Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Music from bar in attached restaurant can be heard in first floor rooms.

Excellent friendly staff, great restaurant attached. Right next to theater district. Was able to store bags during the day after my stay without charge. Perfect!

Not many television channels but you are not in NYC to watch tv

The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and I loved the fact that it was within walking distance to times square!

There was no iron or ironing board provided in the room which is definitely necessary.

Bed was a bit too soft and lack of toilet seat cover was problematic (things fell in).

Rooms were big by New York standards. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, staff was extremely helpful, everything was perfect!

Somewhat small rooms compared to other New York hotels in the same price category - but ok when put in the overall perspective of what the hotel offered.

The room was well appointed, very clean, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

We were dismayed by the fact that the hotel is accessible from the bar downstairs. On our first night, we were awakened twice, once at 1:30 am and once at 3:30 am by drunken yelling in our hallway, right outside our room. On the second night, we were awakened at 7am by the sound of furniture being dragged across the patio floor, in preparation to set up Christmas decorations. Suffice it to say, we had two awful nights. When we complained to the front desk, we were told that the manager would call on Monday (today) with a reduction of our payment. However, no one has called yet.

The location is superb. The staff super super nice. The bar i visited once and our waitress was extremely nice. The morning breakfast another A++++ all the way. Fresh orange juice, coffee, and an assortment of croissants, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal. Everyone had a smile on their face, and i would always want to stay here if i travel to new york.

i kept meaning to tell the front desk that the light above my mirror in the bathroom didnt work but im 50 and the mood lighting in the bathroom made me look younger so i opted to leave it alone, and not tell the front desk.

Been going to ny annually for five years. This is by far the best place - large, well-appointed rooms, totally quiet, near many restaurants and transit.

The Continental breakfast was a bit thin. They need to include some protien options such as hard boiled eggs, also some fresh cut fruit.

Convenient location, very helpful and attentive staff.

Rooms at the front of the hotel noisy from the street below. Not a major issue, and a consequence of the good location
