Close to airport The price was very misleading. Booked online and total cost was 85.00. Our credit card was charged 110.00. You added an additional 11.00 for 2 bottles of water and the use of some facilities which we weren't interested in.

Excellent breakfast with very quiet environment and fantastic linkage to the mall. Security access to the lift leading to the rooms lax. Anyone can simply walk to the lift lobby without being checked and gain access to the lifts.

We have stayed at The Florida Hotel & Conference Center many times, including when it was the Adam's Mark. Have always found it pleasant, and the staff very attentive to our needs. If your family loves to shop, it's a perfect location, as it's connected to the Florida Mall. We met our adult kids to attend Halloween Horror Nights, and it was about a ten- minute drive to Universal. Much better than staying on I-Drive. Next time we stay, it's off to Charlie's for the 20 ounce filet! Nothing to speak of, other than every room should have a fridge, and my wife would like grits with her breakfast, please.

It's location in the Mall was excellent for the one day's shopping. The room was not equipped on arrival for both of us (one cup, one pack of creamer/sugar etc.). The rooom looked 'tired'. It was not cleaned one day on our return but at 19.45 a cleaner knocked at our door to ask if we wanted the room cleaning!

The hotel was convenient for my partner and I as we were flying the next day back to the UK and the room rate was very reasonable. Hotel was clean and linked straight to the shopping mall so we could do some last minute shopping. There are a lot of flight attendents who stay here when flying back and forth so the bar is always full and busy. I would describe it as a stop over hotel. Gym was excellent! Rooms were a little basic but still very nice for the price.

I stayed at the hotel as it was the site of a recent conference I attended. The space for the conference was great. The staff was very friendly. Hotel room was great. Meals and snacks were great. I would recommend it again and in fact we are looking at it for another conference.

The location for the airport, picking someone up. Have stayed before for same reason, also for shopping weekends, great right next to the mall. Small towels for bigger people, perhaps they should provide robes.

Clean, safe environment. Staff is friendly and courteous. A little on the expensive side. There is no indoor pool. Outside pool is nice, but average for hotel in this price range.

Good: Location, besides the Florida Mall, and very close to the airport. Bad: The hotel charges you with 13 usd every night, without warning, for 2 bottles of water in your room ( even if you don´t drink it ).

A Hotel & Shopping Mall that is very safe, clean and minutes away from most attractions. The perfect choice. At the moment they are doing construction work in the main lobby and this breaks the Christmas mode. But I have been in the Hotel before and can assure you that the Lobby will be nice in some weeks.

Great hotel to stay in for a shopping break,also for visiting various attractions.Rooms were adequate size, but beds & pillows were so comfortable (which were so welcome after a long day shopping!!).Also the rooms were quite, with no noise from traffic, other guests etc etc The only things I did not like were (1) Rooms, especially bathroom were in need of a refurb-- also the corridor areas. (2) Staff at reception were a little vacant and not as welcoming as other hotels I have stayed in

The staff in the breakfast room {Monai & Esbert} really helped to get our day started with a smile, they are good at their job, friendly and attentive to the work they do, and although we really enjoyed everything else about the hotel {it was top notch} their cheerful service really made each and every day that we were there.
