Location and friendliness!

Sign in front difficult to see from road. Bathroom fan was noisy and looks worn!

Complimentary breakfast, cozy bed, Eric from Front Desk was very helpful and the friendliest among the staff there.

The wash basin was located outside the bathroom. No instructions on how to use the heater/aircond The night staff not friendly, and the answer is i dont know for almost everything.

Overall the hotel was a excellent place to stay for the money...

The TV should be upgraded.

Carpet in room filthy, broke light in room called front desk ignore my request for another light as room was very dark. Next morning brought this to attention of front desk staff & was told they would let the manager know. Would not stay again.

Upon arrival, the room assigned had a faulty heater, we asked to be moved and were quickly moved a room of our choice, no hassel. THey were prompt and courteous

The facility is older, has that "old room" smell, not horrible but noticable. The sink is not in the same room as the toilet and shower and the sink area is very small. But that was the worst of it - otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

location for us worked very well. we enjoyed our walks around town, the folks walking their dogs were so friendly. the spa was lovely. truffles delightful.

there's not a thing I would have changed, well maybe turn the heat in the halls down just a bit and put in shower curtain liners.

Unprofessional staff, horrible pillows, ran out of food and coffee at breakfast.

1. The breakfast was decent

1. The staff although it was friendly, they refused to us to check out a couple hours later. Besides that although at the time of reservation we asked a room with large windows we were given the room with the smallest one. 2. The facilities were generally decent. However, the plumbing of this hotel is awful. You can certainly live with that but it makes your stay unpleasant. 3. Till the last day of our stay I would say that at least it is clean. So, the time that I found a USED CONDOM under our bed, while I was checking to see if I forgot anything before checking out, changed completely my mind. This used condom was there under our bed at during our 4 day stay and it wasn't found not only at the cleaning before we check in but also not even at the couple of times that the room was supposed to be cleaned during our stay. Because of this incident we were offered a 1 night less discount trivial as a fact comparing to the major incident. 4. Generally, it was a comfort room although I would expect something more for the suite that I reserved. I mean it was a regular room, just more spacious. But besides that, nothing special. 5. Regarding the location of this hotel I would say that it depends on where your final destination is. I mean, I had to be everyday at East Hartford so, taking everyday the I-84 E was a quite unpleasant experience because of the really heavy traffic, almost the whole time from early morning till late evening. However, it is a really good spot if you are heading west. 6. So, taking everything into account I would say that it's value for money is very poor. I found many other hotels in the area with the same amount of money that offer more.

Nice big room.

Its not an "inn". Its a nice motel. Misleading pictures. About equivalent to a good Hampton inn.

the rooms were clean. I love the fact that you could open the windows. It was located near our daughters home. The breakfast was great. Loved the weekend hours for breakfast. Great value. We will come back.

TV in Room 219 isn't any good - it goes all static-y after the first minute or so

bed; the way it was made plus presented appeared and was extremely intriguing; the wall paper was really plesant and unique, the furtinue was good; especially a great choice in dark cherry wooding and antique,

no elevator; only stairs drink plus vending machines on wrong d*** floors; feels just like a cold basement down there, outside window views extremely poor, outside of building entrance needs to be painted immediately plus updated; should of had a better television, the coffee machine shouldn't of been located inside the restroom,

This hotel could not have suites my purposes any better. Clean, friendly staff, suitable gym facility for a quick workout, lovely quiet room, canopy bed, and lovely simple breakfast. Close to all, easy parking, helpful staff. I was very happy with my stay and will stay there again.

The quietness, location, home-like feel, decor and friendly staff.

Would have liked more choices for breakfast. Like fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and non-pork meat choices (beef, turkey or veggie). Also didn't like the sink being outside the bathroom.

It was pleasant. A local map at the desk would be helpful.

the perfume inside the inn was very strong and a bit overpowering. other than that,everything is perfect.

Decor, location,quaintness

It was freezing cold when we arrived in the room; the heat had been turned off completely. If you know guests are arriving, why wouldn't you have it ready and inviting? The carpet smelled as if someone had been sick. Not pleasant. No microwave in room. One lamp kept flickering.

I loved all the windows and cheerfulness of the hotel. It was a joy to be in. The breakfast was great for me. The hotel was clean and quaint. The staff was very professional and gracious.

Cleanliness of the room and actually the entire facility. Very well maintained. Staff very professional.

Breakfast from 6 to 10 AM. Main course selections mostly gone by 8:30AM
