The staff is really nice and friendly . Room clean
small room for 3.
Good location for convention center travelers.
Asley and other staff I encountered during my stay were all wonderful.
The room I stayed in is in dire need of a refresh. Peeling wallpaper, stained blinds, worn furniture, poor calking in bathroom sink and tub. Light fixture above sink is rusted and NO AC....September is still warm.
Friendly staff, clean room. Good location for all the sights and shopping
Wifi was haveing prblems but it was with their provider they did get it fixed in the end but not until the last day of our holiday. Its was usable but kept disconnecting. Also would have liked a kettle as we took our own tea bags and had to use the coffee maker to boil the water.
nothing , and it was worse stay ever in my life
the staff not profesional even the manager Mr. Lawrence Hou, he is not helping and bias. i left the rooms 12:30 pm and the hotel charged me extra night ! something unfair and unbelievable
Location, Price, Cleanliness Well maintained Friendly Staff
The vending machine was not well stocked.
Front desk staff was friendly and responsive; location worked really well for us.
Air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly and it was very warm while we were there; also had difficulty getting the wi-fi to work.
The staffs tried hard to rectify problems to make customers happy. Not too far from Times Square and other main attractions.
Everything we wanted to see and get to was within walking distance. And since we arrived by Megabus the location was excellent. Just blocks away from drop off and pick up. And they held our bags as we enjoyed our first day.
We knew it was a small hotel, but sometimes you kind of just expect little things ( contential breakfast) but I would go back to the Gem.
The staff is very friendly and helpful
The wifi connection was not great it kept loosing the connection
Modern Comfy Close to action Friendly staff
A bit small Not near a Metro station
Good location. Great price. Friendly, cheerful staff.
The room was hard to keep cool.
The location was incredibly convenient and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.
The wifi was hit or miss and the beds were way too firm for my personal comfort level.
Everthing was new and very clean, friendly staff.
A bit far away from the Metro station
clean and convenient
elevator broke down
The staff and location to Javits Center
The staff here was great. Very friendly and helpful
Great location for the Javitz center otherwise a little busy because of the tunnel traffic
Staff are amazing :)
Priced a bit too high for what you get, but can't complain about location perfect. Round the corner from all the madness, which was perfect. So I guess you pay for the location :)
The price is okay. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The room is quite small, the bathroom supplies was so limited.
The location near by Times Square and bus station
The room to small for 4 peoples (double room, double bed), the window side bed was attached to air condition indoor unit, the wifi signal was weak, the room wall was not isolated well that might pass sound or conversation from other room, the bath foam was empty in the last day we stayed before leaving
The convenience of the location to the Jacob Javits Center and Penn Station was perfect and very easy to walk to. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They stored our luggage before we were able to check in to the room and after we checked out and still had a few hours to spend in the city before heading to Penn Station. Overall, a pleasant experience!
Love the quiet room! It is small space but very comfortable!
All was fine, my room key started giving me problems the last two days
Great location, good price considering we are in midtown. Clean bathroom. Comfortable and big bed. Very nice and helpful staff. I would go again.
Maybe the room was a little small.
