Excellent breakfast with very quiet environment and fantastic linkage to the mall.

Security access to the lift leading to the rooms lax. Anyone can simply walk to the lift lobby without being checked and gain access to the lifts.

I liked everything about it! The staff was so friendly and was willing to help out in anyway that they can. Plus it really helped that they had a starbucks in the hotel.

Location, quality of site, quality of food and great pool side.

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.

It was a very nice hotel with all of the facilities you expect of a conference center, unfortunately that was not what I was expecting for my weekend stay. I was looking for comfort and as such the room was no better than the average budget hotel/motel which may have cost us about $100 less.

I was expecting a double room with four beds. It was advertised as a facility with two rooms with 4 beds for the indicated cost. When I got there it was just a single room with two full beds, which was supposed to accomodate 4 people, so I felt cheated for what I paid for. Unfortunately, I had prepaid for the booking, and they were not going to process the reimbursement for me. They actually were going to offer a cheaper rate for the room but when they noticed I had prepaid they said there was nothing they could do.

Good: Location, besides the Florida Mall, and very close to the airport.

Bad: The hotel charges you with 13 usd every night, without warning, for 2 bottles of water in your room ( even if you don´t drink it ).

Great hotel to stay in for a shopping break,also for visiting various attractions.Rooms were adequate size, but beds & pillows were so comfortable (which were so welcome after a long day shopping!!).Also the rooms were quite, with no noise from traffic, other guests etc etc

The only things I did not like were (1) Rooms, especially bathroom were in need of a refurb-- also the corridor areas. (2) Staff at reception were a little vacant and not as welcoming as other hotels I have stayed in

Great Location, near the Parks and inside a shopping mall. Although it wasn't included, the breakfast was great!

We have stayed at The Florida Hotel & Conference Center many times, including when it was the Adam's Mark. Have always found it pleasant, and the staff very attentive to our needs. If your family loves to shop, it's a perfect location, as it's connected to the Florida Mall. We met our adult kids to attend Halloween Horror Nights, and it was about a ten- minute drive to Universal. Much better than staying on I-Drive. Next time we stay, it's off to Charlie's for the 20 ounce filet!

Nothing to speak of, other than every room should have a fridge, and my wife would like grits with her breakfast, please.

The hotel was good. But my pregnant daughter was locked in the bathroom about 40 minutes. when the maintenance man finally got knob off to discover the screws were on the inside. Did not make a great start to the day!!!! the alarms clocks in both rooms went off about 5am. we did not set them hopefully some things can be corrected for future guest

This hotel is very bad and I do not go there in the next days
