Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park  

Loved the personalized service. Called the concierge for specific directions not listed on the website and she directly emailed me the information, and asked if I had any other requests. I asked for a room with a view, and she said she'd do her best. When I arrived, I was checked into room 3605, with a view of the lake/park.

Housecleaning was just ok. The first day I didn't have adequate bathroom supplies, then the second day the nespresso supplies weren't refilled. In all fairness, I didn't notify them, but at a 4 star property, I shouldn't have to.

Everyone was very friendly. Room & bed was nice. Location was convenient.

When I booked thru Booking.com room was described as King or double. I requested a king when I booked and then again when I called to confirm my room. When we got there I was told I had a double. To get a King's size room and to check in early, I had to upgrade for $50. This included breakfasts & wifi which was nice. If you were not in the gold rooms, wifi cost $$. Other hotels do not charge for wifi.

I liked the modern style of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms.

There could be better attention given by housekeeping. When I arrived there was a hair on my bathroom floor and the bathroom scale was not operable. Just some things to double check on when going through and changing rooms over for new guests.

My first time staying at a Fairmont and I was extremely impressed. The rooms were huge with a separate shower in the bathroom. Terrific view, great service, great central downtown location. I'll definitely stay there again.

Need an in-house coffee shop!

&Quot;Booking.com" stated the facility had a pool, this was not the case as their partner hotel has a pool but thus facility does not.

The people were very friendly and the room was extremely clean.

Very nice room, very well appointed.

There was no refrigerator, the refreshments were poorly stocked, there was only decaf coffee.

Great Location near Millenium park, Navy Pier, and shopping. Easy access by auto from both LakeShore Drive and interstate. Very friendly/helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

I liked the size of my suite and the space we had for our meetings.

The hotel staff didn't restock the coffee bar in my room each day. The waitstaff at Aria weren't particularly friendly and really weren't very accomodating re: food preferences or allergies.

The service and location were excellent.

My room was not ready at the time of my arrival and I ended up paying extra for a room that was ready. The free wireless internet was very slow.

Beautiful view, large very modern room.

1. Quite simply, by my standards it was very, very expensive. I know that location always brings a premium and I had little choice. Even so, the cost was breathtaking. For this reason alone I cannot recommend the place, despite its superb staff and excellent rooms. 2. Only one very expensive restaurant with trendy low lighting. No coffee shop or lower priced possibility of eating in-house.

Location of this Hotel to the Organizing For America Office Building was ideal for our meeting. Along with the underground walkway directly from the hotel to the One Millenium Building, made it even more convenient. We, found this on our own, as no one from the hotel staff shared this information with us! The price per night of this Hotel for comparison of luxury, not on par.

Front Entrance was under construction, not much of a lobby. Not easy to tell where the hotel check in was located. The bathroom was not replenished with all the offered shower gel, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, ect. Called to ask for this, was told it would be delivered and then nothing was done. The next day had to call again. On scale of 1 to 5 the bathroom was a 3.5 as far as tidiness. Hotel is fine, if this the location of your business in Chicago. Hotel Hospitality,was not outstanding, just Ok.

The end we were treated well, but in the beginning of the stay there were many misunderstandings and mistakes.not all reception staff speak another language other than English

Very quiet hotel, beautiful, confortable.

They forgot to clean our room (one day) during our stay.

The location can't be beat. The staff was quick to try and resolve any issues. The concierge was extremely helpful.

I wish that the maids didn't knock on our door so early on the day of checkout. We had run a race the day before and were tired.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral gelegen und alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Localização boa, muito próximo ao Millenium Park. Também esta próximo as estações de metro e comércio.

A conservação do quarto não foi um ponto favorável, tomadas frouxas e o escoamento da água do chuveiro não estava funcionando muito bem.
