I particularly appreciated the help, charme, patience of James at the reception desk in sorting out my somewhat confusing invoice and I beg that my remark be passed on to him personally. The assistance of his colleagues was good but James was excellent. His restaurant recommendation also was to our full satisfaction. I had infact planned to write a letter directly to the Personnel Manager to compliment him on James. The Togo bar. It did not at all meet the standards of the Fairmont Hotel and would be better fit into a motel on a highway.- I was surprised that the hotel does not offer a turn-down service (not that it matters much so) and the last day we did not have shampoo in the bathroom. We departed at 4:00 am thus I felt I could not call housekeeping |

I liked the hestorical and lexurious style of the designs espaecially the lounge. I also loved the wonderfull view from my room. Finally I admired the friendly and helpfull staff. i think the rating is really is high. At least if they could add a small facility of providing a coffee maker and a boiler for making tea. |

The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view. |

todo fue muy bueno...conviene desayunar en el cafe centro al al lado del hotel..el desayuno del hotel a 30 dolares es algo caro. no tenia auto pero me parece que el garage a 50 dolares por dia mas tax es algo caro. |
