly and courteous staff. Availability of storage room free of charge while we visited la as we were going to stay in Fairmont on the last leg of our California tour. Luxurious Decor. Complimentary breakfast. Very beautiful sorroundings overlooking the bay. During this stay we had booked 4 apartments as we were a big group of one family travelling together with small children. Faimont upgraded one of our apartments to a 3 bedroom free of charge. Very beautiful apartment on its own. Very large and spacius rooms in all the apartments we booked.. We will be back.

Although their brekfast is good as a 5 star Fairmont ought to offer a choice of European/English breakfast. I found it too American.

This is an excellent place to stay and I found the staff friendly and welcoming. The suites were very comfortable and spacious. I appreciated the car service, and the balconies were beautiful.

Great location, great facilities - very comfortable as we travel with young kids. It's just fabulous!!!!

The amazing two bedroom room.

I loved the fireplace and kitchen. My room was fabulous and very spacious.

The hotel put me in a 3 bedroom even though I was traveling alone. I was in the loudest suite in the hotel, it was across from the elevator, next to the lobby and by the bus stop. I did not sleep well at night and was woken up in the morning by all the noise in the lobby and from the elevator. I had to ask them to move me and they did the last night to a very quiet one bedroom. I wish I had stayed in the one bedroom all week.

professional and friendly staff, room amenities and great location made our stay unexpectedly excellent our only regret is we did not stay long enough.

Luxury, spaciousness, kitchen, excellent hotel services, location, amenities. The best place in San Francisco for a family on holidays.

Só uma palavra: espetacular. Este hotel é muito mehor do que se pode imaginar. Quando entre no quarto achei que a sala era um hall do hotel de tão grande. Tem uma cozinha equipadíssima que dá vontade de cozinhar. Um sistema de som digno de ter em casa. O banheiro é enorme com 2 ambientes, só o box tem mais de 2 m2. O atendimento é excepcional e os preços normais.

Atendimento espetacular. O quartp é excelente, com cozinha equipada, maquina de lavar e secar. òTimo cafe da manha. Localização excelente ! Perfeito!!

Nos gusto todo !! El Hotel es excelente,y la atencion de primer nivel ,nos sentimos pero muy bien atendidos sobretodo por Cristina ,que se esforzo por hablarnos todo en español y nos atendio increiblemente bien !!Los Felicito !
