Score from 831 reviews Wonderful
We wished there was an indoor pool, but it's understandable that the hotel probably is catering to business men and women who are less likely to need it.
We had a nice view of Lake Michigan and Millenium park. There is a CVS pharmacy across the street and Giordanos Pizza is a two minute walk!
Great location, friendly staff and excellent accomodations.
Terrible staff terrible attitudes did not want to help
The bed was soft
the price of the vallet parking was to high.
The restaurant and the excellent customer services
No breakfast included.
The Location, the food, the drinks, the service Thank you kindly,
Check-in was super fast, very friendly staff. The room was large, the view incredible and I slept great.
Everything was excellent!
Staff did a wonderfull job and had attention to detail. Thank you very much for the complimentary champaign and chocolate covered strawberries. We will be back and recommend you to everyone!
It was not clear about the included valet parking. I selected the option that included the parking. At check out I was charged for parking. The staff at the desk knew about the problem with Bookings.com, and was able to quickly resolve the problem.
Couch was dirty and stained did not want to use it because of this. TV Outlet was broken and TV would not come on without playing with the cord. Power in bathroom tripped out in the morning when getting ready. Would not expect this at a hotel with this price point.
The location of the hotel was perfect. In a great location close to attractions and parking.
The bed was just ok and I was a little offended that I had to pay extra for wifi. Other hotels give you access for free.
The hotel was very nice and overall a great value for the price I paid. The location is good - right next to Millennium Park. The elevators are awesome - there are plenty of them and they are super fast. The staff was friendly as well.
for hotel price wifi should be free
I didn't have a bad experience but I was billed for the calls when I called down to request my car but I understood it was a system error. I received an apology and credit. Thank you.
I loved Aria's Sushi Chef, drinks and service.
Shower Head, broken. TV constantly broken, I had to ring down 3 times to get it fix and there was no real apology nothing, finally they changed the TV, I would have expected they would have Comp'd something from the mini-bar.
Staff, location, Spacious Room
The staff was great, professional and so freindly!!
Being that this was my second time staying there , the room I had was a very bad disapointment
No Free Wifi
The gym equipment were excellent and the facility was kept in very clean conditions.
Some parts of our room were dirty and not cleaned very well. For example one of our pillows and blanket had nasty stains on them.
The staff was very friendly.
Nothing, I had a really good time
It was clean and very spacious. I loved the location close to a lot of entertainment and eateries.
If it had a whirlpool bathtub it would've been perfect.
The bed was so soft. But what we really loved was the bath and shower. he had a nice relaxing bath while I showed. It was great.
A little on the pricey side but nothing to stop us from enjoying ourselves.
The facilities are nice and the in house restaurant, Arias is excellent. I had great views from my room on the 32nd floor. Also, the hotel is connected to the pedway system which is nice to use on particularly cold days
Rooms are old with uncomfortable sheets and pillows. Staff were average relatively compared to the hotel's name.
It's in a great location.
The bed was so comfy and staff was wonderful..
The mini bar was great but not the price why was we charged for water
We didn't use wifi in the room because of the extra charges to do so. Free wifi would be a nice feature.
Booked a deluxe king room with a king size bed and a view, and was not disappointed! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and we had a pretty view of the city lights at night and could see the lake during the day. Had a great nights sleep, because the bed was very comfortable.
Beware! The pillows and comforter are feathers. If you are allergic tell them when you book. I didn't think about everything being feathers. I called to get replacements and got the worse pillows I have ever seen. They were hard as rocks. Just a heads up!
The location of this hotel was great. The bellhops were the best. It was bitterly cold and they were always available being helpful and wearing a smile.
